“Kalina was very friendly and responsive. She kept me updated with text messages and videos. She asked questions and answered all of mine. I had no worries during Lucy's stay.”

“Cindy was amazing and very accomodating for a last minute day board. She allowed me to drop them at 7am and pick up at 11:30am so I could relax at the spa. Will 100% use her again. Lovely people. Her and her mom.”

“Very happy with my babies stay. Received pics and videos to keep me updated and to have the ability to see them. Owen has challenges with his feeding schedule and Lee had no problem accommodating him. KaDee has challenges due to near blindness and deafness. Will definitely be rebooking.”

“We couldn’t be happier with Brittney’s services! My dog is worn smooth out, she took great care of her, was excellent at communicating with me, and took great care of our pup!”

“This is our 2nd time leaving our Nola with Hannah and her family. It speaks volumes when you pull up to a house and your dog walks with a wagging tail that moves her entire back half. Hannah kept us updated on Nola's eating habits and sent plenty of adorable pictures. We will definitely continue to book with her and highly recommend her as a sitter! 😊”

“Julissa is the best. Our minds were at ease while away on vacation, knowing our sweet dog Roxi was in a safe and loving home. Roxi definitely got spoiled while she was with Julissa. We will definitely be reaching back out to Julissa, the next time we go out of town.”

“First time ever leaving my dog with someone I didn’t know, and she made me feel really comfortable trusting her with my boy and she did a splendid job of updating me and communicating with me.”

“Our second time leaving Prank and Melana was again fantastic! He loves her as do we, highly recommend to anyone needing a loving home to leave their pet with temporarily. Thanks Melana!”

“Madison was amazing! My pups immediately took to her and her family, I received photos regularly and could tell they are happy and felt safe. Will 100% be rebooking and would highly recommend Madison to anyone!”

About: I raised my dog Rocky from when he was a puppy, so I’m experienced in caring for pets of all ages. I’ve pet sit many times before learning about Rover. Every pet is different, and I’m prepared to do my best to meet your pet’s individual needs. I believe a routine is incredibly beneficial to pet care, which is why Rocky is part of my routine. If your pet is staying with me they will be feed and walked first thing in the morning. Potty breaks throughout the day for pets with more frequent needs. Then second feeding and walk at approximately 6:30 pm. If I’m sitting at your place, if your pet has its own routine we will follow it, if not I will adopt a routine based on the environment. Previously, my house was a 3 dog 3 cat house. After some relationship changes, it’s just me and Rocky. Rocky is completely submissive, although he’s a Goldmation he very much embodies golden retriever energy, and gets along with pets of all shapes and sizes (like I said, 3 cats) When sitting at your house you can be sure that both your home and pets will be cared for. Cleaning is one of my favorite activities, so you might find your house is even a bit more tidy than you left it. And Rocky is very low maintenance and stays home when I pet sit, meaning that if you want me to spend as much time at your place as possible, I can do that.
“Joanne was the best!!! This is the first time leaving our pup with anyone and the experience was wonderful. Joanne took great care of Toby, sent photos and videos daily and even gave him a bath!!! We couldn’t ask for better. Thank you Joanne.”

“Destiny was great!! My dog and hers got along so we'll and tired each other out every day! When I picked him up, my dog basically slept for the whole rest of the day until the next morning. Pictures/videos and updates were given and will definitely use her services again!!!”

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in AR ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
