About: Hello! I have worked at a boarding kennel for 5 years and have volunteered at the Humane society for 2 years as well. I am comfortable with everything your pet brings to the table! I am proficient in understanding a dogs behavior, your dog will be in trusted hands. I am currently working remote on Wednesdays and Fridays and would love some more dog time! I am available throughout the days on these days. I am also available on weekends! I will be sure your dog has the most fun on our walks! I know my way around many types of harnesses/leashes/muzzles. I can’t wait to get my steps in with your dog!

About: I am very loving to all animals, My own girl is a rescue from St. Thomas that I adopted from Pet Search 10/2022. She was abused as a puppy and very anxious and afraid of men mostly and takes times to gain humans trust. I am very patient with her and always keep her safe. I know how to identify if she is not feeling comfortable in a situation and remove her from the situation to make her feel safe. She loves all dogs and children but needs to gain humans trust. I have been around dogs and owned dogs since I was a child. I have done pet sitting for my parents dog and friends dogs including cats. I am just new to Rover. You can trust me to be very attentive, while your fur baby is in my care they are my number one priority. I can administer oral medications if needed. I currently work a full time job as a medical assistant at a doctors office since 2006. I am off early on Fridays and off on the weekends. I have a furbaby of my own that is three years old that I adopted. I am available on friday afternoons after 3 and Saturday and Sundays all day. I can do home visits, walks, or you may come to my home as long as your furbaby is good with another dog. I have experience walking and pet sitting dogs for neighbors, family and friends. I have a big yard for your babies to have lots of playtime and also have a fenced in back yard to keep them safe. I also have a safe neighborhood for walking and there are many trails by my home. My dog also gets along with all other dogs and is very playful. I do require proof of up to date vaccinations including Rabies.

About: I have been around dogs sense I was born and have been caring and loving them for as long as I can remember. I have had a large range of dogs from 10lbs-180lbs. Anyone who’d would like to board there dog, my apartment has a gated dog run. Letting them run and have fun! I also do another dog services with Wag and have all gotten 5 star reviews. I have lots of experience with multiple breeds too! It also looks like I haven’t been doing dog sittings in awhile. But that’s not true! I have clients outside of rover that keep me busy. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d love to make friends with your pup! :) I am currently a professional ballet dancer from 9am-2pm. My schedule is flexible allowing me to be able to take dogs throughout the afternoons and evening! I’m free on most weekends depending if there is a performance coming up. I will care for your pet as if it were my own. They will get extra attention and love from me. I go out of my way to comfort and take care of any animals. I will make sure that everything goes the way it should.

About: I have had a dog in my life ever since I was a kid, and have loved and cared for them ever since. Always been like family to me. I will treat your dog the same, I assure you. I have volunteered at shelters in the past, as well as working at a doggie day care and have watched dogs on and off again also. Right now we live with an amazing mutt named Leslie who is 7 and her goofball Corgi cousin Peri who is 4. Right now I am in between things, so I am open to most days, especially sheltering at home as long as your dog is okay hanging with ours. At our home we have 2 dogs, with a fenced in yard and walkable, friendly neighborhood. I will definitely spend as much time as I can with them, and do whatever you need. Like I said, I treat dogs like they're my good friends or family.

“Rian has been taking such great care of my 2 dogs for the past several weeks. My 🐾🐾 boys love him! Rian is great at communicating and sending awesome pictures of his daily visits with my pups. I highly recommend Rian.”

About: New to Rover but not to pet care! I’ve owned dogs and cats all my life. I currently have a 7 year old pup of my own. I’m happy to stop by and care for your pets while you’re out! I can feed them, refresh their water, give potty breaks, and spend some time playing or cuddling if that’s what you’d want! I can also grab your mail, bring in packages, or water a few plants. Just let me know! You’ll always get updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are happy and safe. I’m a stay at home mom with a flexible schedule so it’s no problem to stop by a time or two while my sons at school - and even in the evening if you’re away for longer periods. “Carrie arrived at the designated time and followed all directions for her drop-in visit. She sent plenty of photos and wrote a detailed report. The dogs seemed to take to her very well as they sat next to her and put their heads on her lap!”

