With a lifelong passions for animals, I am here to ensure your pet's well-being and hapiness. Since I was a child, I never met an animal I didn't love. From caring for family pets to volunteering at local animal shelters, my love for our four-legged companions has only grown stronger over the years. My journey with animals has taken me through various roles, including working in veterinary offices, animal shelters, and pet shops. These experiences have equipped me with invaluable skills and knowledge in animal care, health, and behavior. I work at home fulltime, so I am available to give your pet plenty of attention. We have a large home with the ability to give your pet quiet space alone if needed, and plenty of indoor room for play when they want attention. We have a large unfenced backyard. My husband and I both go on morning and evening walks, and have lots of time to give your pet exercise as needed. Currently, I share my home with Subi, a big-hearted cat who has never met a stranger. He brings endless joy to my life with his playful antics and affectionate purrs. He does well with all other pets, but we do have the ability to keep him separated if your pet requires us to do so. I understand that every pet is unique and deserves personalized care. About: Animals have been so much the center of my life that I made it my career! I am a professional dog trainer with an education through Jean Donaldson's Academy for Dog Trainer's. Let me bring that experience to carrying for your best friend's when you need a set of extra hands. I have loved and cared for pets my entire life! Growing up we had cats, dogs, birds and lizards. Currently I have two Great Pyrenees and one cat of great personaity. They have been my guides in the wonderful world of clicker training. Ghost, my rescue dog, has given me a lot of experience with anxious, sensitive dogs that need a little more time and care. Where as Nanuk has shown me how to handle dogs with a ton of drive and intelligence. And how to harness that despite physical limitations. And my cat... well, he comes running whenever I get the treat bag and clicker and has his own variation on all the dogs tricks. ;) I look forward to meeting your pets and seeing what I can learn from them! I am currently working part time and happy to work with you on scheduling. My husband is also retired which allows me a lot of flexibility for being away from home I do not care for client pets in my home. When is someone else's home I will do my best to continue your pet's usual routine while you are away.
