About: I am the definition of an animal lover, which I attribute to having had animals around my entire life. I grew up with Australian shepherds, German shepherds, cats, hamsters, and even tarantulas! I am extremely comfortable walking dogs, giving them medication via food, and managing when to let them out to go to the bathroom. I’m also willing to give a big furry dog a good brush if they need it! I have lived primarily with big dogs, but have had close relationships with small dogs through friends and my husband’s family whom I have dog sat for in the past. In addition, I am a massive cat lover. I was given a kitten when I was 8 years old and had her for 19 years until she just recently passed. In her senior years, she had both hypothyroidism and asthma so I am well-versed in giving cats inhalers and medication in various forms (via dropper, ear application, in treats, and in food). I am a dependable dog and cat sitter/caretaker because I know how much your animal means to you. I’m an extremely organized person so you can count on me to be reliable with pick-up, drop-off, and everything in between. Taking care of your animal would not be a job to me because I am so happy to do it! I work all day Tuesday and Thursday and the occasional Monday, Wednesday or Friday depending on when I am scheduled (only 4 hours shifts on those days) so I could watch an animal full time during three weekdays in addition to weekends. I am still more than willing to watch an animal for an entire week and either modify my work schedule to be with them more, or just make sure they are set up for the days I am in office. I have a non-smoking home with one cat and two people including myself. My home would be an extremely relaxing environment for a pet and due to my flexible schedule, I can dedicate nearly full-time care to an animal. Since I have a cat, I would only really be able to have dogs stay overnight for a couple-day stint since I'd prefer to keep them separate. In my client's home I would offer the same care in addition to respecting the environment. I'm naturally a very clean person and always pick up after myself.
“Sully had his first weekend with Rachel and family this past weekend! Prior to the arrival, she was very responsive and asked all the right questions to make sure Sully was a match for her family. We also did a meet and greet before to make sure it was a good fit. She posted daily updates on her Facebook page that truly showed the smile on our dogs face. They’re fenced in yard with a little blue is perfect for multiple doggies. He had the best weekend. He is still sleeping almost after 24 hours of picking him up. I love the playful energy and am understanding that different dogs have different needs. My dog, Bear, is always getting into something, so I've become pretty good with first-aid! I am a very organized person and have dealt with medications given at particular times. I'd rather be overly cautious than not cautious enough! I have a senior cat that I rescued in 2010. She runs the house and that's ok by me! I love snuggling with dogs and cats alike and giving them all the attention. My education background is a Masters in Secondary Education, with a concentration in Biology, and a bachelor's degree in psychology. I'm totally OK with spending the night with your pets if needed. My husband can watch our crazy boys and cat :) I used to teach middle school science when I lived in Maryland but now I'm a stay-at-home mom in Illinois! Just let me know when you are needed and I'll make it work! I am a very organized, clean and tidy person. I totally understand how much we love our fur babies and will treat them like I'd treat my own. Again, I'd rather be overly cautious than not enough! About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I have also had a small private pet/house sitting business for the past 12 years. I have a lot of experience feeding pets with strict/special diets using oils, powders, crushed up supplements etc. and administering medicine including insulin injections. For boarding, my husband is home during the day and can take great care of your pets too. I am available to drop in or walk early mornings, evenings and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday’s. Pet sitting in your home - I basically “move in” for the time you are away. I follow your routine and house rules and spend most of my time in your home making sure your pets needs are met. This is especially good if there are separation anxiety issues. Boarding - I provide all loving care in my home making sure pets are comfortable, safe, and happy. Drop in- I will stop at your home and let dogs out, feed & water, play, etc. for no less than 20 minutes. I can also care for cats if you have them. Walks- I will come by, whether you are home or away, and take the dog(s) for a walk. I can feed and water too.

About: My dog passed away a few years ago and I miss him every day, but my family is not in a place to have a full time dog right now. However, I work from home and I’d love to have a doggie “coworker” who needs a buddy during the day. I have provided care to multiple dogs and can provide references if you need them. As mentioned, I currently work full time from home. Both of my children are in school all day so it’s just me in the house. I do have drop off and pick up to work around but we can discuss. About: I've grown up with animals my whole life- cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, reptiles, etc. I've taken care of pets of all ages, from young to senior. I am available all days of the week, including the weekends. My time schedule is flexible and I would also be able to do drop in visits or stay overnight as well. By following owner specific instructions when given, I strive to make both the pet(s), and thus the owner, feel safe while under my current care.

In her senior years, she had both hypothyroidism and asthma so I am well-versed in giving cats inhalers and medication in various forms (via dropper, ear application, in treats, and in food). I am a dependable dog and cat sitter/caretaker because I know how much your animal means to you. I’m an extremely organized person so you can count on me to be reliable with pick-up, drop-off, and everything in between. Taking care of your animal would not be a job to me because I am so happy to do it! I work all day Tuesday and Thursday and the occasional Monday, Wednesday or Friday depending on when I am scheduled (only 4 hours shifts on those days) so I could watch an animal full time during three weekdays in addition to weekends. I am still more than willing to watch an animal for an entire week and either modify my work schedule to be with them more, or just make sure they are set up for the days I am in office. I have a non-smoking home with one cat and two people including myself. My home would be an extremely relaxing environment for a pet and due to my flexible schedule, I can dedicate nearly full-time care to an animal. Since I have a cat, I would only really be able to have dogs stay overnight for a couple-day stint since I'd prefer to keep them separate. In my client's home I would offer the same care in addition to respecting the environment. I'm naturally a very clean person and always pick up after myself.

About: Hi, I have had and taken care of dogs all of my life. I currently have a Rottweiler and a beagle mix and they are best friends! I also have experience dog sitting for multiple family members who have all different types of breeds and sizes of dogs. I am currently in college so I am away from home, and I miss my pets so much. But when I am home I am always playing with my pets and giving them attention. I am very caring towards my pets as well as other peoples. About: I grew up with a sweet smooth collie and helped take care of her throughout my childhood. These days I take care of friends and families dogs while they go on vacation or just need a quick sitter for the day/night. I also have a pet chinchilla, Cheaches, that I take care of everyday :) I'm a elementary teacher, so my availability during the summer is very open. I plan to be home full time most days but things do come up. If I need to be away I will always prioritize coming back to care for the pets. I love the playful energy and am understanding that different dogs have different needs. My dog, Bear, is always getting into something, so I've become pretty good with first-aid! I am a very organized person and have dealt with medications given at particular times. I'd rather be overly cautious than not cautious enough! I have a senior cat that I rescued in 2010. She runs the house and that's ok by me! I love snuggling with dogs and cats alike and giving them all the attention. My education background is a Masters in Secondary Education, with a concentration in Biology, and a bachelor's degree in psychology. I'm totally OK with spending the night with your pets if needed. My husband can watch our crazy boys and cat :) I used to teach middle school science when I lived in Maryland but now I'm a stay-at-home mom in Illinois! Just let me know when you are needed and I'll make it work! I am a very organized, clean and tidy person. I totally understand how much we love our fur babies and will treat them like I'd treat my own. Again, I'd rather be overly cautious than not enough! Our babies can't voice for themselves so it is important to always advocate for them and do what is in their best interest!

“Sully had his first weekend with Rachel and family this past weekend! Prior to the arrival, she was very responsive and asked all the right questions to make sure Sully was a match for her family. We also did a meet and greet before to make sure it was a good fit. She posted daily updates on her Facebook page that truly showed the smile on our dogs face. They’re fenced in yard with a little blue is perfect for multiple doggies. He had the best weekend. He is still sleeping almost after 24 hours of picking him up.
