12. Karla S.
“Karla has watched our yorkiepoo on two occasions while we were out of town. She brought our dog into her home and treated him like family. The first time we left him he was 5 months old and not fully trained. He peed inside the house on occasion and he nipped at people. When we returned from vacation our dog was potty trained and no longer nipped. She also gave us training advice. Both times we were gone Karla sent me a nightly text telling me about his day and sent a picture of him enjoying playing with her dogs. I felt very confident that he was being loved and cared for while we were gone. I have used Karla for one check-in at our house while we were gone for the day. She let him out of his crate at our house and played with and walked him for 30 min. It made me feel less guilty and we didn't have to rush home to let him out that evening. I highly recommend Karla for pet sitting, training and walking. Some people are good with animals and know how to care for them. Karla definitely has a gift.”

13. Jason & Mark S.
About: Our dogs are our family. We raised 2 Boston terriers from puppies to seniors, for over 12 years. They lived long, happy lives and were alongside us as we grew our family and raised kids. Sadly, both have passed away, but we have a new generation of pups in our household. I feel it’s very important for kids to grow up with pets and learn how to love and care for them. This caretaker venture came about from the joy we have welcoming friends and families pets into our home. Both my husband and I work from home full time. We have flexible schedules, and the kids are away at school during the weekdays. Our dogs have the privilege of being home in the company of their loved ones every day, and we would provide your pets with that same love and care - full time. We live in a single story home where everyone is able to be on the same level together. Additionally, we have a fully fenced back yard. We would permit only one reservation in our home at a time, so we can provide your pet with the level of care they deserve. Our dogs are not territorial and not aggressive. One is medium/high energy and our other is low energy. You are welcome to visit us and have our pets meet if you are considering boarding at our home.

About: What sets me apart is my commitment to creating a stress-free, loving, and safe environment for every dog I care for. I work from home, so your pup will never be left alone and will receive my full attention throughout the day. Whether your dog needs extra cuddles, playtime, or a quiet space to relax, I tailor my care to their unique needs. I’m experienced with senior dogs and understand the patience and attentiveness they require. I’m also comfortable helping with basic training for puppies, reinforcing commands, or managing high-energy dogs with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Additionally, I’m detail-oriented and make sure to follow your instructions precisely, whether it’s medication schedules, special diets, or maintaining your dog’s usual routines. Your pet’s happiness and well-being are my top priorities, and I’ll always treat them like a member of my own family. Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine since I work from home, allowing me to provide constant attention and care. I structure my day to include walks, playtime, and cuddles while maintaining a calm and comforting environment tailored to each pet’s needs. Their well-being and happiness are always my priority. I offer personalized pet care services, including walks, sitting, boarding, and drop-in visits. My approach is centered around safety, comfort, and respect for each pet's unique personality. In my home, pets are welcomed into a calm, structured environment with plenty of attention, playtime, and supervised outdoor breaks. I also have one small dog, Tony, who is friendly with other small dogs but appreciates his personal space and time to adjust to new visitors. For this reason, I prefer to care for non-aggressive pets that are comfortable in a peaceful, shared space. For in-home visits at my clients' homes, I prioritize maintaining the pet's routine as closely as possible. I follow instructions regarding feeding, exercise, and any special care needs. This consistency helps reduce stress for your pet while you’re away. While I aim to create a nurturing environment for every pet, I prioritize safety for all animals involved. If your pet needs special accommodations or has unique behavioral traits, I’m happy to discuss how we can best meet their needs. My goal is to ensure that every pet feels loved, cared for, and safe while in my care.
