About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover. I live in the Summerfield 55+ community and have found that it’s a safe and quiet neighborhood. The dogs and owners I’ve met on my walks have been friendly and considerate. I offer personalized care based on you and your dog's preference: long walks, short walks, cuddles, couch time, playing fetch, administering medications, etc. I look forward to spending time with your dog and aim to be your pet's favorite home away from home. I will limit the amount of pets in my care to 1 to 3 at any one time so that your pet will get the maximum amount of attention that is desired. I look forward to working with you to provide a loving and safe environment for your dog so that you won’t have a single worry when you have to be separated. Laurie I'm home full-time. Your dog won't be left alone, unless they prefer that. I love the rain, so if your dog likes to walk in the rain, lets go. And if your dog doesn't like to get wet, we can do very quick and convenient bathroom breaks. I live in a bottom floor condo (in the Fountains complex) and have easy access to my patio and a grassy area. Very convenient for quick trips outside. My living room couch welcomes dogs, but I will respect it if you don't encourage that.

“Dottie is a dog guru! Keisha stays with Dottie at least twice a week and is completely at home which is saying a lot for a pup with anxiety. Dottie has tons of experience and I never have to worry that my old pup is in the best hands. Everyday the dogs get a lovely walk through the park next door; and if it's raining, Dottie has renovated her garage into a temperature controlled doggie play space and lounge. I wish I got to stay somewhere as nice! No doubt in my mind, with Dottie my dog is spoiled.”

About: I have 10 years of specific dog care experience—from the puppy stage through the senior years. I understand that different ages and breeds need differing levels of energy and respond in kind. I know how important it is for your pup to feel safe and calm but also know how to let them let loose and have fun/playtime! I adore dogs and can’t wait to help care for your fur baby for you. I’m a stay at home mom, so my schedule is fairly open. I can work in walks, visits, and feedings for your pup(s) as it works for you. I also have a fenced in back yard, and can offer day boarding as needed, so your fur baby will have access to space to run and play while staying safe. Happy to also offer short term boarding or in (your) home care for times when you are out of town. Based on your needs, I can keep your pet here at my home where I have a fenced in yard, and can also crate your pet, if that is something they are used to. On walks, I will always keep your pet leashed and will offer a calm and gentle environment at all times while they are in my home. If your needs require me to be in your home, I will follow any and all guidelines pertaining to your space.

“Our two 20 month old doodles had a great time at Marco's house. (the property is fantastic!) They came home exhausted (a good thing!) It was their first time at a residential dog day care. They have visited two 'business' dog day care centers where there are usually up to 20 dogs. I worried unnecessarily! At Marco's house they received individual attention. Realizing I was a bit apprehensive Marco sent me several video's of them playing with the 2 other day care dogs. It was truly a relief for me knowing they were in such good care. Highly recommend!”

About: I've grown up around Labradors my whole life. Right now I have a yellow lab named Jasmine. She's a very high energy 10 year old dog. She's not the type of lab who likes to play fetch or even go into water. Which I feel is quite odd. The funny thing about Jasmine, she sounds like a monkey at times when she wants to come in the house. A little about me- I love being out in nature. My favorite place to walk is the beautiful Sherwood parks. I feel dog walking could be a lot of fun on my off season of my main job which is school photography. I've worked as a school photographer for 22 years. So I have a lot of patience with kids and feel I could take on any kind of dog. Right now I'm looking to fill my time walking dogs so I can get more exercise and love on many different types of dogs. I'm looking to make some extra money and take some great walks around town. I'm very dependable and will show up when I say I will. I will always make sure your amazing dog is cared for to the fullest and know they will be in safe hands while I have them.

About: If you're a dog lover, you should have dogs, right? I've had dogs all my life and we currently have two small well-behaved dogs, Daisy and Buddy, both under 20 lbs. My 23-year-old son Sam is a co-sitter (I'm primary) and your doggie will receive all the love it can handle! Sam used to volunteer as a dog walker at the Maui Humane Society when we lived on Maui and we spent Saturdays at the pet-a-puppy adoption gathering at the Maui Mall. Animals seem to know we're safe and loving and tend to come to us when they need help. We've rescued a duckling, a Mynah bird, a baby squirrel, a lost kitten, and two adult dogs, caring for them in our homes until appropriately placed or returned to their owners. We also took part in a humpback whale rescue when visiting Maui Feb 2023. I work from home as an instructional designer; my son is an student in animation and is also at home and absolutely adores every animal he ever met. Two responsible adults are here at all times, so this makes it easy to give your fur baby the attention it deserves. Our dogs are indoor dogs and have free roam of our house. We have a large, fenced, dog-friendly backyard for exercise. Our two small friendly dogs can show your dog the ropes. We recommend a visit prior to placement so they can all get acquainted.
