“Our dog Roscoe is 4 year old rescue who is highly reactive. He is still new to us (4 months ago) and we’re working through some of his quirks. He’s doing so much better, but is skiddish of new people and not tolerant of other dogs. We don’t like to leave him alone for too long, but sometimes you just have to be out for a while. We wanted to make sure we found him a dog sitter who could accommodate his needs and be patient with him. We did a meet and greet with Alejandra and she was incredibly kind and patient. Roscoe seemed quite comfortable with her. So this week we did a test day, and it went great. Alejandra clearly loves and understands dogs, and has the patience to handle unique needs. She reached out during the day with updates and asked us if we wanted her to work on any of his training exercises with him. Great experience all around, and we’re relieved to have an option for Roscoe when we need to be away longer than he should be alone.”

Very exceptional level of genuine care, the family loves pets as their own, and she took him on a special trip through nature with lots of messages and pictures. About: I’ve cared for dogs my whole life and truly love having them around. I do tend to spoil them, but I always follow the instructions you, the parent, provide. I have had senior dogs and puppies and always give them the extra care they need. We are a retired couple and always enjoy having a dog around us. We have plenty of time to play with pups, and give them lots of love. We have a fenced in backyard to play in, comfortable beds to sleep in. About: I have been a veterinary technician for a long time! I have recently changed careers and have been a student again. I miss being around fur babies and I would love to have the opportunity to do it again! I started my career with animals in a shelter and moved into the veterinary field. I have had too many foster animals of all types to even count! I am completely confident in my skills weather that be behavioral, medical, age specific, etc. My own pets are all over the rainbow bridge now and I deeply miss these interactions. About: I have been taking care of animals big and small for as long as I can remember! When I was in my early teens I started pet sitting, and once I was 18 I began working on local horse farms; mucking stalls, and learning as much as I could along the way. I take pride in knowing I am knowledgeable and dependable; I’ve fulfilled duties as grand as farm/kennel sitting- (meticulous care; maintaining medicine and feed schedules, cleaning services, turn in and out, organization of multiple and large quantity of animals at a time) …. Over the past decade and a half I have enjoyed the company of horses, goats, chickens, rabbits, pigs, cattle, dogs, cats, birds and reptiles. I love animals and I love providing quality care. I have a very flexible schedule as of lately with no obligations aside from being busy a few early mornings out of the week; as I do work on a farm still as needed. We were visiting from out of state and decided at the last minute to spend a full day in Boston exploring. Angelea was super responsive and took Chewie in within a couple hours notice. We knew once we dropped Chewie off that he would be in great hands and he had the best day with them! Angelea sent me pics and updates throughout the day and she was also willing to keep Chewie longer than the original end time requested. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and I’m well educated on them. I’ve also worked at a doggy daycare so learned lots of tips and tricks. I have my own dog named Finley who is a mini Australian shepherd. I would love to help attend and take care of your fur babies!! I’ve decided I want to switch my job and do something I love more which is to be with animals! I have lots of free time coming up and would love to spend it with more dogs! I have a big yard, and live on a bog which means lots of fun walks and adventures! My dog loves running and being outside playing fetch, and I would of course do any dogs favorite thing such as walks, swims, fetch, and more! My dog gets crated as needed, and of course if your fur baby is under my care then I will be going by your rules and how you prefer things for your dog.
