“Lori was competent in taking care of my dog. Unfortunately she was not there as much as I had thought she would be and my dog was alone more than I had anticipated/planned for while she went and checked on other dogs. During that time, he (my dog) barked himself nearly hoarse in distress of being alone. If I were to book her again, I would clarify how long she would be gone checking on others dogs as I did not want my dog left alone for as long as he was. Overall, he survived and she did the job competently but I don’t feel that she went above and beyond.”
