About: Lifelong animal lover dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and attentive care. Whether your dog needs a quick potty break, an energetic walk, or extra companionship while you're away, I treat every pet with the same care and attention I would give my own. I pride myself on communication, punctuality, and creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners. I'm currently in school, taking online classes. My days are flexible, except for Saturday mornings. I am a morning person and have no problem stopping early but can also stop by just before bed time. I have a fenced in yard, 2 older dogs. I am able to keep them separate if needed and have plenty of space for kennels. My dogs are on a 2 walk a day schedule and eating once a day.

I had a fantastic experience with Brooke through Rover. She was incredibly responsive and even accommodated a same-day booking, which was a huge help. She bonded quickly with my dogs and made us feel completely at ease. Her professionalism and clear communication stood out from start to finish. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy care for their pet.

About: I've been taking care of pets since I was younger. I have had cats, dogs and tarantulas, so I am used to a wide range of animals. I live alone and work a typical 9-5 job as an attorney in town, and I do not have any pets of my own. I always pet-sit for my friends' cats and dogs, so I would love to do it with Rover. I love to play games with the animals to keep them stimulated. I also enjoy walking animals and simply being with them. I am very good with both dogs and cats.

About: I’ve taken care of many different animals but as far as dogs- they have a special place in my life. I grew up with many dogs and cats. I’ve rescued four of my fur babies. I’ve also taken care of a few dogs that have disabilities. I think that a big part of an animal especially taking care of someone else’s fur baby is walking or car rides. I feel that it helps them feel at ease and relaxed and to not feel stressed out or anxious. I’m currently available full availability. Occasionally I do have doctors appointments but I will definitely work around those appointments. I’m up usually pretty early in the mornings. Taking care of pets and keeping them safe especially myself I always follow any rules or advice that fur parents give me. Especially if a dog is showing signs that they are uncomfortable or irritated I will respect their space and will remove myself to give them space and let them come to me if they want to.

About: Hi! I’m Alexa, a lifelong dog lover who genuinely loves spending time with animals. I previously offered dog boarding through Rover, so I have plenty of experience caring for dogs with different personalities, routines, and needs. Now, I’m focusing on dog walking and drop-in visits! Whether your pup needs a midday walk, some playtime and attention while you’re away, or a little extra company during the day, I’d love to help. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, give your pup lots of attention, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re gone. I currently am looking for full-time work so I have open availability for Rover pups! I am available any day throughout the week and on weekends. I have a fenced in yard where dogs can play for as long as they want and a small dachshund that loves playing with other dogs. He is older so it takes him a minute to understand what playing is but once he understands a dog wants to play with him he's all in. He also understands when a dog does not want to play and typically just lays in his bed when he wants to relax. I also let dogs on the couch so they can hang with us! (Unless you prefer they stay off the furniture. I want to keep patterns the same whether at my house or yours!)

About: As a dedicated dog owner to three wonderful pups, I understand that pets are family. I treat every dog with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own. My dogs are fed healthy, high-quality food, enjoy nutritious treats, receive plenty of exercise and affection, and are groomed by me with care. When your dog is with me, you can have peace of mind knowing they’ll be loved, well cared for, and treated like one of the family. I work full-time remotely as a tax auditor, which gives me the flexibility to provide consistent care and attention throughout the day. Because I work from home, your pet won’t be left alone for long periods and will receive plenty of companionship, potty breaks, playtime, and love. Caring for animals is already part of my daily routine with my own three dogs, so welcoming your pet into my home feels natural. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a securely fenced backyard for supervised play and exercise, as well as several dog gates throughout my home to safely separate pets when needed for feeding, rest, or introductions. My three friendly, well-socialized dogs love having visitors, but I always take the time to ensure every pet feels comfortable at their own pace. I’ll treat your dog like one of my own—with plenty of love, attention, playtime, and a safe, caring environment.

About: I make real friends with pets, (complimentary pictures included!) I’m reliable, respectful, and always on time, so you never have to worry about the details. Every pet in my care gets treated like my own; spoiled, cared for, and given my full attention. I also love meeting new people, so I enjoy building relationships all around! I’m a hard worker with a schedule shaped by two things I’m passionate about: I work at a recording studio and at a climbing gym! Both keep me active, focused, and used to fulfilling different people’s needs throughout the day. No matter how busy my week gets, I consistently try and make time to meet new pets and give them the attention they deserve! Since I care for pets in your home, I keep things simple and stick to their normal routines, feeding schedules, and walks so nothing feels out of place. I take time to bond with your pet first, follow any special instructions you leave, and send updates and photos along the way! I treat your home and pet with the same care and respect I'd want for my own.

