About: Happy to help with special requests and have experience administering oral medication. I've cared for all kinds of animals and temperments, including big and small dogs, cats, hamsters, chickens, mice, and lizards! I'm reliable, hardworking, and I will love your furry friends just like you do! I work 9:15-5:30/6 Sun-Thu, and may have time to do check ins/bathroom duty at lunch. Otherwise, I am available for walks/check ins before work and longer walks/check ins after work. On my off days I can be super flexible. I'll do my best to meet your needs! On overnights, I come to your home so your pet stays comfortable in their own space and routine. I make sure they're fed, watered, exercised, and loved, and I treat your home with the same respect I'd want for my own. Please let me know if you have any special requests when it comes to your home; I will always tidy the place before I leave and am willing to do some extra house cleaning for a small fee. Otherwise, I'll bring my own meals and can send photo updates daily upon request!

About: I have grown up with animals and taken care of animals my entire life. Grew up on a small farm and have worked with all types of pets. My schedule is very open in the mornings and most evenings. I sometimes work on weekends but very flexible. I go to Durango an Bayfield. I can crate dogs, walk dogs, hike with dogs and just love on dogs. Take dogs on runs, hikes and car rides. Able to do just about whatever is needed.

About: I have lived in a dog friendly household ever since I can remember. Growing up, my family always had Boxers so I am more than used to taking care of energetic dogs. I have helped raise many a puppy, as well as cared for our family dogs as they eased into old age. I recently adopted a puppy from Northern Arizona Animal Search and Rescue. We are working on socializing her with both dogs and people. She absolutely loves playing with other dogs! I currently work from home full time so I will be home the entire time your pet stays with me. I am also a runner and run 7 days a week, so I would be more than happy to take your pup with me for a short run, walk, hike or whatever it is that you would like! I have a larged fenced in yard with a gate for your dog to play in. I also have plenty of room in my house to store a crate if needed!

About: I work at Willow Tree Kennel in Durango and have learned a lot about dog body language and social interactions. We focus primarily on accommodating to each individual dog’s needs and I would do the same for your dog that you entrust in my care. I have great attention to detail and have a good eye for anything that might be out of the ordinary for dog health. I actively research and gain more knowledge on dog interactions and am accustomed to working with reactive dogs or bite risks that take more time and going slower. I am comfortable working with puppies, antisocial dogs, reactive dogs, and dogs that require a slower movement due to bite risk. Additionally, I’m working to become a dog trainer someday and am researching for that as well so your doggie and I can have a fun interactive relationship! My goal is to help fix any issues you may have while walking your dog and also make sure your dog is comfortable with me and their interactions on their walk! I have attached photos to my profile of some of the fun doggie experience I’ve had! A side note is that I have had my own dog and trained her various tricks for fun :) I also have experience in horse care with abused horses and am overall comfortable with all animals and behaviors within reason! I can fit a walk into any of my days but am going to school. I can do house/pet sitting but not overnight stays and am working full time. I can’t board at my home, but in a clients home I would follow the instructions given and make sure to give their pet plenty of attention and care! I have great attention to detail and would make sure nothing went awry with your home or your pets :)

I’m comfortable feeding, walking, playing with, and giving pets lots of attention and affection. Since I’m home most of the day, your pet will have constant supervision, care, and companionship. I understand how important pets are to families, and I’ll treat your dog like my own while making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I currently have an open schedule, which allows me to give pets lots of attention throughout the day. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, daycare, and overnight care, and I can stay flexible with different routines and needs. Your pet won’t ever be left alone for long periods and will get plenty of playtime, supervision, and care. I have an 8-month-old female dog and a cat in my home, so I’m very used to caring for animals daily and making sure they stay safe, comfortable, and happy. Your animals can play with mine and I always supervise interactions between pets and pay attention to their behavior to keep the environment calm and stress-free. I follow owners’ instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, routines, and any special care needs, to help every pet feel secure and well cared for.

About: I’ve cared for many different dogs for years. From friends to family, I like to spend time with dogs in their own environment to get them comfortable without their owner and with me. I’ll play with their toys, know their favorite spaces and habits, etc. I treat every pet like they’re my own—paying close attention to their routines, personalities, and little quirks so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away I’m a full time college student at the University of Denver, but home in Durango for the summer. I can do boarding any day and am flexible with my schedule. I focus on keeping pets comfortable by sticking as closely as possible to their normal routine. In a client’s home, I follow all feeding schedules, walk routines, and any specific care instructions, including medications if needed. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and affection, while also respecting their space if they’re more shy or independent.

About: I have always been into taking care of dogs. Either it being my parents dogs, siblings dog, friends dogs, or anybody in need.. I have always been interested. With being a second year college student, I am really just looking to make sure dogs get the love and treatment they need! I thankfully have a job where I am able to run around quite a bit to make sure everything is in order. I can stop in throughout the day, give walks during the evening, stay over night, etc. I am lucky enough to typically accommodate most needs! I always make sure the dog is in the best environment it can be! I love making sure that the dog is always well exercised, so that when it is back home it can just relax for the rest of the day!
