Hey I’m Dre :) A 33-year-old sober flow artist and somatic healer. I care deeply about fostering safe spaces, being present, and tuning into the fur beings I serve with love and attention. Fresh off the savannahs of Africa—where I spent 8 years dancing with Maasai Mara’s finest—I’m back in Nashville with my trusty sidekick, Wadi the rescue cat. From teaching yoga with rescues in Nashville to wildlife conservation in Kenya, I’ve worked with everything from lions to lapdogs over 20+ years of critter lovin’. I’m a great communicator, I don’t drink or smoke, and I treat your home with integrity and respect. I have a playful spirit and would love to care for your pets in the ways that best support them. I specialize in multi-animal households and strive to make both pets and owners feel comfortable and happy. We had an amazing experience and would absolutely book with her again! Before our trip, she took the time to come over for a meet-and-greet so our dogs could get comfortable with her, which made us feel very confident leaving them in her care. She took wonderful care of our two dogs and our home for a full week. Throughout our trip, she sent us daily updates with multiple photos and videos, letting us know how the dogs were doing, which made it so much easier to relax and enjoy our vacation. It was clear that she genuinely cared about our pets, and we came home to two happy, well-cared-for dogs. We are so grateful for the excellent care she provided and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate pet sitter!

Andrea did a fantastic job taking care of my dog Lucy during the Thanksgiving holiday. She’s by far the best dog sitter I’ve had. Her communication was great, lots of videos and updates. If you have a dog or cat that has anxiety and doesn’t like it when you’re away, Andrea will have that healing touch. I highly recommend!
Andrea did an amazing job with my four cats plus a bonus foster cat, which she was very accommodating with! Even my shyest, formerly feral cat loved her! I had so much peace of mind while on vacation with my cats in her care. Will absolutely book again and highly recommend!!

I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, so if things change or you need last minute care I can usually adapt my schedule pretty easily.

I work with integrity to create a safe space for animals and owner (I do not drink or smoke). I communicate, take lots of photos and ask questions if anything is unclear.
Pets
A typical day
I will have conversations with your pet like they’re human and shower them with compliments. I’ll give them lots of love, pets and cuddles with their consent. We can play “get the toy” with their favorite toys. Cats can get lots of head scratches and play time attention, fresh air if they’re indoor/outdoor, slow blink exchanges and kneading the dough. With dogs who want exercise I love to go for jogs/walks in nature (so many great parks in Nashville) or a stroll around your neighborhood. Also happy to work with them on favorite tricks (paw, sit, stay, roll over, etc). Happy to help with food and bathroom needs.