About: Hi! My name is Megan! I’m a Pittsburgh born and raised gal who is a HUGE animal lover. Most of my clients have been through word of mouth so Rover is newer to me and I'm just getting back into this business after taking some time off! That being said, alongside caring for my own pets, I have cared for client pets ranging from dogs, cats, and guinea pigs for the last 15 years. Most of my clients have been through word of mouth so this is I have worked in the veterinary field at a few points in time so I am familiar with a range of ages and any specific care needs that may come up such as specific feeding, medications, and even caring for a paralyzed pet that requires diaper changes. I always make sure the pet is comfortable and happy before anything else. I truly enjoy arriving to a home and seeing how excited they get for a visitor. I am responsible and over the top with care and treat them as if they are my own pets! I am just getting back into the business after taking some time off. I work remotely a few days a week and am available on weekends so I can work around that! With the dog walking/drop in visits, I will be making house calls vs having the pets brought to me. I treat the client's home and pets as if they were my own.

About: I've spent over twenty years caring for dogs and cats of all temperaments — from energetic pups to quirky seniors. My own adopted fur family has taught me patience, communication, and how to meet each pet where they are. Whether it’s a walk, a brush, or a belly rub, I focus on keeping pets active, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away. I treat every animal like they’re my own — because that’s what they deserve. Got an odd schedule? I’ve got you! Life gets messy — last-minute trips, half-day errands, or just a few hours away. That’s where I come in. My availability shifts week to week, but that makes me the perfect fit for one-off needs, unusual timeframes, or gaps others can’t cover. If our calendars line up, I’ll gladly stop by for a walk, visit, or check-in. Flexible, caring, and here when you need me most. I keep pets active, safe, and engaged. If there’s a fenced yard and the weather’s right, we’ll enjoy time outside. I’m also happy to take pets to local parks or trails (with your permission, of course). Toys, leashes, and other gear should be provided, but I’m open to arrangements if you need support with supplies. My goal is always to respect your pet’s routine while keeping them happy and secure in familiar or safe surroundings.

About: I’ve had dogs and pets since I was eight years old. Since I was young, I looked after my family pets and family friend’s pets. I am reliable and dedicated to animals. I know how it feels to try to find a pet sitter you can trust. I have been on Rover for years and found a couple sitters on here for my own dogs. I am looking to get back into pet sitting myself, so I am *new* to Rover as a sitter. I am currently available at home M-F as a stay at home dog mom. I’m also home most weekends (certainly overnight on weekends, with daytimes TBD.) ***Please note: I checked “Large dogs up to 100 lbs” but I am comfortable with dogs that are up to 60-70 lb range max, if they are calm and respect barriers.*** **Message me for details on availability if you don’t see what you need on my calendar!!** I leave the house for occasional errands, take sporadic calls from home in my office, and tend to the house, but overall, I am home most of the time. I can schedule around a dog I’m hosting. I recently raised my 16 month old chow from puppyhood, so I’m familiar with frequent potty break needs. If your dog is not potty trained, let’s discuss that upfront. I’m happy to accommodate. I am comfortable giving pills and eye drops and I am happy to discuss administering other meds. Your dog(s) can have their own area of my house where they won’t be bothered by my dogs if they need privacy. Of course they would still get love and affection and be part of the daily household routine. I’d love to give your dogs a safe place to stay so you can enjoy your time away without worrying. I have plenty of room, doors, gates, fences - the works! to take care of your pet in my home and keep him/her at a safe distance from my own dogs (neither of them are aggressive.) If your dog is friendly, we can talk about introducing our dogs. Otherwise, I have the resources to provide your dog with a VIP suite. He/she can have their own time outside in our fenced in backyard. It is spacious and safe and has lots of things to sniff.

About: I love dogs and am extremely caring of pets. I will treat them as my own and make sure they get the care they deserve!! I am currently studying for my boards in Occupational Therapy and have a flexible schedule to watch dogs. Feel free to reach out to find a time that suits well if you. I have a fenced in yard at home to let the dogs run around. I am willing to walk the dogs and take them to the park if wanted.

“There’s a saying that you can tell a lot about a person by how they treat animals, and how those animals react around them. With Katrina May, one can tell right away how loving, kind-hearted, nurturing, and devoted she is towards her furry loved ones! When passing by a dog on the street, or visiting someone who has pets, she is certainly a magnet to furry friends - giving them all the pets and cuddles they could ever need! She currently cares for two wonderful cats (both rescues) and makes it clear that they are her pride and joy. She loves to talk about her cattos, share the cutest and craziest videos and photos of them, and is always finding ways to make their lives as comfortable and playful as possible. As a pet mom myself, I gravitate towards people who share my passion and love for pets. Kat is definitely as genuine and passionate as it comes.
