“Kevin showed up on time, is really personable and was patient with our pup! We wanted our pup to get some energy out and Kevin did the job - our pup is exhausted — still snoozing 3 hours later!”

“Sarah is a phenomenal sitter! She followed instructions extremely well, and asked questions for clarity. She took such good care of our girls, especially our senior cat, who is end of life. We will be booking get again. Thank you Sarah!! Everyone was so relaxed and calm when we got home, unlike previous Rover sitters.”

“Ashley did great with our two high energy dogs (labradoodle & black lab)! Really appreciated her detailed report on the drop-in and how they did during her visit. Will hire again for drop-in visits and dog care when needed!”

“This is the second time I’ve utilized Claire’s services. Just like the first time, she was prompt and professional in her responses to the initial inquiry and following correspondence, came in at the requested time, took care of and spent some time with Cooper, and provided updates and pics. I came home to a happy pup :) Thanks again Claire!”

“Sara was incredible! She went above and beyond any expectations for a drop-in petsitter. She noticed my cat was walking with some difficulty and researched massages that could help her. She spent time massaging Maddie's back and leg muscles and now she's walking with much more ease! She made recommendations for play toys that has given my 12-year old cat some much needed excitement. She sent photos and videos every day of her playing with Maddie, and now I think Maddie missing that time with Sara today! Sara was on time every day and very respectful of our home. We are deeply grateful to have found her and will definitely seek her out again!”

“Stephanie is the best! Flexible and reliable and my pets enjoy her visits. Stephanie takes the time to ensure they are happy and cared for while I am gone and also sends great photos!”

“Brian did a great job checking in on our dogs! We were gone on a day trip and just need someone to stop bye and let the dogs out. He handled them very well, took pictures and let us know everything was okay. We will definitely we reaching out in the future 💗”

“Ruby was wonderful with our two pups for a drop in visit! She was able to come short notice as well which we so appreciate. It was soooo relieving and nice knowing we were leaving our dogs with someone we could trust.”

“Julie has been very good and patient with Poppy who is fearful of new people and takes a while to warm up. She has thought of ways to make Poppy more comfortable with her, like introducing her dog to Poppy, and it is working. She has been dependable and I feel better knowing that Poppy has had some outdoor time while I am at work.”

“Tiffany & Tiara are great sitters! We could tell our pets were well cared for and had a great time! This was our first time using Rover and they helped us understand the process and put us at ease. Highly recommend having these two for your pet needs.”

“We had a wonderful experience. He took such thoughtful care of our dog and was incredibly flexible when our timing shifted. He also handled a little accident with complete kindness, which meant a lot to us. Our dogs were happy, calm, and clearly well loved. Highly recommend!”

“We hired Emily to do a few drop in visits of our 3 dogs while we gone for a day. She was awesome and took such great care of them! The pictures we received were precious. Thank you Emily for watching our pups!”

“Becky is amazing! My ‘pup’ is going to be 13 years so he’s really a senior and I have to admit I am a bit protective! She learned about all of his needs and asked some great questions, which I really appreciated. She provided me with pics during her time with him and when I got home, it was obvious he was well cared for. I definitely recommend her and am so grateful to have found someone I can trust.”

