Karen was great with Curtis and sent us several fun and cute updates throughout the day about snuggling, playing piano for him, and his unexpectedly strong attachment to her husband Jim. Her house was kind of a drive from where we were staying in downtown Cincinnati, but Karen was well-worth the drive. About: I have owned and helped take care of my family’s animals since I was around 6 years old. I am a dog mom to a 4 year old golden retriever and she is my world. I would love to do anything that I can to help you and take care of your pet while you are away or just need an extra hand. I can go on walks with them, play with them, feed them, and keep them safe! I can also help bathe them and keep them groomed by brushing them. I am a photographer so I have relatively open availability. My dog is my entire world so I know exactly how anyone who trusts their pet with anyone else feels. There is so much love and support coming from my side of taking care of them. I talk to them like they are people and give them reassurance when it rains or when they miss you. For stop ins, it’s super easy for me to sit with them for up to an hour, giving them affection and company. For my own dog, we go on walks a lot and do tricks and puzzles to ensure brain exercise during the day. I do not have a fenced in yard yet, but we do walk with a leash around the town as well as use a beeping and vibrating collar to keep pets in our yard.
About: When Covid started, I accidentally started my business by helping a couple people who adopted dogs outside of their care knowledge. Helping them with their working class dogs (pitbull, collie, and a GSP) and establish a better owner/pet relationship made me realize that this is the right move for my future. Since then I have started my own business as well as helping others with their new family member(s). No creature is too small or large for me. My smallest dog client is 3 pounds and the largest is 215. Aside from that I have expanded my practices with lizards, snakes, cats, and birds. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime! I am home most of the day. I do part-time work in hospice as well as part-time classes; (I have a door bachelors degree already working towards a BSN). If you have a special needs animal, I am more than happy to comply with their schedule, I just need to know in advance as much as possible. I have a fenced in yard in the back (will have a fully fenced in yard by the end of August in the front). My dogs have a semi strict schedule of activities to keep them mentally/physically stimulated. I follow suit with everybody’s dog. Everybody eats in their own crate, is provided with soft bedding to sleep on in their own crate, but exercise thoroughly throughout the day.

About: Hi! I'm Elijah and I'd love to care for your dogs whether you're going on vacation or simply need a sitter for the day. As of August 2026, I finished nursing school and will be doing Rover full-time until I take my NCLEX test to officially become a licensed nurse! I have one dog of my own, a 9-year-old miniature schnauzer named Winston, along with two rabbits and a leopard gecko. My partner has two dogs of his own as well, a labrador named Nina and a shih-tzu mix named Lucky—both of them being seniors at ages 13 and 15! We live in a 2 bedroom house with a medium sized, fenced in backyard. I have gates and areas of the house that can easily be secluded if your pet would do better with limited access to other animals. I'm experienced with dogs of all ages ranging from puppies to seniors. Our dogs are all easy-going, surprisingly playful for their ages, and get along with other animals very well (although I'll still do introductions slowly and safely). Since graduating college, my schedule is quite literally free 24/7! As mentioned before, Rover will be my full-time job until I get to take my NCLEX and become a licensed nurse. This means your dog will have my full attention and rarely, if at all, be left alone! The animals in my home are left alone for very little time each week. If guest animals have to be left alone, I have gates along with two rooms I can secure the guest pet in if need be! If you utilize a crate, you can bring that as well for me to use if this is how your pet is normally kept while left alone.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats since I was 10. I currently live with my own cat Peanut, but I grew up with 2 cats and a dog. I am very comfortable around rowdy, big, and loud dogs. I work part time at Aldi as a stocker, my schedule varies by week but I work 4-5am to 10am. I am able to come and go as needed in the evening and afternoon. About: I've had a house full of pets since I was born. We always had at least 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 turtles, and other pets in the house. Chance was my main pet (pitbull) who I personally trained and took care of from the age of 10 until I left for college. I now have a chihuahua named Taako and a fluffy cat named Magnus that I take care of. I've also helped watch cats and dogs of family and friends. I also spend my free time volunteering at Lake Humane Society. I have experience in reading cat temperment (don't want to get bit in a shelter!) and training dogs. I love going on walks with clients dogs, or sitting and taking care of their cats. Other animals are welcome as well, I have had training with all other animals as well- goats, horses, sheep and beyond.
About: Animals have been part of my life since childhood, from dogs and cats to hamsters, an iguana, fish, and even a duck. I’m a flight attendant and former professional ballerina, which means I’m responsible, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. My cat, Rose, keeps my heart full, and I bring that same love and care to every pet I meet. Currently working as a flight attendant. If I am not up in the air I would love to be here spending time with your fur baby! Your pet’s safety comes first with me. I’m happy to follow any guidelines or routines you prefer so your pet stays happy, safe, and stress-free.
About: I have taken care of dogs for family and friends, I have also taken care of horses for the past 10 years. I previously worked for 2 different doggy daycares. I am currently unemployed, so pet care will be my number one priority, and I absolutely love animals so I will always have time for them. I will constantly keep an eye on your fur baby and make sure their needs, happiness and safety are well exercised during the time they spend with me.

About: I have always have tiny little mutts running around since I was little and my love for animals has grown tremendously into adult hood! I love all animals in any size. My experience comes from taking care of my own pets as well as family, friends, and neighbors! I graduated Highschool early and working part time, my job is very flexible and knows that my pet care comes first! Im pretty available on most days of the week I have a gated back yard, with 3 doggies that are loving. They have their own “house” and I am easily able to put them in or out!
