About: I've lived with dogs almost my entire life, and adopted my first dog 15 years ago. I've since owned two Border Collies, who both participated in advanced agility and obedience work. I'm comfortable with high-drive, working breeds as well as your typical pet dogs. I have also trained and lived with Golden Retrievers, Labs, Pitties, Havanese and Shih Tzus, so I'm familiar with a wide range of breeds, and I've cared for dogs in all stages of life -- from puppies to seniors. Whether your pup is a cuddle-loving couch potato or a ride-or-die adventure pal, they'll fit in great here! I currently work from home most days, and homeschool my two kids (ages 10 and 12). I have a very flexible schedule and am always up to go for a hike or play fetch between various family activities, or to snuggle up on the couch with a good book and a pup to cuddle. Your pet will be surrounded by a friendly family environment, and included in the daily routine I follow with my own dogs! I have a fenced in yard and a pet-friendly van for easy transportation. I am located near many lovely nature trails as well as a fully walk-able neighborhood including access to the McHenry Riverwalk only a block away! Daily walks never get boring with so many options available. Whether I'm strolling down the block to watch the geese on the river, or loading up in our van to hit up a local trail, every day is fun and interesting. If our dogs get along these can be joint adventures, but if your dog is more of a solo adventurer I am happy to walk and play separately!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I have also had a small private pet/house sitting business for the past 12 years. I have a lot of experience feeding pets with strict/special diets using oils, powders, crushed up supplements etc. and administering medicine including insulin injections. I’ve cared for dogs with disabilities and senior pets and puppies too. I love playing, walking, and just hanging out with them and giving lots of cuddles. I am a Nanny during the week, but have a somewhat flexible schedule. I generally can work the pet sitting routine into my work schedule so they are always well cared for and get plenty of attention. For boarding, my husband is home during the day and can take great care of your pets too. I am available to drop in or walk early mornings, evenings and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday’s. Pet sitting in your home - I basically “move in” for the time you are away. I follow your routine and house rules and spend most of my time in your home making sure your pets needs are met. This is especially good if there are separation anxiety issues. Boarding - I provide all loving care in my home making sure pets are comfortable, safe, and happy. Drop in- I will stop at your home and let dogs out, feed & water, play, etc. for no less than 20 minutes. I can also care for cats if you have them. Walks- I will come by, whether you are home or away, and take the dog(s) for a walk. I can feed and water too.

About: Ive taken care of dogs since I was 17. I’ve owned 4 dogs at one point. I have raised two litters of cats. I currently have one dog and one cat! I love animals and would love to help you give love to yours! Rover is my full time job so I am available! I will give your loved ones undivided attention! But I have a pretty open schedule. I walk my dog three times a day to ensure there aren’t any accidents at home. I have a gate in case i have to separate pets.

About: Love to have a furry companion on my walks and give them some time outside, I’ve had dogs my whole life big and small and always enjoy walking them. I am currently a student and working part time, so I have plenty of free days to spend and take nice walks with your pup. About: I have had a lot of experience with animals since I was a little girl. I would help my mother foster and even up to this day I help her with dog boarding and sitting. I've been introduced to a numerous amount of animals my whole life, ranging from guinea pigs to horses. I really do enjoy being around animals, they make wonderful companions. About: I am a 30 year old graphic designer and am currently home full time. I’ve had animals growing up, and I believe that they are just as important as humans. I have experience with puppies, kittens, and both large and small dogs. I’d love to take care of your animals so you have peace of mind when you’re away from them. I will do my absolute best to make sure your animal feels safe, comforted, and happy when in my care. I am also married and my husband is home full time with our 4 year old dog and 5 year old friendly cat! We live in McHenry in our house with a big yard and field next door. There’s also plenty of dog parks around your pups could enjoy with your permission. Please reach out with any questions or concerns! I’m home full time and already take care of our dog and cat daily and can easily take care of yours as well! We do multiple walks a day, plenty of play time, and treats! I understand that a new environment can be stressful for a pet. I encourage meet and greets prior to bookings which helps break the ice and gets your pet familiar with our place. If at any point your pet seems to be stressed out, I will ensure I spend quiet time with him or her in a separate room and keep my pets separated until he/she warms up. I’ve never had this issue, but am readily prepared to handle it.