“This was our first time with a new pet sitter here in WA and it was really lovely to get home and find all our babies restful and relaxed. She took care of all their needs (we have 4 senior babies) and even checked off the list I left for her! She updated me with texts too which was really nice. Thank you Ronda!”
About: I been fostering kittens for two years with my partner, including bottle-feeding newborns, caring for young or special needs litters, and administering medications. It's been an incredibly rewarding experience and has taught me a lot about patience, responsibility, and animal care. I also have experience house-sitting for both cats and dogs through the Rover app, making sure pets stay happy and comfortable while their owners are away. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and always treat them like my own. I work full-time, but pet care is still a big part of my routine because I’m super flexible and adaptable. I’m comfortable managing tasks around my schedule and always prioritize making sure pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for. When caring for pets in my home, especially kittens I’m fostering, I provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. I make sure they get plenty of social interaction and gentle handling to help them thrive. I also monitor their health closely and keep their space sanitized to prevent illness. When caring for pets in a client’s home through house sitting, I follow the owner’s instructions carefully, whether that’s feeding routines, medication, exercise, or playtime. I treat their home and pets with respect, maintaining the usual environment to keep pets comfortable and stress free. I also provide regular updates to owners so they feel connected and confident while away.
About: *Focusing primarily on cat boarding and care at this time. I will take new dogs on a case by case basis, provided they are well behaved, UTD on all flea, tick, heartworm meds, and rabies vaccine. Cat boarding has become more of my priority. Cat parents, please look for my section on cat care! :) * Welcome to my home, and your cat or dog's new favorite place to stay, Eggbutt Ranch - 3 acres of pet paradise. (For cat boarding- please see cat care details!) Here on my little ranch, I have 3 acres on which I raise and care for my beloved horse, chickens, and goats. With so many different animals and sights to see on the ranch, your pet will have plenty to sniff and explore across the acreage, including the creek (and the wildlife that live along the creek!) that runs through my property. For your pet's safety as well as my animals, I do not let your pet directly interact with the ranch animals, and they are kept on leash, but they can certainly see and smell them as your pet accompanys me on my daily feeding and watering of the ranch animals, getting to see and smell so many new things! Being a remote/online master's student, I am home 24/7 to watch over and care for your beloved pets, and have great flexibility in my schedule. Your pet is never alone, except for maybe an hour if I have to dash out to the grocery store! They do not leave my sight, and enjoy multiple outings throughout the day, generally every 2 hours to go out and go potty, and take a mini walk around the property or play a game of fetch. With every boarded dog, I take them on a daily 45-60 minute walk around the nearby neighborhoods to get exercise and some sniffing enrichment to see and smell even more new things. This is typically conducted in the morning after breakfast, but is highly dependent on when there is a break in the rain. If it is raining, we just look for when there is a dry patch throughout the day and go for our walk then. If your dog cannot handle a 45 minute walk, I modify the walk so that it is shorter and can better accommodate that animal's fitness level and ability. If your dog is very high energy and walk doesn't quite meet their exercise needs, I can also jog/run with them to help get that energy out! Aside from a daily exercise and enrichment walk and mini-walks around the property every few hours, I also try to once daily have indoor or outdoor play sessions with toys. If your dog loves tug-o-war, we play that! If they love to fetch, we throw the ball! If they are not much toy motivated, and just like to snuggle up and get some good belly rubs, we do that too! I try to include play sessions during the day to keep them engaged, mentally and physically stimulated, and happy. Being an outdoors person myself, your dog will also get to join me outside as I continuously work on and improve my property! They get to join me outside and enjoy the fresh air while I keep an eye on them and work on fencing, woodworking projects, gardening, and more. With owner approval, I also take them with me on hikes on occasion at the nearby hiking trails and state and county parks. Your pet becomes a part of my life while they are here. They aren't left out of anything, so they're never bored! For all pets boarded with me, I only take on one family and their pets at a time, in order to keep your pet safe, and keep the number of animals to a manageable level. Rest assured, when you board with me, your pet(s) are the only one getting all the love and attention! Strange dogs or kitties don't always mix well, so I make it a policy to only board one family's pet(s) at a time in order to keep everyone safe. I hold a similar policy for doggy daycare services, I only take on one family's pets per day. If your requested boarding days overlap with a day I am providing daycare services for another client, that is ok, I will just inform you that there are other dogs in the house that day, and keep them separated. I do this for everyone's safety, as strange animals don't always mix well, especially in what may be a new and unfamiliar environment for your pet. Again, when you board with me, your pet(s) are the only ones being boarded at that time due to my aforementioned policy. It may just be that they overlap with a daycare day, which I will let you know of. I make it a practice to send a text/message as well as a few photos of your pet(s) each