About: Truly a dog and pet lover, I lost my dog a year ago, and he was with me 24-7. I'm experienced with pets that are older or have an illness. I can hike with your dog or take him/her on long walks. Totally reliable :) I work remotely, so I have a flexible schedule and time to care for pets. About: We recently said goodbye to our best friend of 9 years (Rustler) and now we're looking to meet some new friends and have some extra joy in our home. Both of my kids love dogs and would be eager to play, walk or cuddle them at our home as needed. I work from home, so there will be very little alone time. We'll be donating everything we earn to Nuzzles & Co, a local non-profit shelter. I work from home so other than kid activities we're around. He picked up and dropped off my Westie, Minnie, at the hotel every morning, and let me know when he was leaving his home and when he would arrive so every handoff was seamless and stress free. While Minnie is very social and greets nearly everyone wherever she goes, there's a special greeting she reserves for the humans she "adopts" as her people. The second morning when Josh picked up Minnie, it was clear he had been adopted by Minnie. The peace of mind knowing she was thoroughly enjoying herself and she was well cared for was priceless. I love helping give our local dogs and visitors alike, awesome days filled with exercise and socializing and lots of lovin'.I have experience with senior care as well as puppies, including daycare for littermate puppies as young as 8 weeks. Special days can be planned for off-leash adventures at the Run a Muk or Round Valley, these hikes are usually an 1-2 hour time slots depending on the dog's needs. I can take on-leash dogs all over our vast mountain trails or shorter on-leash neighborhood hikes for those pups who need quick or more frequent potty breaks. I specialize in planning each day/walk to the needs of the pup(s). I only do boarding and housesitting with established clients. Day care is an 8 hour day with schedule and walks catered to your pup(s).
About: I’ve owned dogs for 10 years. I’ve cared for puppies as well as senior dogs. Your dog will be in the home with us and will be loved as a member of the family by all of us. The back yard is fenced which allows free roaming and out door play. The dogs have access to a mud room which adjoins the house via a dog door. We enjoy taking lots of walks and playing ball. I believe healthy habits makes happy animals. I have the privilege of being a homeschool mom! I am home all during the week and will be available for all your dogs needs! Our home is small and very open which allows the dogs to be near us at all times. I do have a baby gate which separates the laundry room, so I can feed your dog and my dog separately. The back yard is fenced which allows plenty of free roaming and out door play. On warm weather days the back door to the back yard stays open most of the day and the dogs can come in and out as they please. From the backyard they can also access a mud room which adjoins the house via a dog door or a sliding glass door for large dogs.

Holly was patient and understanding with Izzy, especially when she was hesitant to leave on the group walk because she was looking for us where we had dropped her off. Holly took her on a walk with about five other dogs, and Izzy did well! It was reassuring to hear that she settled in and handled the experience so nicely.
