“We left our 4.5 month old puppy with Deanna for a long weekend and she had a blast! Deanna was great with providing us with updates and pictures throughout the weekend. Oaklee slept like a rock almost the minute we got home because she was so tired from playing with Deanna's dogs. We are so happy we found her here and will definitely be going through her again if we can the next time we are out of town!!”

“Moose loves spending time with Stephanie. We have peace of mind when he stays with her. We get lots of photos of moose and we can see that he’s having a great time”

“Erin and her family were absolutely wonderful with our Frenchie, Roxy. Erin kept us updated with sweet photos and messages, and it was clear that Roxy felt right at home. She came home happy, relaxed and clearly cared for. We’re so grateful to have found such a kind and responsible sitter, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with Erin again. Highly recommend!”

“Kasey and her daughter Izzy took AMAZING care of our sweet puppy. She sent updates throughout every day and made me assured that she was getting taken care of as if she were her own puppy. They sent videos and pictures and loved on her so much!”

“Stephanie was quick responder and saved us from a very stressful last minute cancellation from another sitter. She sent lots of pics and updates from the weekend, putting as at ease. Would highly recommend her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This was our first time using Rover and I’m so happy we found Griffin! He watched our chihuahua for a week and I think she had a better time on vacation than we did! The kids (and adults) absolutely loved getting the picture/video updates and we so appreciated how they let Tallulah make herself feel right at home. We will definitely be asking for Griffin again next time we travel.”

“Was perfect for our dog. Angie communicated and sent pictures regularly. This was the first time we have left our dog with someone besides family and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend.”

“Kristy and her family were wonderful. Kristy sent me lots of pictures and treated Iris like a member of her family. Would definitely use her and again and recommend to others who want their dog to have a home away from home. ❤️?”

“I was so happy to find Evelyn. Such a nice person. It was a plus that she works out of her home. Leroy has separation anxiety, so having someone to hangout with during the day, instead of being put in a kennel, meant so much to me. Evelyn was so good about sending me photos. Leroy definitely has a new place to hangout now when I’m gone!! Thank you so much, Evelyn! From Lee Ann and Leroy!”

“Dana and her family are wonderful to my dog Oliver! Oliver is always so excited upon arrival, as is Dana. I will continue to send Oliver to what I feel is an extremely safe space for him. Thank you for looking out for the fur babies as you look out for your own.”

“Kaiya did great and loved the extra attention and buddies to play with. I also really appreciated Kelly's flexibility with our schedule. Would happily book again!”

“Linda took the best care of my Yoshi while I was gone for 10 days. I’d typically be apprehensive being gone for so long, but I knew that he was in good hands with Linda!! She checked in frequently and did everything to make sure he felt at home at her place! 😊”

“My second time using Nicole to board my dog. I love that my dog has her dogs to play and a huge backyard to run around. Good family, nice people, and my dog gets lots of hugs from her kiddos. Highly recommend.”

“Zain was so happy to stay with Jessica! I got picture updates every day, and she was able to accommodate a last minute change (because of a booking error in my part). I know he got some good play time in because he crashed as soon as we got back home. Highly recommend Jessica!”

“This was my first time leaving Lucy with a sitter like this, so I was definitely a little anxious. Melissa made the whole experience really easy and kept me updated while I was gone. Lucy came home happy and well taken care of, and I felt like she was in good hands the whole time. I’d definitely trust Melissa with Lucy again!”

About: Hi! I’m Olivia, a lifelong dog lover with years of experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I currently work from home, which allows me to give pets lots of attention, playtime, walks, and companionship throughout the day. I’m very active and love making sure dogs get the exercise and stimulation they need. I also have an English Cream Golden Retriever named Sully who is extremely playful, friendly, and loves having dog buddies around. Because of that, I’m looking for dogs that enjoy playing and socializing! Creating a safe, loving, and fun environment for pets is something I truly enjoy, and I’ll care for your dog like they’re my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine since I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I’m home throughout the day for walks, potty breaks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention and companionship. I typically do a 30-minute morning walk, a lunchtime walk, and an evening walk to help dogs stay active, stimulated, and on a consistent routine. I’m also very active myself and love spending time outdoors with dogs. Since I already care for my own playful Golden Retriever, Sully, having dogs in the home is already a big part of my everyday lifestyle. Sully loves having dog buddies around, so I’m looking for dogs that enjoy playing and socializing as well! I provide a safe, loving, and active environment for pets in my home. I have a fenced-in backyard for supervised outdoor play and potty breaks, along with a large finished basement where dogs can run around, play, and burn off energy indoors. Since I work from home, pets receive plenty of attention, supervision, companionship, and exercise throughout the day. I follow each dog’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions from owners. My goal is to make every dog feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home while they’re with me.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Merriam
We are so grateful for the excellent care he received. Communication was always prompt, warm, and thoughtful, and we loved receiving so many adorable photos throughout his stay. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal, they still made every effort to keep Buffalo active and engaged.

This was my first boarding experience and it was great! David took great care of my dog and gave him a lovely little vacation. I can tell my dog had a great time. David took the time to keep me posted on how my dog was doing and sent pictures. I appreciate you David for making this experience so easy and great. We’ll for sure book with you again in the future!

Brittany and her family took very good care of our small dog for 10 days. She sent photos and comments daily on how Diggity was doing. She was also very accommodating when we changed both our drop off and pick up times from the original times I had requested. I hope she is available the next time we need a dog sitter.

We had a great experience with Ariel and Alex! They were accommodating, responsible, and easy to work with. They asked thoughtful questions about our pup’s routine and personality. Their dog, Ellie, welcomed Liesl right away, and they were enjoying each other’s company. They have a large, shaded, fenced, and well-maintained backyard. Ariel and Alex are genuine, down-to-earth people who clearly care about the dogs they watch. We’d happily have Liesl stay with them again.

I am so thankful to have found Kristy! She had taken such wonderful care of my dogs, been super responsive and communicative when booking and during their stay, and has been a pleasure to work with all around. She is clearly great with dogs and her love for them shows. I highly recommend Kristy and I know I will continue having my dogs stay with her when we are out of town.
Dallas may have enjoyed her vacation even more than we enjoyed ours 😂 Angie and her family took amazing care of Dallas while we were away. They gave her so much love, attention, and plenty of pets, and it was clear she felt right at home. Their large backyard was perfect for playtime, and their joyful, caring family made us feel completely at ease. We came home to a happy dog and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would happily trust Angie with Dallas again!

Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
