About: Volunteered at a dog shelter (Rylies rescue) and for an organization called pawsibilities housing up to 50+ cats plus animals like farm animals, birds, and everything in between, so I’m very familiar with all sorts of animals and temperaments. Worked with 30+ cats in one space and familiar with administering medication. I’m in ocean city full time for the summer, and I have a very flexible schedule so I can provide care throughout the day whenever needed. I go on walks daily so dog walking fits into my routine. I’m also willing to travel between shore points to make sure your pet gets the care they need! I take care of my special needs dog, Wyatt, often. I feed, walk, and bathe him, and administer his meds whenever needed. All of which I am willing to do for your pets!

About: For the past 10 years, I've cared for my own pets as well as friends' dogs, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of needs. I'm comfortable with senior dogs, administering medication, and managing high-energy puppies, along with dogs of every size. I treat every pet with the same patience and attention I'd give my own! I am currently taking a summer course at Stockton University, so my availability is quite open! I will be traveling often between Galloway and Atlantic City with reliable transport! I have both a dog and a cat of my own, so I'm comfortable with both species' needs and routines. When caring for clients' pets, I always follow their specific instructions including feeding times, leash habits, crate routines, medications, and any other house rules. Safety and consistency for the pet always come first! :)

I live down in Margate until August. I am normally able to sit whenever but if not I am very communicative! I can bathe, feed, work on training, walk, play, and give your dog love while your away. I am great with animals of all ages and sizes! I have trained my dogs at home and provided them with a safe, happy, and loving environment all throughout their beautiful lives!
“I felt very comfortable leaving my cats in Mae’s hands! She came over for an in-person visit before the actual sit just to get familiar with the area and routine. She sent photos and updates the days she dropped by. All communication was fast and seamless, I plan to book Mae again in the future as I go out of town quite often.”

“Lauren visited my cats over a weekend away. She followed instructions I left, took it upon herself to change the water bowl I left for the outside critters during a heat wave, and won over my scaredy cat. I am very pleased and will book her again.”

I’m very passionate about caring for animals, I know how to read Canine Body Language. I have a spare leash and extra poop bags, I take last-minute walking gigs on Tuesdays! For repeat walking or drop-in visits, I would like to set up a meet and greet first where I get to talk with you as well as get to know your furry friend so they’re comfortable around me! A dog walk with me won’t just be a normal walk, with your permission I would love to play with your dog to help get that energy out. For cats, I’d love to snuggle them and play with them forever and ever. The days I have open availability are Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays anytime! For the rest of the week, I am available for a quick walk/visit before 7:30am, or a nice evening walk/play/visit after 4:00/5:00pm as I work. About: I'm an animal lover and dependable pet sitter providing caring, personalized attention for dos and cats. Whether it's walks, playtime, feedings or drop-ins, I treat every pet like family and make sure they feel safe, happy and loved while you're away. I have great flexibility with my full-time job and can do drop-ins or walks as needed weekdays and weekends. Many working parents utilize my flexibility for a lunch time walk to break up the pet's day or anytime some fresh air and exercise is needed. I cater to what is best for the furry client and pet owner. I can do backyard play with the pet if the owner prefers that, or indoor time as well. Sometimes senior dogs just need some petting or fresh air while other dogs want to chase a ball and play fetch.

I love helping out people especially when it comes to caring for their pets when they cannot, whether that be at work or on vacation. I will always keep any animals on leashes or in the house. Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
