About: I have had multiple animals of various types in my home since birth. I enjoy life with pets and have know nothing else. I have experienced all stages of their lives. For 5 years friends and family have trusted me to walk, feed, and sit for their pets. I am recently out of high school. I have lots of free time and could spend loads of it with your pets. About: I’ve been a dog owner for 10 years. I currently have 2 English Setters. One is deaf and has seizures, My dogs are loved, cared for and spoiled as much as the rest of the family, and I would love your dogs as much as you do! I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages. I am also comfortable administering medication if they should need it. Although I don’t have formal training experience, we worked diligently with trainers in our home for both of our dogs. I was able to confidently follow through with all of the exercises demonstrated by our trainers, and if your dog is currently working in training I would be comfortable following through with whatever you are working on . I am currently an elementary school teacher off for the summer. My children are grown which leaves me with time on my hands. I am available any day/night. I am happy to care for your pets on a regular basis, while you are on vacation, or if you are just out for an extended period of time and don't want to leave your pets alone. If you need flexibility or a routines schedule, I’d love to help you out! I will care for your pets the same as I would my own. They will be loved, cared for and spoiled with attention just like mine are!

About: I have looked after friends and family’s homes and pets for as a long as one night to over a week. I grew up with a dog and love them! Any questions or concerns I’ve had while watching someone’s animal I just contact them via text to straighten everything out. I work a hybrid/ remote schedule that allows flexibility in my routine to fit in walks and check ins for your pets that best fit your schedule. I do not offer pet care in my home but when taking care of your pet in your home I am responsible and respectful and make sure I have all details necessary. And if not just a quick call or text away!

About: I have a husky who is my child. I love to play with him in the yard and take him to the dog park. I have always gotten along great with animals. They have always been first in my life because they put such a big smile on my face. I have always enjoyed pet sitting because I know how much they miss their owners. I just hope I can be the next best thing and make their stay-cation as stressful and as fun as possible. When the owner leaves dogs don't know if you are coming back or not . I think pet-sitting is such a wonderful idea for them to have. I am currently not working have a lot of free time on my plate so I am very flexible with scheduling. I will work with what’s best for the client. I also have no problem getting on and off Joint Base MBL if you need me to pet sit there. I do have a husky who is very friendly but I would prefer to do drop by visits . I am very flexible to the situation.

About: I have worked in various different ways with animals and have even gone to BCIT for high school where we learned to be a vet assistant and dog grooming. I have pet sat for family friends and used to work in a kennel where we board both cats and dogs. I have had pets all my life and know how much they mean to you so I will give them the best care! I have been caring for my own dogs since I was just 10 years old, which has given me a deep understanding of canine behavior and needs. My academic background in animal science has equipped me with a solid foundation in animal care, health, and behavior. Through my coursework, I have gained insights into various aspects of veterinary medicine, nutrition, and training techniques. This knowledge allows me to provide not only basic care but also specialized attention tailored to each dog's unique requirements. In addition to my studies, I actively engage in clinical hours at a local veterinary clinic under the guidance of a certified veterinarian and vet tech. This hands on experience is invaluable. It has allowed me to observe and participate in real-world scenarios involving pet health care. From administering medications to understanding common health issues, this practical exposure enhances my ability to recognize signs of distress or illness in dogs while I am sitting or walking them. I’m currently doing clinical hours voluntarily and not a set schedule so I’m available currently Monday-Friday anytime and will update my hours if need be due to obtaining a set schedule for clinical hours. I believe establishing a consistent daily routine is crucial for both dogs. This includes regular feeding times, exercise, and bathroom breaks. For my husky, who is energetic and playful, I ensure she gets at least an hour of vigorous exercise each day. This includes walks, runs, or playtime in the yard. My cockapoo also enjoys playtime but requires slightly less intense activity due to his smaller size and older age. I ensure that my home environment is safe for both dogs by removing hazardous items such as toxic plants or small objects they could swallow inside and outside. Additionally, I use baby gates if necessary to restrict access to certain areas of the house where they might get into trouble. I have learned by following these steps consistently in caring for my husky and cockapoo at home, and applying similar principles when caring for clients' pets, I’ll create a nurturing environment that supports their health and happiness.
