I have a couple pets, a Sheprador which is a German Shepherd and Labrador mix named George, and a hamster named Baba. I feed my dog George twice a day making sure to let him outside right after, I regularly brush him because he just doesn't stop shedding, I wash him every other month so he doesn't get stinky, give him all of his medication for his allergies, and just giving him constant attention such as walks! Baba gets fed once a day with a healthy balance of veggies, fruits, seeds, and original food. I clean his cage every 1 to 2 weeks depending how it looks and/or if it stinks, and finally I regularly take him out of his cage to pet him and let him run around in his ball! George and Baba get along haha! Plus a new member being Chunk a little lab puppy!
About: I've had dogs my whole life! My current living situation does not allow animals. Honestly, I am joining Rover to get some dog time and earn some extra cash! I love animals, but have a special place in my heart for dogs and their sweet personalities! I have been dog sitting and walking for friends and family for over 7 years independently. About: I'm a dog lover who relishes time bonding with pets. I have two of my own who some (my husband!) think I over indulge with attention. I'm responsible and reliable. I'm self employed and work from home so have complete flexibility in dates and times available. I prefer to avoid late nights, but can be flexible if needed. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
