Experienced Pet Parent & Novice Trainer (Cats & Dogs!) I've been surrounded by furry friends my whole life: growing up with two dogs and several cats, fostering and walking dogs at Human Animal Rescue, and currently caring for my 4yo rescue tabby, Covey June (whom I successfully trained to sit!). I even helped my grad school roommate train their puppy, Maisie, with basic commands like sit and roll over. This experience has given me a deep understanding of animal needs and behavior, from playful pups to senior kitties. I'm confident I can provide a loving, safe, and enriching environment for your pet while you're away.

I was super nervous about leaving my six month old puppy with a dog sitter, but i’m so glad I found Gianna. She was clear, flexible, and just absolutely amazing overall. I had a flight cancellation and she took the time changes with grace. Also, I loved that she sent me multiple photos/videos of my pup every day. If I ever need to use a dog sitter again I will be sure to request Gianna first!
Gianna was an amazing sitter for our kitties while we were away! She kept us updated every day and sent lots of pictures. She went the extra mile when the cats were a little too enthusiastic in their litter box and made a mess. We appreciate her care and attention to our lovely ladies. Thank you Gianna!

A typical day starts with lots of love and attention for the pets in my care. I work from home, so it’s easy for me to spend quality time with them throughout the day. We’ll start with a morning walk or play session to get their energy flowing, followed by feeding time and some cozy relaxation. I make sure they stay happy and active with interactive toys, cuddles, and mental stimulation. We’ll have regular breaks outside for fresh air and walks, and evenings are for winding down with more playtime or quiet time together before bed. I love engaging pets with activities that match their personality. For active dogs, we’ll enjoy walks, play fetch, or explore local parks. For pets that enjoy mental stimulation, I bring out puzzle toys and fun challenges to keep them entertained. Cats can enjoy playtime with feather wands, laser pointers, or cozy naps, and there will always be plenty of cuddle time.
