“Julie goes above and beyond to give the pups in her care the best experience possible. We just needed someone to watch Guini for the day, and Julie sent updates all day, including a ton of videos of her having a blast at a huge dog park. She extremely response; including considering I sent the initial request late in the evening.”

“Our 2 good boys had the BEST time with Tara! We were traveling through Memphis on a cross-country moving trip and wanted to stop for a few days to rest and visit the sights, but our dogs couldn't be left alone in a hotel room all day, obviously. We reached out to Tara when we were a couple days drive away, and she was able to fit us in with the little notice we were able to give. We dropped the dogs off in the mornings before breakfast (quick 15 min drive from our downtown hotel) and picked them up in the evenings after we had dinner, 3 days in a row, and it worked perfectly! The boys came back so exhausted from playing all day, and Tara was sure to send us updates and photos often. She was super communicative and flexible when we needed to adjust times a bit each day, and even gave both dogs a bath on their last night because they had played in the mud on a rainy day and she knew they had to travel all day the next day! You can tell she's great with animals, her rates are extremely reasonable, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Can't recommend enough for daycare!”

I currently work from home for a non-profit, so my schedule is very flexible! I also teach music lessons from home, and I play approximately one out-of-town orchestra event every other month. About: We live in a house with a fenced in yard and have 1 dog, our lovely German Shephard named Harper. She is very social and likes playing with other dogs and does not mind sharing toys. Would like to lay on your lap and cuddle all day. I have been taking care of dogs since I was a child. This includes my own dogs, but also dogs of friends and family while they were on vacations. I have experience administering medication, as one of my previous dogs suffered from epilepsy and had to get medicine every 12 hours. Dogs can roam around the house freely, are allowed to lay on the furniture and are taken on walks and to the dog park in Overton park every day. I work from home so I can arrange my schedule around any special needs for you pets. I work from home and can arrange my own hours, which provides me with the flexibility to make sure your pet gets any special needs they may require. I live in a big house where the dogs can freely roam around and are allowed to lay on the furniture. When the weather allows it I open the door to the fenced yard, where they can enjoy the sun or the shade from our tree. I have experience giving medicine to dogs and dogs with epilepsy.

“We were passing through town and wanted to check out the Civil Rights Museum but needed somewhere for our dog to hang out. Kiara was great with our pup and he was happy and well cared for when we picked him up!”

About: Ever since I was a little girl I was called “Dr. Do-little!” So once I was able to I started working in the veterinary field! I started working in the kennel, walking dogs, cleaning kennels, feeding, play times and extra snuggles with the cats. Eventually I worked my way up to veterinary technician and went to school for it. During all my years I learned all about dog/cat breeds. I learned about dogs body languages and signs I need to know to make sure they are always comfortable and also got to learn some training tricks along the way too! Now being retired I use all this knowledge while caring for pets and sometimes still teaching pet owners. My passion and love for animals is still as strong as it was as a little girl and I can’t wait to love on all your fur-babies! Hi there!! I’m a retired veterinary technician with 10+ years of experience caring for animals and advocating for their well-being. Now a dedicated stay-at-home and homeschooling mom, I want to help families care for their animals while they work! I can’t wait to get to know all your fur-babies :) Currently we live in an apartment on Mud Island in Memphis, Tennessee, we moved here from Virginia!! We have the best dog park less than a mile from our home, we have the best walking trails as well. We live on the bottom floor of our apartment so we have a lovely patio that we get to enjoy while watching the sunset or rise! I love to be outside when it’s nice out so most every morning my husband, myself and our daughter go for a 2 mile walk and nice evening walks!
