Hello, nice to meet you! My name is Laura and having grown up around dogs my entire life since the age of 3, and having a great love for cats in which I have cared for my own for 10 and a half years. I have additionally been sitting (both cats and dogs) from Rover for over 2 years now. It’s difficult to imagine a household without these beautiful furry friends. I truly believe pets are a central part of any family and adapt to each and every difference to make them as comfortable as possible. I am familiar with both senior and puppy care, and therefore dealt with personalities ranging from tame to excitable. I am very grateful to have friends and family trust me with their own dogs and/or cats which has allowed me to gain experience caring for pets of all sizes and needs. Unfortunately, due to the anxious nature of my own dog, I am unable to accept boarding at my home at this moment in time. However, I offer exclusive one on one, in home pet sitting, daycare, drop ins and walks - so you can be reassured your pets remain happy and relaxed in their safe and familiar environment with 100% focused care. Getting to you is not a problem since I drive and have my own car making transport easy. I carefully listen and adhere to any specific instructions set by you as the owner to ensure the utmost service possible is provided. You can leave your pet with confidence knowing they are loved and cared for to the absolute maximum. Where house sitting or drop in care is required, I am happy to help out with any household chores you wish to have tended to. Reflecting not only time but the level of one-on-one care, and enrichment your pet will receive, my current rates are as follows: *Rates also include travel time & cost (petrol). Discounted prices will be available to those where travel time is minimal, message for more info* Cash or bank transfer is also accepted. Bookings will only be confirmed after an initial meeting to ensure that we are both happy to go ahead with the booking and of course that your furry friend feels comfortable in my care. Daycare £12.50 per hour - puppy rates (up to 6 months) £10 per hour - young and older dogs Overnight £40 per night +£10 per additional dog, £5 per cat +£10 per hour overtime (e.g. if start date time was at 2pm and end date finishing time was 4pm, this would be +£20 (Note: this would only be added once onto the end total not per night). For longer time extensions that would otherwise exceed the nightly rate, this would just be charged as an additional day rather than the hourly rate. Walks £15 per walk Additional dog(s) from the same household are half price (£7.50 per additional dog) therefore for 2 dogs it would be £22.50. Solo or same household dogs - I'm not a group walker so there will be no mixing with unfamiliar dogs and you can be sure each walk is personal to your dog(s) only. Drop ins will depend on the level of care needed and how close or far you are (to account for travel costs). Pricing if local to the area can be expected as £10 (any time up to an hour). Hourly daycare rate will be instilled for drop ins that exceed this. (Where the journey may be slightly longer and require motorway usage drop in prices can be expected to be between £13-15). Enjoy a little discount when you book a walk and drop in together- for just £23 for both! Each service includes regular updates, photos, and commitment to your pet's comfort and routines. All care is very personal and specific to your pet's needs. *Booking and Cancellation Policy* To secure your booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required. This will only be implemented after our initial in-person meeting once you have decided you are happy to go ahead with the booking. This amount secures your dates and is applied to your total balance. The remaining 75% can be settled closer to the start date. In the rare event I have to cancel, this will of course be refunded. Bookings cancelled: 5-6 days before the start date- 50% of the booking total will be required 3-4 days before - 75% 48 hours or less - 100% The 25% deposit is factored in as part of the total (not added on top).
