By the end of our trip, they were comfortable and even snuggly with her, which really says a lot. She treats your pets like her own and consistently goes above and beyond what’s asked. As anxious pet parents, it gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. She also provided regular, detailed updates, which helped us feel connected and reassured while we were away. We’re so grateful for the care she gave our pets and will definitely be using her again. “There are no words to rate or describe how wonderful Alivia was with Owen (16 year old dog). She arrived ahead of scheduled time and left after time allotted. She watched and kept Owen company for 3 days 8-5. They went on Adventures everyday rather than just sitting in a hotel room. The pictures she took and sent were amazing. She took Owen to an awesome pet store, had picnic and showed him the sites of Fresno. He was smiling and happy. Alivia made a horrible visit to Fresno (had trial in court) a good one and didn't have the stress of worrying about Owen. I definitely highly recommend Alivia-5++++++ stars. About: I’ve taken care of dogs from family friends, friends and people that have heard I do it, I am very good when it comes to understanding pets and how to train them. I trained both of my dogs and they have outstanding behavior! I think is very flexible and I feel like with my schedule now is very good because I can take care of him all day and then class is late at night, at that time my younger brother is home and he stays with the pet till I am home! Everyone is the household pitches in and the pet doesn’t spend time alone, they will be taken on walks if needed and will sit with them out in the yard for however time needed! I take of pets at my home like another human being, we love them, clean them, and put priority for them. They never go unnoticed and they always get the time each and every pet deserves! If there’s any special accommodations they will be applied to make everyone comfortable and safe!

“Thanh-Mai was absolutely incredible! We have a very anxious and nervous Dalmatian so we weren’t sure how our Ella would do for a full 8 days with someone new in her space but she had a blast! Thanh-Mai was open to multiple meet-ups so Ella could warm up to her. By the second visit Ella was stoked to see her which really eased any worries we had about leaving her. We received pictures and updates all throughout the week with careful attention to Ella’s feelings and reactions. Thanh-Mai stayed in our apartment to keep Ella in her usual environment and when we got home she had left the place so clean and neat! It made for such a nice arrival after two days of flying. We couldn’t recommend Thanh-Mai more! Thank you for creating such a safe space for our puppy!”