day to update you as to how they are doing, and to give you peace of mind that they are safe and having fun! If you are boarding with me or using day-care services, I have three partially-fenced acres. Given that it is currently only partially fenced, I keep all animals on a leash/long leash when we go outside for their safety. I use a long leash (22-40 feet long) so that your pet can still explore and run around and have fun while we play fetch and explore around the acreage, but is still safe. Please reach out with any questions, I'd be happy to answer and help! Although this is my first time using Rover, rest assured I have petsat for 15+ years now, for a variety of animals, having begun pet sitting for a large variety for animals of all sizes, ages, and abilities, both domestic and farm, since age 10. Schedule: I'm currently a masters students, in a remote/online program, so I am home 24/7, minus when I run to get groceries. Thanks to my extraordinarily flexible schedule, I have the ability to switch around my own items or "to-do" items in order to meet your pets needs. Safety, trust, environment: I only board one client, or one family's pets at a time, and only take on one client/family's pet(s) per day. This is to not only ensure that your pet is getting my full attention and love, and the number of animals to a manageable number, but to keep them safe, as animals from different families don't always mix well. If your boarding day happens to overlap with a day that I am providing daycare services, I will inform you of this, though rest assured the animals will be kept separate until the daycare clients are picked up. I have baby/pet gates I can utilize for this purpose. I have on hand a small animal first aid kit that I have used in the past for my own animals when needed. This is at the ready in case your sweet pet needs a small cut or scrape disinfected. In the event of a true emergency, I keep on hand a list of nearby emergency vets. During the night when it is time to sleep, dogs are created for their safety. Since it's impossible to keep a close eye on a dog when I am sleeping, I crate them in order to keep them from getting into something they shouldn't, and to prevent any mishaps. All my pet beds and bowls are washed in between boarding stays in order to eliminate any chances of germs or illness being passed between pets. In my home, I am very hands-on with all my animals care. From medications, to grooming, to exercise, training, and daily care and nutrition, I do it all myself, and am happy to provide the same for your beloved pet as well. For any pet boarded with me, or that is in day-care, or that I am providing drop-in visits for, each day you will be sent a photo with a short update on how your beloved critter is doing, including any concerns should they arise. This is something I have always done for anyone I have pet or ranch sat for, as I believe it brings peace of mind for all involved. For cat boarding, I have an empty bedroom in my home that can be utilized as a boarded cat "condo" in which they can be peacefully, and safely isolated from my own pets (4 cats) if needed or preferred, and in order to keep stress levels down if you would like. I can supply scratchers and toys during your cats stay, as well as beds, water and food bowls. Boarding rules: -Please make sure you bring your pet's food, and enough for the duration of their stay! -Please let me know if the animal has any behavioral issues (dog aggression, anxiety, fear, inappropriate elimination, etc). I will not take on dogs that have any human aggression or that have a bite history. -Please let me know if the animal has any medical issues. I can take most of these cases on, I just need to know what to expect, so that I can properly care for the animal, or let you know if I am not the right fit. -Please provide a care sheet for each animal, ideally including their name, age, sex, weight, emergency contacts, veterinarian, any medical concerns, current food and amount they eat per day, their vaccination status, microchip status, as well as any relevant medical or life history. This care sheet will be used not only to provide the best care possible for your pet, but also in case of emergency, should your pet need a vet visit. -Animals must be up to date on their vaccinations and any flea/tick/heartworm medication.
About: All my life, I’ve grown up around animals — cats, dogs, chickens, fish, and more — so caring for pets comes naturally to me. I also studied Animal Science for two years before switching career paths, and I’m currently a nursing student, which means I bring patience, responsibility, and attention to detail to everything I do. I currently live at home with my parents, my mini Aussie, and three cats, so animals are a big part of my daily life. My love and passion for animals has never changed, and I’m committed to making every pet feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I’m currently unemployed and doing school fully online, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I’m home most of the day, so I have plenty of time to focus on walks, playtime, and giving pets the attention they need. It’s easy for me to fit pet care into my daily and weekly routine, and I love having animals be a part of my day. I don’t offer care in my own home, but I’m very comfortable caring for pets in my clients’ homes. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible — feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved in their own environment, and I treat every home with respect and professionalism. My goal is to keep pets happy and stress-free while their owners are away!
“Lisa definitely lived up to the other glowing reviews. She visited our house daily to feed, water and take care of the litter box for our two cats. She is reliable and even made friends with our often-shy Siamese kitty. We appreciated the daily pictures and reports cards while we were away on our week-long trip. We would highly recommend Lisa for your away pet-sitting needs! Hopefully she will still be providing here excellent services the next time we take a trip to visit family.”
