They were warm, welcoming, and flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, which made the whole process stress-free. They sent plenty of pictures and regular updates, so we always knew how Charlie was doing. It was clear he was happy, comfortable, and well-loved in their care. We wouldn’t hesitate to have Charlie stay with them again!
Justin and Jeremy took great care of our dog while we were out of the country for two weeks. It was our dog’s first time staying with some he didn’t know, so we were a bit nervous how it would go. However, despite being cautious around new people, he just trotted off into their apartment with them at drop off. Justin and Jeremy provided an update and photo(s) each day, and it was clear that our dog was in good hands. They are super responsive and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing a dog sitter.
I can't tell you the incredible peace of mind that we felt leaving Ozzy with Omid and Lucia. It's hard to leave your fur baby behind when you travel but knowing that he was on his own vacation with these two loving humans made it easy! After picking him up, Ozzy was so sad on the way home and that just says it all. You and your pet will be lucky to have these two care for them!
Alex and Daniel are so lovely and we're so glad that they were able to look after our dog, Toby, for a few days. Alex was so communicative before and throughout Toby's stay; he asked lots of good questions and we felt confident that everyone (people and pup) would feel comfortable with the arrangement. Toby was happy and relaxed when we picked him up, and we look forward to reaching out to Alex and Daniel again! Highly recommend :)
Galen was great with my ~5yr old lab! She proactively sent pictures/videos and updates so I wasn’t worried about Lily while I was gone. She also kept Lily exercised & cool despite the DC summer heat with woods walks & creek visits. She also helped Lily feel more confident on hardwood floors by putting down mats & extra beds. We will definitely have Lily stay with Galen & her adorable pup Ginger the next time we are out of town!
Diana was warm and kind even before I made the booking—she explained everything clearly and her gentle tone made me feel instantly at ease. On the day I dropped Brownie off, she welcomed us into her home, showed me around, and gave Brownie the chance to meet her dog. It was lovely to see how they slowly got to know each other. The environment was clean, calm, and very comfortable, which gave me peace of mind to leave Brownie in her care. While I was away on my trip, Diana sent short updates and photos everyday— just enough to reassure me that Brownie was doing well and enjoying her time. I felt completely at ease thanks to her thoughtful messages. If you’re looking for someone to care for your small dog, I highly recommend Diana!
Caleb is very kind and attentive. Ringo is 16 and has some senior issues. Caleb was very understanding and accommodating. I felt very comfortable leaving Ringo under his care and most importantly Ringo was at ease when I picked him up. If we are ever in the DC area again with Ringo we will definitely use Caleb again!
