About: Truly a dog-lover, I lost my dog a year ago, and he was with me 24-7. I'm experienced with pets that are older or have illness. I can hike with your dog or take him/her on long walks. Totally reliable :) I work remotely, so I have a flexible schedule and time to care for pets. I am always available and happy to send photos of your pet :) The pet's safety and happiness are of utmost importance! I'm truly doing this because I love dogs and cats. My last dog Helios had epilepsy, he stayed with me 24/7. Helios was able to alert me when he was about to have a seizure so I could medicate him. I have extensive experience with both dogs and cats (and I've rescued animals).

“Chayse was so great with our pup. The yard is clean and large and such a great place for him to run around and play. He came home super happy and we would happily have Chayse watch our boy again!”

About: As a lifelong animal lover and avid hiker, I’d love to spend time with your pups! Studying animal behavior in college, I later went on to work in a professional dog kennel and am now looking for opportunities to utilize this experience in my community. I recently moved onto 1-acre in Heber City. I’m looking forward to meeting the community and helping my neighbors with pet care while they work or travel. I never have more than 1-2 guest dogs in my home to ensure they get the attention and "home away from home" experience they deserve! Willing to provide pick up and drop services in Park City and surrounding areas. Looking forward to hearing from you! My work is primarily remote, with occasional short days in the office. My schedule varies week to week, but is very flexible and can be accommodated to meet the needs of your pet if booked in advance. Daily routine will include walks on the hiking trail immediately outside my back door and visits to our neighborhood lake for a swim! Happy to provide any training and daily routines to keep your dog happy, safe and comfortable. I live amongst miles and miles of hiking trails. Happy to adventure with your pups on or off leash. We also love to go for a swim on hot days! Dogs have freedom to roam the house and sit on the furniture, yet multiple dog beds are available for their comfort. Toys are always available but can be put away if there are any issues with resource guarding. Dogs will have access to a dog door that leads to an outdoor fenced yard when not out adventuring. I limit the number of dog visitors to two at a time, in addition to my own three playful pups.

“Melissa was great! She was super responsive, took Bunta on a few nice walks, and kept me updated throughout the day. Really appreciate it :)”

“Layla had another amazing Doggy Daycare experience!! Ms. Sam seemed very attentive, and she updated me with pictures throughout the day. Layla was beat when she got home. It is so nice to know your pet is in good hands when you are away!! Thank you Ms. Sam”

About: Growing up on a 52-acre farm, I’ve been caring for animals my whole life. From dogs and cats to farm animals, I’ve developed a deep understanding of pet care and a genuine love for all animals. I have a small senior dog of my own—a Shih Tzu-Poodle-Chihuahua mix named Tegan—so I understand the importance of patience, attentiveness, and plenty of care. My friends and family frequently trust me to watch their pets, and I’d love to extend that same level of care to your dog or cat. As a seven-year Park City resident, I know the best pet-friendly trails, and I’m always happy to take dogs on fun outdoor adventures or provide calm and reliable companionship at home. Whether your pet needs an active playmate, a dependable sitter, or just some extra attention, I’m here to help! Let’s set up a meet-and-greet! I’d love to get to know you and your pet. I work from home Monday through Friday, so I love the opportunity to get fresh air and exercise with your dog. Working East Coast hours, I am usually off by 2 or 3 PM MT. I am happy to have your pet stay here, or stop in your house if they’re more comfortable that way. I can easily adapt to their needs and have experience administering daily medications.

“Valerie is amazing and takes such good care of my pup. She’s older and I was really worried about her when going back to work and she absolutely loves spending the day with Valerie. I would highly recommend her :)”

“Thank you!”

“Kirsten is wonderful and interactive! My two pups get along great with her pup Roxy and they enjoy playing in the expansive yard. I love picking them up knowing they had fun and were well taken care of during their stay.”

About: I am an active, dog lover who very recently ended the adventure of a lifetime with my best friends, Bruce (Jack Russell) & Rudy (Chihuahua). Bruce & Rudy were both rescued by me in 2012. Bruce passed away on Valentine's Day of 2024 and Rudy passed away in June of 2025. Formerly, I had many Rover clients (both repeat and new clients), but I paused all dog sitting and fostering when my 2 boys got old. They enjoyed it while young, but they deserved to live their last years with only the two of them as they aged and needed more rest. I had both of them for nearly 13 years. They were the love of my life. Now, I want to reopen my home to other dogs to give that same love while their families are out of town or at work. I come with extensive experience with all types of dogs, but I think the most important aspect is I just have so much love for all animals. If your pup stays with us, he/she will also come along for the ride (as long as you say it is OK), wherever we go. As long as they're happy, I'm happy :) During your dogs stay, you will most certainly receive photos! I work from home so your pup will never really be left alone. I cannot wait to meet you & your pups! **Two important notes before you book!** 1. My partner, who is a male (also major dog lover and caretaker) lives in the home. But it is important to disclose this as I know some dogs are more comfortable with women vs men. 2. We own/live in a condo that is not very big. For this reason, I am probably not the best fit for a young, large (55+ lbs), high energy breed. Large, mid-age to older dogs are very content in our home. However, young (0-3) high energy, large breeds may not be the best fit here. I work full-time from home. I own a consulting business, which does keep me very busy during the day. I oftentimes take walks with the dogs while on calls (sometimes for my own mental sanity ha!). I fully lean into the way you care for your pet on a day to day basis. I don't have any hard or fast rules when it comes to caring for your dog. If they sleep in the bed at home, they will sleep in the bed here. If they don't like long walks, they won't be dragged on a long walk. Whatever you communicate, I respect.

