About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have been caring for them since I was 9. I have experience with all kinds of personalities, from easygoing dogs to more high-maintenance pets. I grew up with a Labrador/Mastiff mix and now have an older Beagle, two Golden Retrievers, and two cats. So I’m comfortable caring for pets of different ages, sizes, and personalities! I’m currently a junior biology student at RMC and plan to pursue veterinary medicine. I’ve also worked as a kennel technician at a boarding facility for 3 years, where I cared for a variety of dogs and cats and learned how to recognize changes in behavior and health, prevent stressful situations, and safely handle different personalities. I’m trained in giving pill and oral medications as well as applying topical medications such as ointments, oils, and sprays. I understand how important it is for medications to be given correctly and on time, especially for pets who rely on medications for conditions like heart or seizure issues. Most importantly, I want your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away! I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, stimulation, and lots of care based on their individual needs. I’m currently a college student at RMC, so my weekday availability depends on my class schedule. My classes are Mondays from 9:10 AM–4:30 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00–9:30 AM, 1:20–2:50 PM, and 4:00–5:00 PM, and Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:10 AM–12:20 PM. I’m best available for house sitting on weekends. During the weekdays, I’m available for cat clients and dogs who don’t need consistent potty breaks throughout the day. I can stay at your home once I’m finished with classes for the day. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I can also stop by for a 1–2 hour period after 9:30 AM. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. With 3 years of experience as a kennel technician, I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities, routines, and needs. I follow your instructions closely and make sure pets receive their meals, medications, exercise, and attention as requested. For house sitting, I’ll treat your home with the same respect I would my own and keep you updated while you’re away. About: I have lived on a farm my whole life. At age 12 I started managing our family farm, which ment taking care of all of our animals, from the horses to the rabbits. There are two rules I keep for myself: 1) every animal has a purpose and a name. They are not just a number (which is important to remember on a farm) 2) They are fed and cared for before anything else. It doesn't matter what's going on they are my first thought when I wake up. I take care of them before I eat. I am currently a college student and working part time for the school. My times and avalibility will change when I resume school in September. Because I live on a farm, I am blessed that my cats can safely be indoor - outdoor cats. I do have a house cat, and I have two outdoor cats. For dogs, I am used to taking dogs on walks, and letting them into secure, fensed in yards.

About: I’ve had pets nearly my whole life and have been known to struggle to walk past an animal in need. This means rescuing an injured squirrel, a Cooper’s hawk, an opossum, and more, going the extra mile even when it was deeply inconvenient for me to do so. I also grew up attending zoo camp and then volunteering at a zoo from age 5 to 14, caring for a wide range of animals. I have worked with high energy pitties, a blind and anxious German shepherd, birds, cuddly kitties, fearful kitties, diabetic kitties, rabbits, and others. About: i've taken care of animals of all kinds my whole life from personal experience to holding jobs at doggy specific businesses! i've done it all from daycare/boarding to all natural and holistic feeding and care :) i currently work throughout the week/weekend but i'm very flexible on my days off as well as i could definitely take a walk or two after my work day is over, usually around 4pm or sooner :) i currently live out in the woods on a little bit of land with my fiancee and our 3 pups! they absolutely love their outside time but of course safety is of the most importance so our pups have been extensively trained off leash to avoid any wild life, potential dangers, and just to have amazing recall. i definitely understand though that this isn't the case for all pups and that's totally okay so when coming to care for your pup i'd take the most precaution to ensure everyone stays happy, healthy, and playing!
