As a Registered Nurse, I bring a high level of clinical observation, assessment, calmness, and safety to my pet care. I also worked part-time in a veterinary practice earlier in my career, giving me a solid foundation in animal handling and wellness. I have much experience with my own pets past & present whom I have provided post-surgical care, administered medications & administered insulin injections. I have also administered subcutaneous IV fluids for several of my elderly cats in renal failure. I have loved all of my pets over the years, which included dogs, cats & guinea pigs! You can trust me with your dogs, cats or small animals. I’m currently retired with plans to work PT in 2027. For now I am “ free” to devote my time to your pets as needed. I have a very gentle & friendly rescued Beagle/ Foxhound who enjoys running & romping with playmates in my large fully fenced yard. I have a friendly, funny, curious 2 y/o tabby cat & a curmudgeon 17 y/o Tortie cat who sticks to herself mostly or lounges on her “Thrones” & observes her domain! If boarding, your pets can have relaxed free rein, including resting on furniture. In caring for your pets in your home, I will be respectful, honor your instructions & give affectionate, detail oriented, safe care.

About: I will never miss a chance to take a dog on a walk to doing a simple task like pets on the head. Usually you'll find me playing with the cat or dog when I'm by myself with the animal because they keep me company. I have several years of experience with hyper dogs or dogs who are more active so I know I can keep up with those breeds like golden retrievers or huskies. If that doesnt work a more quiet and less hyper active breed of cat or dog is fine with me. I can kind of doing everything when taking care of animals. I've had animals of all ages and most recently on the older side. I have a full time job so my schedule is pretty much set, sometimes it can vary week to week. Outside of work I dont have much going on so my free time can go towards being a sitter. Always keeping an eye on them is key and depending on the breed can require more attention. I also have some knowledge in animal cpr.

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs ever since I was the age of six and I have a great way and love with them . My schedule varies weekly as I have a college retention student job and I get off pretty late but I’m very flexible. I can always work around getting your pet taken care of! I care for them with love and with their necessities as needed on a daily bases whether it’s taking them out for a walk twice a day or feeding them twice a day as well or any extra care like giving them their meds as needed as well.

She also watered our plants and brought in mail while we were gone. She seems to know a lot about dogs and is a wealth of info on chickens, as well. About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have been caring for them since I was 9. I have experience with all kinds of personalities, from easygoing dogs to more high-maintenance pets. I grew up with a Labrador/Mastiff mix and now have an older Beagle, two Golden Retrievers, and two cats. So I’m comfortable caring for pets of different ages, sizes, and personalities! I’m currently a junior biology student at RMC and plan to pursue veterinary medicine. I’ve also worked as a kennel technician at a boarding facility for 3 years, where I cared for a variety of dogs and cats and learned how to recognize changes in behavior and health, prevent stressful situations, and safely handle different personalities. I’m trained in giving pill and oral medications as well as applying topical medications such as ointments, oils, and sprays. I understand how important it is for medications to be given correctly and on time, especially for pets who rely on medications for conditions like heart or seizure issues. Most importantly, I want your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away! I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, stimulation, and lots of care based on their individual needs. I’m currently a college student at RMC, so my weekday availability depends on my class schedule. My classes are Mondays from 9:10 AM–4:30 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00–9:30 AM, 1:20–2:50 PM, and 4:00–5:00 PM, and Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:10 AM–12:20 PM. I’m best available for house sitting on weekends. During the weekdays, I’m available for cat clients and dogs who don’t need consistent potty breaks throughout the day. I can stay at your home once I’m finished with classes for the day. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I can also stop by for a 1–2 hour period after 9:30 AM. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. With 3 years of experience as a kennel technician, I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities, routines, and needs. I follow your instructions closely and make sure pets receive their meals, medications, exercise, and attention as requested. For house sitting, I’ll treat your home with the same respect I would my own and keep you updated while you’re away. About: I've watched pets of family and friends since I was a kid and always enjoyed it. I always make sure to spend plenty of time and give them as much attention as they want. For dogs, I did walks, gave bathroom breaks, play time, cleaned up accidents, and fed them. For cats I'll do the same, except walks. I am available everyday for the foresable future, on the bright side that leaves me with no commitments where I won't be able to watch your pets For my own cats, I fill the water and food bowls daily, as well as clean the litter boxes. Throughout the day I provide them with affection or a warm lap/bed. For dogs I will make sure they're completely safe outside and watch for any other dogs or cars. Inside I will do the same with my cats.