“Makensie was so sweet with Perrin!! He was immediately comfortable with her and seemed to have a fun day! Makensie was also great about sending photos and updates. We appreciate it so much and will definitely reach back out next time we’re in town 🫶 thank you!!”

About: I've been taking care of animals of all kinds throughout my life. Growing up on a horse farm, I was taught early on the importance of providing loving care for our furry friends. I had a love of my life Chihuahua for 13 years, and helped him stay comfortable through the end. I have a 2 year old rescue pup now, who is the sweetest boy in the world. I connect with dogs and ensure they feel safe and comfortable. We all know how sad it is to be separated from our loved ones, so I intend to make your dog feel safe and loved. I live on a quiet street with a fully fenced in yard, so your pup can run and play. Most importantly, I understand how hard it is to have to go away for work or personal reasons and have a safe sitter for your dog, I've been there. My goal is to take that stress off of your hands, knowing that your fur baby is as happy as possible you're away or busy. I work from home Monday - Friday and take my dog on walks every few hours. With my schedule, I am able to give my dog (and your dog) the attention and love he deserves. Nights are quiet and a great time to relax after the work day. We get a walk in before bed and then snuggle up. My dog does sleep in my bed, but I can accommodate bed or no bed for your pup! I have a fenced in yard and a quiet neighborhood for walks. The house is bright and comfortable. I live close to the dog park if that is preferred as well as close to small hikes. I also have a crate if needed.

“Hayley and her pups were great and awesome hosts for Jackson. She was accommodating for us to meet and greet quick with all the dogs and when we were running a little late to pick him up she was very welcoming to hold him for a bit longer. Will absolutely try and arrange a stay again when we are in town.”

About: I am known as the dog whisperer among my friends, and I love caring for their animals. I am just getting into professional pet-sitting, but I have many years of experience caring for dogs and cats, both big and small. I love how each pet is different and has their own personality, and I seek to ensure that each animal I care for has just the right amount of play, pets, and time outside. I am also dependable and responsible, and I will make sure your dog or cat is able to follow their routine, even while you’re away. My priority is making sure your pet has a safe and fun experience until they get to reunite with you! I work from home which allows me to prioritize the needs and wants of your pet — from playing with them to going walks/runs, my schedule gives the freedom to ensure your pet gets the best care. Getting out for walks is easy with our trail system out the front door. And we have a spacious field just a couple minutes away that is a perfect space for getting in some quality fetch time. I am flexible with my work from home schedule, which allows me to adjust as needed.

“All I can say is AMAZING! Mack was super accommodating with our plans! Our dogs came home happy and tired. I loved every picture and video I received too. I can't say thank you enough. I hope that when we come to Park City next time, our dogs can come play again!”

I work from home and am available to feed, play and walk your dog at any time of the day or night. My remote job is in TV production so I am very detail-oriented and responsible. Randi S.
“It's very rare that I write any recommendations, but I had to take the time on this one. Randi was awesome with my dog! I was a little nervous since I didn't do this before, but she put me at ease quickly. She was so kind. I interviewed a few other people, but I went with Randi and SO glad I did. I have an older pug and I don't feel comfortable leaving her in a kennel and since a few of my friends went this route, I wanted to give it a try. Randi took photos of Lady and I swear it looked like Lady had a smile on her face in the pictures. When I texted her to find out how she is doing, she texted back right away. She can tell I was still nervous, and always put me at ease. She is now my new pet sitter and I couldn't be happier!!!!!! Thank you Randi, you're the best and I'm spreading the word to my other friends.”

Chayse M.

“Chayse was so great with our pup. The yard is clean and large and such a great place for him to run around and play. He came home super happy and we would happily have Chayse watch our boy again!”

Natalie M.
“OK, so yes. Natalie is my daughter. But I have often told her that if there's such a thing as reincarnation, I want to come back as her dog or cat. Natalie has grown up her entire life with at least one pet (dogs, cats, rabbits), and even at the youngest age, she took the responsibility of caring for them. A few years ago, her beloved St. Bernard, Chief, was diagnosed with cancer in one of his front legs that led to an amputation. Natalie nursed him to good health, worked with him on his walking, and her tri-paw continued living a wonderful life hiking throughout Utah. When visiting Natalie, I always enjoy accompanying her to one of SLC's dog parks and she usually knows each of the dogs and their owners by name. Natalie is highly personable, conscious, caring, responsible, and just loves animals. While I again acknowledge that she's my daughter, trust me, you can't go wrong with her caring for your pet. Be well!”
