“Our 2 good boys had the BEST time with Tara! We were traveling through Memphis on a cross-country moving trip and wanted to stop for a few days to rest and visit the sights, but our dogs couldn't be left alone in a hotel room all day, obviously. We reached out to Tara when we were a couple days drive away, and she was able to fit us in with the little notice we were able to give. We dropped the dogs off in the mornings before breakfast (quick 15 min drive from our downtown hotel) and picked them up in the evenings after we had dinner, 3 days in a row, and it worked perfectly! The boys came back so exhausted from playing all day, and Tara was sure to send us updates and photos often. She was super communicative and flexible when we needed to adjust times a bit each day, and even gave both dogs a bath on their last night because they had played in the mud on a rainy day and she knew they had to travel all day the next day! You can tell she's great with animals, her rates are extremely reasonable, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Can't recommend enough for daycare!”

About: Dog walking and drop-in services are available daily, weekly, or while you are on vacation! References are available upon request. Certain breed restrictions apply and behavioral problems to be informed up front please. I remote work from home so schedule is always flexible and easy to work around. My calendar remains up to date as soon as possible. No in-home pet sitting at this time. No boarding at this time. No transportation is provided at this time unless this is a drop in long-term commitment.

About: I ‘m exceptionally careful and sensitive to your pup’s personality and temperament. I will Aid in any fun times that you don’t have time to give them. So when you’re home from work they are tired just like you and really for a cuddling sleep next to you! Anything else you need like special instructions or guidance, I will be happy to oblige. About: I have a spiritual connection to animals! I am a feral being myself. I would love to get to know your pets and become a part of their daily life. I am a 9th grade English teacher who has open availability this month. I have open availability on all holidays and weekends. I love to spend time at the park, and to ride my bike with my dog in a trailer on the back. My dog is my entire world. We do everything together, and she’s always yapping to me about her problems, and me hers. 😂 She smells like Fritos and she’s a Taurus.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs, cats, birds and rabbits for the past 20 years. Experience with fostering and adoption via the Humane Society as well. I love caring for all types of fur babies, and currently have 3 of my own. My goal is to one day create my own non-profit animal sanctuary in Tennessee. I currently work from home for a non-profit, so my schedule is very flexible! I also teach music lessons from home, and I play approximately one out-of-town orchestra event every other month. I’m able to stay overnight in your home and follow whatever schedule and/or instructions you have laid out for caring for your pets. About: We live in a house with a fenced in yard and have 1 dog, our lovely German Shephard named Harper. She is very social and likes playing with other dogs and does not mind sharing toys. Would like to lay on your lap and cuddle all day. I have been taking care of dogs since I was a child. This includes my own dogs, but also dogs of friends and family while they were on vacations. I have experience administering medication, as one of my previous dogs suffered from epilepsy and had to get medicine every 12 hours. Dogs can roam around the house freely, are allowed to lay on the furniture and are taken on walks and to the dog park in Overton park every day. I work from home so I can arrange my schedule around any special needs for you pets. I work from home and can arrange my own hours, which provides me with the flexibility to make sure your pet gets any special needs they may require. I live in a big house where the dogs can freely roam around and are allowed to lay on the furniture. When the weather allows it I open the door to the fenced yard, where they can enjoy the sun or the shade from our tree. I have experience giving medicine to dogs and dogs with epilepsy.

About: Ever since I was a little girl I was called “Dr. Do-little!” So once I was able to I started working in the veterinary field! I started working in the kennel, walking dogs, cleaning kennels, feeding, play times and extra snuggles with the cats. Eventually I worked my way up to veterinary technician and went to school for it. During all my years I learned all about dog/cat breeds. I learned about dogs body languages and signs I need to know to make sure they are always comfortable and also got to learn some training tricks along the way too! Now being retired I use all this knowledge while caring for pets and sometimes still teaching pet owners. My passion and love for animals is still as strong as it was as a little girl and I can’t wait to love on all your fur-babies! Hi there!! I’m a retired veterinary technician with 10+ years of experience caring for animals and advocating for their well-being. Now a dedicated stay-at-home and homeschooling mom, I want to help families care for their animals while they work! I can’t wait to get to know all your fur-babies :) Currently we live in an apartment on Mud Island in Memphis, Tennessee, we moved here from Virginia!! We have the best dog park less than a mile from our home, we have the best walking trails as well. We live on the bottom floor of our apartment so we have a lovely patio that we get to enjoy while watching the sunset or rise! I love to be outside when it’s nice out so most every morning my husband, myself and our daughter go for a 2 mile walk and nice evening walks!
