I’ve been brought up around pets my whole life - some good & sociable, and some timid and tetchy, so I am good at clocking when an animal needs its space, and when it needs some TLC! I’ve grown up with Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Fish, Cats and Dogs. I tend to prefer animals to humans to be honest, so this is a perfect role for me!

Ensure they’re obviously stocked up on water and any treats they might want/need. Ensure I’m either sat with them the whole time, or if they’re a fidget bum, that I’ve at least got my eye on them. I’m very cuddly, and so will offer infinite snuggles for your pet, but also love a pet that, like me, treasures personal space haha!

Our precious dog Blue had cushing’s disease, so had to follow a routine of a tablet a day in her food/a piece of rolled up ham, but that’s about as far as any form of medical care for a dog has gone for me.

Other than playing with them in the garden, my dogs tend to sleep most of the day, when they aren’t guarding the house from the “evil” postman that they have a vendetta against haha!

I work from home to ensure I can care for my dogs Mabel & Barry. We originally had two female dogs, but our eldest, Blue, recently passed away, so Mabel has needed a lot more company, which I’ve adjusted my work-life balance to fit around. She’s an old gal, so a challenge to get out the door. We then adopted Barry, our mental Boston, who can’t go without 2 walks a day, so we try and get her out with him. I’d love to walk/hang with some more fluffs!
