Campbell has stayed with Erica a few times now and every time Erica takes such good care of her! Campbell knows which apartment is hers when we drop her off and gets so excited when she realizes we are going to see Erica! She clearly loves dogs and is so attentive and caring to our pup! We will definitely continue to use her!

Cathy was amazing! I had concerns as I had never left my dog for more than an overnight adventure, she gave me a little tour of the house, met her dogs (adorable!) and told me about a few dogs she’s sat for in the past. I received nightly updates and honestly had less anxiety about having him by her than I do about some family members watching him! I know my dog can’t wait to return!

Anu and her family are wonderful and took amazing care of our Daisy while we were on vacation. It is clear that they love dogs and are very knowledgeable caring for them. Discussed food, meds, routine and behaviors ahead of time. Great communication and appreciated the many photo and video updates while we were away. I would definitely book with Anu again.

About: I've taken care of animals of all different species and sizes throughout my life, I've always found a deeper connection with animals, and the more I care for them, the more I see that. For Dogs, I can get along with most, although I am admittedly spooked by bigger or more aggressive dogs (Cane Corso's for reference). And as for cat's, I'm always willing to take carr of another feline friend, my closest animal companions in life have been cats! I can respect a cats boundaries very well. Notes: For dogs with Clicker training, I do own a clicker. I cannot allow other cats in my home, as one of my cats is not friendly with others. I'm typically up very early to feed my cat and spend whatever free time I have giving him attention and love while I relax. I am currently unemployed, so I can tend to pets around the clock! My yard is not fenced, I can keep a dog close if need be. I am more than willing to take pets on walks to the park, or outdoors in general. I can adapt to most any animals schedule pretty easily. My house is pretty large, so most animals will have plenty of space to roam and get comfy, and I can make accommodations for any special pet gear needed. List of tasks or care instructions would be highly appreciated, and would help me stick to a given schedule.

This was my first time having my boy stay at Judy’s and I really appreciated all the contact I had with them all week. She sent lots of photos and updates, I think he’ll be bored silly back home with me! Thank you for taking such good care and making me feel comfortable as well! Beats being in a 3x6 cage all day at a kennel. So glad my Sister recommended Rover to me! Thank you Judy and Team!!

Laura boarded Wiley for a weekend. Wiley was well taken care of and enjoyed her Yard. Wiley often has anxiety when we are gone but adapted to Laura and family nicely. He was a happy boy when we picked him up. Laura sent photos and communicated how Wiley was adapting. All went perfectly. I highly recommend Laura to watch your dog.

Anne is seriously the best! I will check to she is available first because i know Ozzy will be well taken care of. Ozzy is so comfortable there and is excited to see them when we drop him off, which is good to see since Ozzy can get some separation anxiety. Anne is also really good about sending updates and pictures through Ozzy’s stay. When I went to pick him up this time, Anne gave me a little care package of treats that he likes and a ginger bread treat for Christmas - super sweet. She is great to chat with and is always super friendly. I would recommend her to everyone!

About: I have worked with numerous animals since I was 5 years old. I have owned chickens, rabbits, horses, dogs, and cats my entire life. I am a 4-H leader where I teach children how to train dogs and I help them show and prepare their animals at fair. I also show my own animals at the fair. Additionally, I have pet sat for numerous family members over the years as well as friends. I will always be there for your pet and I will make sure they are well taken care of and loved just like they are my own. I am a teacher who is currently on summer break. So my schedule is pretty open during the summer and I have a lot of availability. During the school year, most of my weekends are free as well as when we have breaks. I am flexible and willing to make things work for you! I live on a little hobby farm with my husband. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats who are very friendly. I have everything needed in my home to take care of a dog including a kennel if needed as well as tie outs. We have a lake that is 5 minutes from our house and if your dog loves to swim, I would be happy to take them. I take my dogs all over in the summer and I would make sure your pet gets a lot of attention and exercise as well. Additionally, we have a huge barn and fenced in pasture as well as rabbit hutches in the barn and a chicken coop! Whatever animal you have they can be comfortable at my property. Additionally, if you feel better about your animal staying at home, I am happy to accommodate to that as well.

About: With over 17 years of experience caring for animals, I bring a lifetime of hands‑on knowledge and a genuine love for pets of all ages. I’ve raised dogs from puppyhood through their senior years and have helped neighbors for many years with reliable cat‑sitting and general pet‑care support. Dogs enjoy regular walking options, including strolls around our spacious lawn and yard area, perfect for sniffing, exploring, and getting gentle exercise. Our home is a true family setting, with children who are experienced and respectful around pets, a friendly and playful three‑year‑old Labrador retriever, and a gentle house cat who is calm around visiting animals. This creates a warm, social atmosphere for pets who enjoy companionship and calm routines for those who prefer quieter spaces. I strive to provide a safe, trustworthy, and welcoming environment where every pet feels cared for like one of our own.

Many sitters in WI ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
