I have two pitbull mixes who can be a handful when their energy is high, and one who is quite reactive to other dogs. Lucas showed my dogs nothing but kindness and patience and effectively got them exercised and got their energy out for me. He showed up on time each walk and followed my instructions perfectly. He also communicated with me consistently which gave me a lot of peace of mind. About: I have been around pets my whole life, but dogs are my favorite! I love them all, from puppies to the senior friends. I regularly care for my family dogs and I have experience caring for friends dogs and I have several regular clients. I have experience with puppy care and training, bathing, feeding, and administering medication. I also have experience with senior dog care nearing the end of life and all others in between. I have no trouble creating the special bond needed with most dog personalities. Dogs are truly our best friends! I play and exercise my own dogs daily. I understand the importance of keeping dogs engaged, healthy, and active. I do have a part-time job, but schedules are flexible given enough notice. I am so excited to care for your pup! I like to make sure the doggie is a happy, tired doggie when I do have to leave them. They love me and know fun is in store when I’m around. I play fetch and frisbee in the backyard and go on long walks around the neighborhood. If we can’t be outside I’ll play games with them indoors to challenge their minds and keep them occupied. Then of course there’s snuggle time together until they’re ready to nap or go to sleep in their crates or bed.

I have always owned at least one cat and one dog at the same time, and I currently have two dogs and one cat, including giving medicine. All of my animals have been rescue pets with different needs and challenges. About: i've taken care of all sorts of dogs, young and old some with and without disabilities. i treat them all equally the same. i am also very patient with animals and willing to work with them, especially when they are in a new environment. I do have college classes, however there are gaps in between them where I am able to go home and let them out if needed. and i also work however it's only 4hrs when i'm scheduled other than that i'm usually home. weekends unless i work i stay home or walk around my city I am in a gated area where dogs are allowed to roam around freely. i have no animals currently. i also don't mind if they like to chill on the couch

About: Hi, all! My name is Sophie and I am a pre-veterinary student at the University of Kentucky. I have been working at an animal hospital for the past (almost) four years! I am more than comfortable to care for any domestic species of any age and/or size! The animal hospital I am employed at works with all animal, from dogs and cats to snakes and birds! I am responsible for medicating these animals, as well as making their unfortunate stay with us as comfortable as possible. I am the biggest animal lover you will meet, and have one priority: to make them my best friend!
