“Erika is an angel! First of all she agreed to care for our puppy 2 days after being spayed. Then our puppy did not do well and became ill with diarrhea and vomiting. She kept in close contact with us and continued to care for her. She had to make special food for our pup because of her diarrhea. Erika is just the sweetest person you will meet and she even washed all of the items in her kennel. We can not say enough positive things about her - if you need an angel to take care of your dog baby consider Erika!”

About: I've taken care of animals of all different species and sizes throughout my life, I've always found a deeper connection with animals, and the more I care for them, the more I see that. For Dogs, I can get along with most, although I am admittedly spooked by bigger or more aggressive dogs (Cane Corso's for reference). And as for cat's, I'm always willing to take carr of another feline friend, my closest animal companions in life have been cats! I can respect a cats boundaries very well. Notes: For dogs with Clicker training, I do own a clicker. I cannot allow other cats in my home, as one of my cats is not friendly with others. I'm typically up very early to feed my cat and spend whatever free time I have giving him attention and love while I relax. I am currently unemployed, so I can tend to pets around the clock! My yard is not fenced, I can keep a dog close if need be. I am more than willing to take pets on walks to the park, or outdoors in general. I can adapt to most any animals schedule pretty easily. My house is pretty large, so most animals will have plenty of space to roam and get comfy, and I can make accommodations for any special pet gear needed. List of tasks or care instructions would be highly appreciated, and would help me stick to a given schedule.

I am a 4-H leader where I teach children how to train dogs and I help them show and prepare their animals at fair. I also show my own animals at the fair. I will always be there for your pet and I will make sure they are well taken care of and loved just like they are my own. I am a teacher who is currently on summer break. About: I have always had family pets growing up. I got my own dog when I was in high school. I currently own 2 well-mannered dogs, a hunting labrador and a scent detection pit-mix. I have more than 2 years of professional gun dog training experience, and have trained over 50 other puppies/dogs. I currently work from home, so I will be able to accommodate any schedule your pet may need. My own dogs recieve 2 feedings per day (5am and 5pm). We often take a morning walk (typically no less than 1-2 miles, less if I am walking a young puppy or senior dog with mobility issues). Also evening walks if weather is appropriate. I do not allow my dogs to do strenuous activity or rough play right after a meal. The yard is not fenced, so dogs will be on leash or long-line and fully supervised when outside the home. For off-lead outdoor fun we will take trips to the local dog park (not a very heavily utilized park, usually empty). I have experience providing oral and subcutaneous medication to pets, should your pet need medication while in my care.

About: Since I was little I have always loved animals, I feel that I have a unique connection with them. From 10 years old. In Ecuador, I was taking care of dogs. The neighbors have trusted me for the attention I gave their pets, for playing with them, etc. But since I arrived in the United States I have not been able to continue with that hobby. About: I am training my own dog as a psychiatric service animal and have learned much going through this process. I am not a licensed trainer, but I do have experience in that area, which I enthusiastically bring to each walk. I'm flexible with scheduling and do my best to make things as simple and convenient as possible even if that means scheduling outside of my availability schedule when possible. Additionally, if I have any upcoming dates that I am unavailable this will be communicated well in advance. About: Hello! I've been taking care of pets every since my professors at my university trusted me to dog-sit in their homes. I've always had a love of animals. As a child I spent most of my free time volunteering at my local animal shelter by walking dogs to give them a break and fresh air or training them to help them be more likely to be adopted. As an adult I've worked as a zookeeper (my all-time favorite animal to care for are probably lemurs) and as a high school biology teacher. I've normally utilized word of mouth to grow my pet-sitting business, but since I've recently moved to a smaller town, I decided to test out Rover. I am responsible for normal activities such as feeding my dog twice a day, and letting her out. I take time daily to play with my dog and enjoy giving her treats. I also find time to wash her, clip her nails, clean her face, etc.
About: Over my 12 years of experience, I have pet sit all types of different animals for several neighbors, friends, and family members…including my aunt’s 9 cats. I currently am working part time as I am in college which my college schedule is now very flexible for the fall semester. About: I love taking care of all different kinds of pets, I love working with pets that have unique personalities. There is still so many breeds of both dogs and cats that I would love to be able to take care of. I am currently working part-time at a pet boarding/ daycare facility and still going to school. I still seem to have time that I feel as if I am wasting and need something to fill that void. In my clients home I will try to stick to the instructions that they give me when I am caring for their pet. “Erika is an angel! First of all she agreed to care for our puppy 2 days after being spayed. Then our puppy did not do well and became ill with diarrhea and vomiting. She kept in close contact with us and continued to care for her. She had to make special food for our pup because of her diarrhea. Erika is just the sweetest person you will meet and she even washed all of the items in her kennel. We can not say enough positive things about her - if you need an angel to take care of your dog baby consider Erika!”

About: I've taken care of animals of all different species and sizes throughout my life, I've always found a deeper connection with animals, and the more I care for them, the more I see that. For Dogs, I can get along with most, although I am admittedly spooked by bigger or more aggressive dogs (Cane Corso's for reference). And as for cat's, I'm always willing to take carr of another feline friend, my closest animal companions in life have been cats! I can respect a cats boundaries very well. Notes: For dogs with Clicker training, I do own a clicker. I cannot allow other cats in my home, as one of my cats is not friendly with others. I'm typically up very early to feed my cat and spend whatever free time I have giving him attention and love while I relax. I am currently unemployed, so I can tend to pets around the clock! My yard is not fenced, I can keep a dog close if need be. I am more than willing to take pets on walks to the park, or outdoors in general. I can adapt to most any animals schedule pretty easily. My house is pretty large, so most animals will have plenty of space to roam and get comfy, and I can make accommodations for any special pet gear needed. List of tasks or care instructions would be highly appreciated, and would help me stick to a given schedule.
About: I have worked with numerous animals since I was 5 years old. I have owned chickens, rabbits, horses, dogs, and cats my entire life. I am a 4-H leader where I teach children how to train dogs and I help them show and prepare their animals at fair. I also show my own animals at the fair. I am flexible and willing to make things work for you! I live on a little hobby farm with my husband. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats who are very friendly. I have everything needed in my home to take care of a dog including a kennel if needed as well as tie outs. We have a lake that is 5 minutes from our house and if your dog loves to swim, I would be happy to take them. I take my dogs all over in the summer and I would make sure your pet gets a lot of attention and exercise as well. Additionally, we have a huge barn and fenced in pasture as well as rabbit hutches in the barn and a chicken coop! Whatever animal you have they can be comfortable at my property. Additionally, if you feel better about your animal staying at home, I am happy to accommodate to that as well.

About: I have always had family pets growing up. I got my own dog when I was in high school. I currently own 2 well-mannered dogs, a hunting labrador and a scent detection pit-mix. I have more than 2 years of professional gun dog training experience, and have trained over 50 other puppies/dogs. I currently work from home, so I will be able to accommodate any schedule your pet may need. My own dogs recieve 2 feedings per day (5am and 5pm). We often take a morning walk (typically no less than 1-2 miles, less if I am walking a young puppy or senior dog with mobility issues). Also evening walks if weather is appropriate. I do not allow my dogs to do strenuous activity or rough play right after a meal. The yard is not fenced, so dogs will be on leash or long-line and fully supervised when outside the home. For off-lead outdoor fun we will take trips to the local dog park (not a very heavily utilized park, usually empty). I have experience providing oral and subcutaneous medication to pets, should your pet need medication while in my care.
