“Mary Elizabeth was a fantastic pet sitter. This was our first time using a sitter because we are new dog owners, so we were worried about all kinds of things. From the moment of the meet and greet, our dog was at ease. She came over for the meet and greet and got all the instructions. She sent plenty of pictures, updating us when she arrived and when she left. She accommodated a minor schedule adjustment with ease. She was exactly the support we needed - our Velcro dog is used to me being at home all day and my roommate works 12 hour days. Mary Elizabeth kept our dog company for several hours each day and it put us at great ease during my vacation. She tidied up the coming areas of the house and left a beautiful flower as a finishing touch. We look forward to using her services again and again.”

About: I have primarily cared for dogs of all sizes and ages, from Yorkies and Boston Terriers to Huskies and Labradors, from puppies to senior dogs. I am very active myself and am happy to walk or run with your dogs as I know some breeds especially need daily activity. I work remotely, making me very available to tend to all of your pet’s daily needs and activities! My workday is quite flexible, allowing for time for runs, walks, potty breaks, or playing outside or inside. I am most comfortable caring for your pets within your home. I have a dog of my own but he will be able to stay home with family, allowing me to focus entirely on your pets!

About: Hi!! I’m Sophie! I’ve had plenty of experience with animals including livestock! From cleaning out horses pens to feeding chicken, pigs, and turkeys! You name it! I’ve also been on the receiving end of that, which would be getting bucked off horses to chased my roosters😂. Unfortunately I have had experience with breaking up dog fights. I am in love with animals! I treat every single one like my own. My goal is to not only provide u with good service, but to make sure your baby is well taken care of and LOVED!! I also understand the anxiety that comes with leaving your pet with a stranger.If I can help you with providing ease to your mind than I’ve accomplished my job! I am able to work 5 day out of the week! I am not available on Thursday or Fridays unless it’s in the mornings to mid afternoon! I have a fenced property. The fence is not perfect so there is a possibility of dogs getting lose but that chance is low bc I wouldn’t leave your dog unattended. I do have 2 other dogs on my property as well as 2 cats. My daughter as well. If your dog does not do well with infants or other dogs I will have to ask we don’t proceed as I need to maintain my daughter’s safety and your animals!

I am currently on summer break from university so I decided to spend this free time with animals since I adore them. About: Ever since I remember, I’ve been around animals. As young as four years old, I would help my grandparents around the ranch, taking care of cattle, sheep, goats, and horses. In the last two years of school, we ran a dog washing business out of my vet class where we would wash brush blow dry and care for the dogs. I myself own seven dogs, five cats and three lizards I am currently a recent high school graduate, college athlete and I am looking for a job to help me start my new stage in life, where I am studying to become a veterinarian I have a fence in backyard, which is about a Half acre. All my dogs are friendly. They range from a Great Dane to a Dachshund

About: I am now 73 and have had dogs all my life...even birds, cats, fish, turtles & more. I bred & raised several of the small breeds I had. Pomeranians I bred for the most part. Last 20 years I have fallen in love with toy poodles. I learned how to train dogs about 20 years ago. I have been doing it ever since. My two poodles I taught to do tricks. I have taken care of many owners pets in the past but that was before I ever heard of Rover. I am home a lot, and only gone on doctor appointment days. I am available most weekends and most holidays. I only leave for the big ones like Christmas and Thanksgiving. As a rule, I am pretty flexible. I live in a house with a fenced deck and fenced yard. There is stairs to my garden. Ask more, if this concerns you. My 2 friendly toy poodles get plenty of exercise running up and down the stairs to the deck and among my beautiful garden. There are several very close areas to walk dogs within 5 minutes driving of my house. Also, we have a dog park 10 min away. Here's a PLUS....I literally live 30 min from the northern gate entrance to Yosemite National Park, (our 3rd National Park). So, if you plan a trip to hit the snow, hike to its many waterfalls, bike or take a nice relaxing float down the lazy class 2 Merced River in Yosemite......contact ME. You can't take dogs on these ventures...

About: I have been caring for pets as long as I can remember. My family always had family dogs and cats when I was growing up in addition to the occasional turtle, bird, and fish. I’m very comfortable with any animal you may own with four legs and have experience in providing care for special needs dogs including giving medication as needed. I currently have two cats and two rabbits of my own so I know how important it is that your pets get the proper care and attention. Currently I am in my off season waiting for the fire season to start back up in June. Luckily for you that means that I am available every day of the week, excluding a few hours on Sundays for church but I can happily still make sure your pets aren’t alone for the rest of the day. I have my phone with myself more often than not so please reach out anytime. Whatever your preferences are for your pets I am happy to accommodate! I am very active and love to play with animals that like to play or chill with those that are more laid back. Your pets are important to you and I pride myself on being someone that you can be confident and comfortable with having your pets in good hands.

About: I've grown up with German Shepherds, and can lift up to 80 pounds. I often house sat for friends and family. One in which had me take care of four dogs and four cats. My jobs included feeding, walking, and playing with the dogs. As they were diffrent beeds/sizes and some were seniors, they had a very strict potty and pill/medicine times, as well as different portions sizes. I do best with written instructions and am task oriented. In my care your pet will be loved and taken care of. As of right now I am free any day of the week. I am more then willing to do holidays as well as weekends. I am pretty flexible time wise, but do wish for dates to be final set. I am very mindful of pets security and basic behaviors. I will keep parents updated and alert if desired or in emergency situations. I will make sure your pet is taken care of and loved. I thank you for your consideration.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 13, my friends and family still rely on me to watch there animals when needed. I have a 3 year old French bulldog her name is daisy she is great with people and other dogs. I would love for you to give me a chance to show you I would be great for caring for your dogs.! About: I have always had the responsibility of caring for my own animals, but I love getting to help other people care for their pets. I love meeting new animals and have lots of experience in this area. I have been walking dogs around my neighborhood since I was about 10 years old. I loved this experience which is why I have decided to dedicate myself to this line of work so I can always be available to help an animal in need. Currently I work an evening shift at a restaurant 4 nights a week so I have the day open before 5 pm Friday through Monday and Tuesday Wednesday Thursday I am completely available. My schedule also will be opening up more soon. I have a very large area for dogs to run around and two very friendly dogs of my own. I always start by making sure the space is free of any hazards, like toxic plants or loose wires and that they have a cozy spot just for them. Building trust is key, so I take things slow, using positive reinforcement like treats and praise to create a bond. Whether it's playtime or just chilling, I'm all about keeping their routine consistent to minimize stress.

It may not always be easy to tell whether or not your pet is happy so listening and observation is key.
