About: I’ve been taking care of dogs of all sorts of breeds since I was teen. My friends and family have relied on me to feed, take on walks, and their fury friends while they’re away. I have experience taking care of senior dogs as well as dogs with several different medical needs. I’ve dog sat one dog for a weekend and I’ve also dog sat 6 dogs for a week. Owning several dogs is nothing new to me. Currently working a full-time job from 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday. If you live in the Christiansburg/Blacksburg area I am able to do drop by visits during my lunch break. Saturday and Sunday I am pretty available. I’ll make sure your fury friend gets let out at appropriate times and have plenty of time to play around if it’s just a drop by visit. Have a dog with a medical condition? No problem I have experience with dogs who have epilepsy and who are allergic to everything under the sun. Senior dogs I understand the importance in being extra patient and gentle with them.

About: I've recently graduated with a chemistry degree but pets and wildlife make me happy! Animals put a smile on my face so I would love to meet yours! I own 2 cats and took care of our family dog and cats as my weekly "chores" throughout my childhood, so I've been doing this for a long time now. Some other pets that I've owned: rabbits, gerbils, fish, aquatic snails, and a hedgehog. Rest assured that I'm always available to tend to your pet in case of an emergency. I'm available nearly any time because I set my own work schedule, and it is usually flexible for me to show up for something when needed. I can also switch things around when necessary. About: I’m not no expert trainer or anything but my Aussie learned how to roll over sit and lay down and shake and how to sit pretty before the age of one! If that’s something you want your pet to do I’m sure I can do some one on one time! But again I am not a professional! That being said aussies are very high energy! About: I enjoy taking care of dogs and cats of all sizes. I also am attentive to watering plants, watching out for deliveries, and checking mail. I keep the house neat and orderly just as I would have found it. I also am quiet and would be respectful if there are neighbors. I work remotely full-time, Monday through Friday, which fits well with pet sitting as I would be readily available while I work, and my current hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. I can take breaks frequently to walk pets and do all that is needed. I read instructions carefully left and adhere to all that is needed for each pet. I am glad to ask questions when those arise, and I also at times may take a picture of the pet to send to show how content each pet is and that they are doing well.

About: Previous volunteer at a humane society in Dublin, Virginia before moving to Roanoke, VA. Previous foster volunteer at the Roanoke, VA SPCA. This helps if I care for an animal that has health problems. Work Monday - Friday 8-5 away from home. Check on my dog at lunch and can let yours out to walk as well if they are crate trained and can stay in the crate while I am not home. Maeve is a spoiled dog. She is turned three in Oct. She loves being around other animals. Currently Maeve is an only pet but does well with other dogs.

About: Ever since I was born I had an animal right by my side . I have learned to take care of animals and provide for them. I have taken care of friends, family and neighbors pets in the past. I also have worked at a dog daycare called tail chasers so I have experience with big dog groups. I’m good with cats as well . About: I don’t work during the week so I’m able to provide a lot more care and companionship to the animals that I care for. I also have been an animal lover since childhood. Ive been gifted with a job that only requires me to work weekends so I am very flexible. I can pretty much work with any schedule given prior notice. I have a large deck and fenced in yard for your animal to play with. It’s very quiet country living so no loud noise or busy traffic.

About: I owned a beautiful 7 year old St. Bernard and although he was stubborn he taught me a lot. I am able to control and establish a barrier of trust between us to ensure my safety, his and the safety of those around us because let's be honest he is a big boy (180 lbs to be exact). Taking care of such a big boy, ensures me that I will be able to take care of your fur baby, no matter the size, or temperament. I have cared for many other dogs and house sat a few with behavioral problems as well. I am currently working part time, however my schedule is not exact, so as long as you reach out I will most likely be able to accommodate you and your furry friend. I have a front yard and a large crate meant for any size if necessary. I live in a townhome and can take your dog for as many or as little walks as they need.

About: I’ve had dogs for over ten years, cats my whole life, been pet sitting for 4 years, and even worked at a doggy daycare for six months. I have experience caring for animals for up to 2 weeks at a time and have cared for dogs, cats, and bunnies. I work at Wonder Universe, the children’s museum in Christiansburg, about 15 hours a week! Otherwise, nothing concrete is on my schedule, and I am happy to work with your needs. I love to get dogs outside for fetch and running loose. I’m happy to do walks whether for potty or just for exercise. I know that play and stimulation are crucial for animals. I’m also a big fan of keeping things tidy (within reason) so any accidental mess from your fur babies will be as if it never happened.
