About: I have cared for my two 9-year old dogs since they were only a couple months old, so I’m comfortable with every stage from wild puppy energy to the slower, gentler needs of senior dogs. Over the years, I’ve handled sickness, medications, picky eating, and even giving IV fluids, so when it comes to pets who need more attention or special care, I am calm, confident, and capable. I also genuinely love getting outdoors and going on long walks, so active pets will get plenty of exercise and fresh air. My dogs mean the world to me, and I will 100% bring that same patient, loving, reliable energy to every pet I look after. You won't ever have to doubt that your animals will be treated with all the affection, consistency, and comfort they deserve. Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine. I only have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I don’t work another job, so I’m fully available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends. That means I have plenty of time and flexibility to give your pets all the attention, walks, and care they need. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m more than happy to spend the whole day with them. I’m fully available most days and can even do my online classes from your home so your pet has company, comfort, and consistency. I love taking dogs on long walks, keeping them active, and giving them plenty of attention throughout the day. I can also stay overnight if needed. I’m big on keeping each pet’s routine exactly the same. Same feeding schedule, same walk times, same habits they’re used to. I’m very detail‑oriented and great at following instructions, especially since I’ve handled everything from puppy care to senior needs, medications, picky eating, and even IV fluids with my own dogs. Your pet will get steady, loving care and feel completely safe with me.

About: Grown up with dogs my entire life! Had 5 dogs at one time at one point. Owned and comfortable with breeds such as Rottweiler, Golden Retriever, Dachshund, Husky, and more! Free most days as I have breaks in the middle of the day between classes almost every day! Also comfortable pet/house-sitting if we discuss and agree on details/expectations prior! I’ve always treated all pets, most of all dogs a part of the family, both my own and my friends and families pets. I’d treat your dog like I was watching your child because I know that that’s exactly how he or she feels to you!

About: Hi, I'm Gabby! I am a senior in Animal and Poultry sciences at Virginia Tech. I just applied to veterinary school! I am also a veterinary assistant at All For Paws in Christiansburg. I grew up showing, breeding, and raising golden retrievers. I have worked with cats and kittens as well. I am comfortable with all ages, sizes, and health issues! ⭐ My Daily Routine Pets fit naturally into my day. I start with morning feeding, meds (if needed), and a potty break or litter refresh. I only have one class a day, so I’m home most of the time to give walks, playtime, enrichment, and supervision. Throughout the afternoon and evening, I’m with the pets—doing walks, cuddles, behavior reinforcement, and keeping their space clean and comfortable. At night, I do final potty breaks/litter care, give any meds, and settle pets into a calm routine. Your pet is with me nearly all day, getting consistent care, attention, and love. In Your Home: I follow your routines exactly—feeding, walks, meds, and crate or free-roam preferences. I keep doors locked, maintain a clean environment, and make sure pets always have fresh water, a safe space to relax, and enrichment throughout the day. I send regular updates and photos so you always know your pet is safe. In My Home: Pets have a clean, pet-proofed space with supervised indoor time, enrichment, cuddles, and frequent potty breaks. I use slow introductions, low-stress handling, and separate areas if needed for shy or senior pets. I monitor behavior and health closely and maintain a calm, positive environment. I treat every pet with the same care, structure, and attention I give my own animals. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and trust always come first.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats around me for most of my life, from growing-up on a farm in Maryland to working large animal husbandry at the Virginia Tech Veterinary School to sharing a 1-bedroom studio with two cats in Roanoke City, and I’ve always loved all animals. All! Right now, I have one dog and three cats of my own, and they are very much part of my family. I’m comfortable caring for both dogs and cats with different personalities and needs. I enjoy walks, playtime, and just hanging out with them and giving them attention. I know how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pets when you’re away, and I’ll care for yours just like I care for my own. I’m currently in the process of my Pet-CPR/First Aid certification. I’m working a flexible schedule (as a Referee). When I’m at work, Nalini (my wife), will be there at home with your pet.
