“After a late cancellation by our usual dog sitter for reasons beyond her control my son suggested Rover. In doing a search I found Nina who was close to us and thankfully available. We have a 4 year old German shepherd who is somewhat protective of my wife and I as well as our home; we also have a 1 year old Golden Retriever who is exceptionally shy. During the meet and greet it took all of 2 minutes for our shepherd to walk around the house licking Nina’s hand, Nina is a natural with dogs. It took a little longer for our shy little golden girl to warm up to her but it came through time and positive attention. Nina provided us with regular updates and excellent care for our beloved pups, we couldn’t ask for any more! On our return home the house was immaculate, the dogs were happy and well cared for, Nina was a star and set the bar so high that in the future we’ll be making our vacation plans around Nina’s availability! “Sara house sat and took care of our fur baby Rocket for us while we were out of town for two weeks straight. Our dog can be slow to warm up to outsiders but Sara quickly won him over. She and Rocket were best buds before the first week was over! While we were gone, Sara sent us regular updates and photos of Rocket. She even let us know when our pup destroyed one of his toys and assured us that she made sure that all of the toys remains were disposed of so that Rocket wouldn't be able to eat them. When we returned from our trip, Sara went above and beyond, staying at the house until we pulled in the driveway so we could meet Rocket in the backyard. As for our house, she left it in perfect condition. If I didn't know any better, I wouldn't have even realized that there was anyone "living" at our house while we were gone.