About: I've been a dog person for as long as I can remember - I owned my own dog for 18 years, from puppyhood all the way through his senior years, so I've been through every stage a dog goes through. For the past several years, I've also been fostering dogs of all ages and breeds, from bouncy young puppies to older dogs who just need a calm, steady place to land. What sets me apart is patience and consistency. Puppies especially need someone who won't give up on training - I'm big on positive reinforcement, sticking to a routine, and staying calm and consistent even when a pup is testing boundaries or having a rough day. That same patience carries over to senior dogs, who often need a gentler pace, extra attention to mobility or health needs, and someone who won't rush them. Because I've fostered such a wide range of dogs - nervous rescues, high-energy young dogs, dogs with no training at all, and dogs adjusting to a new home - I've learned to read individual personalities quickly and adjust my approach to what each dog actually needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all method. I work from home, so I'm around throughout the day rather than dropping a dog off and disappearing for hours. That means regular bathroom breaks, playtime, and check-ins built right into my normal day - not squeezed in around a commute or an office schedule. I also have a large, fully fenced backyard, so dogs get plenty of room to run, sniff around, and burn off energy safely without needing to be on a leash the whole time. Between the flexibility of working from home and the space in the yard, dogs in my care get a lot more attention and activity than they would with a typical 9-to-5 sitter. Safety comes first, whether I'm caring for a dog in my home or theirs. In my own home, I have a large, fully fenced backyard, so dogs can play and explore off-leash in a secure space without any risk of getting loose. I keep an eye out for anything that could be a hazard - toxic plants, small objects, unsecured trash - and make sure the environment is calm and comfortable, especially for dogs who might be nervous in a new place. Since I work from home, dogs aren't left alone for long stretches. I'm able to supervise closely, especially during the first few visits with a new dog, so I can get a feel for their personality, energy level, and any quirks before giving them more freedom in the house or yard. For dogs with training needs or those who are still adjusting, I stick to a consistent routine - regular feeding times, scheduled bathroom breaks, and structured playtime - since predictability helps dogs feel safe. I'm also comfortable managing multiple dogs at once, keeping introductions slow and positive so everyone feels comfortable. If I'm caring for a pet in the client's home, I follow the same principles - sticking closely to their normal routine, respecting the house rules the owner has in place, and keeping a close eye on the pet's behavior and comfort level throughout the visit.

About: What sets me apart is the hands-on experience I’ve had caring for multiple dogs at once and making sure each of them feels loved and cared for. In the past, I’ve managed walking three dogs at a time with no problem, keeping them safe and under control while still letting them enjoy their time outside. I’m also very intentional about reinforcing good behavior, which helps pets feel secure and keeps routines consistent. I’ve stayed overnight in clients’ homes before to make dogs more comfortable in their own environment, and I always do my best to keep their routines as close to normal as possible. With this background, I bring patience, attentiveness, and reliability to every pet I care for. I work full-time M-F. I work hybrid, allowing me to spend half my day at home and half in the office. I live 10 minutes from the office, so your furry best friend will never be alone for long. I make sure pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable whether in my home or theirs. At my apartment, we have a dog park where pups can play and socialize, and I take them on walks throughout the day for exercise and fresh air. Inside, I have pet-friendly furniture so they can relax, cuddle up with me during a movie, or keep me company while I read. I follow each pet’s routine closely, making sure their feeding, potty breaks, and playtime are consistent with what they’re used to. My goal is to give them a loving, stress-free environment where they feel at home.

About: I have cared for just about every animal type - dogs, cats, rodents, fish, and a few exotic reptiles and amphibians. In that scope, I’ve managed surprise litters, caring for young and senior pets with all their needs. I’m currently working from home, so my schedule is very flexible. I will have my elementary age kids and our senior dog with me every other week, and we’re unfortunately allergic to cats. I have a large fenced in yard, plus my own dog every other week. She is a bit picky about other dogs depending on their size, age, and personality.

Ali was wonderful. She asked whether I wanted to do a meet and greet with the pups ahead of time, since I was going to be away for most of the time she was walking them. She also kindly helped clean one of my pups up when he had some digestive issues. She was kind, reliable and my pups were better off with her caring for them while I was away.

About: I am an animal lover and have over 33 years of experience! I grew up having dogs and cats. I have had 3 of my own dogs and 2 cats, 4 of which were strays. I have trained all of my furry friends and even helped my Boston Terrier Mix have puppies. I have also cared for elderly pets and so I understand what it takes to give them the love and treatment they need in their more frail years. I currently have very flexible hours and can take care of your furry friend whenever you need me. I had a career in Nursing, but I am currently not practicing so I am free to help you out with your needs. I am very reliable and trustworthy. I have always had pets in my home, but take great pride in my home being well cared for and clean. I would ensure your home would be taken care of in the same way while looking after your pets. Whether it is my home or yours, or taking your pets for a walk, I will be respectful and ensure your pet and your home is well looked after.

About: My family has had dogs since I was very young, and I have had my own dog for 3 years now. She is a rescue, and I have had her since she was 6 months old. I work full-time in a bakery and am off most days around 1-3pm. I do have some free mornings as well and would be able to drop by with notice. I live close to East Nashville with my dog, Millie, and cat, Spoon! I live by all the good walking trails. I would love to schedule some dog-walking nearby so that i can take full advantage of all the great weather we are having.
