1. Rima P.
“Rima is great! Very attentive, very communicative. Made my anxious pets feel comfortable and loved. Left the house spotless and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!”
2. Ronda S.
“Ronda was not only efficient and responsive, sharing twice-daily feedback about the care and feeding of our two kitties, but she was also able to establish an affectionate bond with them during our 16-day absence. We are pleased to give Ronda 5 stars and would highly recommend her.”
3. Farrin W.
“I was very apprehensive about leaving our pets with a stranger (especially our highly anxious 5-year-old lab who has never been separated for an extended period of time from her family), but we were desperate to find a sitter at short notice. Farrin came over for a "meet & greet" about a week before the event to get acquainted with Corey (the lab), Farrin came early that morning, stayed all day late into the evening so Corey wouldn't have to be alone. We received a couple of updates during the day from Farrin letting us know how Corey was doing. I couldn't be more pleased with Farrin's friendly, yet professional, demeanor. She deserves (& got) a big tip, and I would definitely hire her again.”
4. Meredith B.
“Absolutely phenomenal”
5. Laura H.
“When I went away on vacation this past summer for 11 days I had Laura watch my 4 year old dog. Laura was very loving with my dog. She did everything that I asked her to do for my dog. She also has had dogs of her own in the past. So she's quite experienced enough to become a dog sitter.”
6. Caitlin M.
“Caitlin went above and beyond with our special needs hound. We got plenty of communication and updates, along with lots of photos! We’d absolutely use her services again. Thanks, Caitlin!”
7. Jocelyn S.
“I've never met someone with as much love in their heart for animals as Jocelyn. She treats all pets as is they were her own, and she's my first choice to take care of mine!”
8. Amber E.
“Amber was wonder with my 3 dogs! They can’t wait to see her again!”
9. Samantha W.
“I can’t recommend Sam highly enough! She sent so many pics and little updates throughout the entire weekend and took THE BEST care of our pups. She’s such an example of going above and beyond! Both of our dogs have some tricky behaviors and Sam didn’t even bat an eye. She was patient with our slow-to-warm-up dog and I didn’t have to worry about our babies for a second. My only complaint is that she can’t move to our new house with us!!”
10. Zada M.
“Professional and clean. She was wonderful with the kittens and left the house clean and cared for. Would book again.”
11. Savannah O.
“Savannah was a very attentive house and dogsitter who took great care of our pups! She was thoughtful, communicative, and sensitive to the needs of both dogs. Highly recommend!”
12. Kylee L.
About: I have never lived in a house without dogs that sleep in the bed or animals in general. My two pups are like my children. My fiancé and I just finished the puppy stage with our mini Aussie who we adore so much, so I’m very familiar with tips and tricks related to puppies . Whatever service you need I'm your girl! I currently work full time in health care Monday through Friday. Im off work everyday at 4:30 and most Fridays I’m done by 1/2pm. My weekends are always free an welcome for pet friendly dogs. I’m available to stop before and after work, before bed, etc! Our home sits on 2.5 acres that is not fenced in but we have plenty of leashes to go around. My two dogs are under 30 pounds and are very pet friendly. Both my dogs sleep in our bed and if your dog is willing they can too!
13. Scott & Sarah O.
“I've known Sarah and Scott for over 30 years, from when they had their boutique "Pampered Pets" in Boston in the 90's, to raising guide dog pups in D.C., and now to dog-sitting in Sperryville, VA. I've stayed at their place and witnessed their loving dog care on several occasions. Like many of us dog owners, when Scott and Sarah have dogs, they want to take them everywhere, and they often forgo activities when the dog(s) can't go with them. In short, they have lots of experience and you will not find a better vacation home for your dog. And surprise, I know Scott and Sarah so well because I'm Scott's sister!”
14. Joey W.
“Joey is truly the animal whisperer! He has been working with me and my pets for around 5 months now and I really feel like I’m starting to speak their language! I couldn’t be happier with his professionalism, flexibility, and knowledge. I can’t wait to see what the next 5 months has in store!”
15. Carter H.
“For the past 2 years, Carter has dogsat for my two pitbulls any time we go out of town and he takes such special care of them every time. My dogs can be a bit high maintenance but Carter always adapts and does what is needed, whether it’s making sure they get medicine at certain times, walking them a specific way to maintain their obedience training, or supervising them while they’re in the back yard to ensure they aren’t doing anything naughty, Carter happily follows our directions to keep the dogs safe and happy! We trust him to stay in our house to watch the dogs while we’re away. He sends lots of pictures which gives us great peace of mind. I can tell he really loves animals and respects the responsibility that comes with being a trusted dog sitter/walker.”
16. Samantha S.
“Samantha and her dog Daisy were great companions for my pups while we were out of the country for 10 days over the holidays. She updated us with pics and videos and our pups seemed happy, healthy and well taken care of.”
17. Acacia S.
“Acacia did a great job watching my dogs while I was away for a week. She provided regular updates and pictures, and the dogs clearly looked relaxed and well-cared for.”
18. gyllian s.
“Gyllian took good care of our babies for the first time they have ever been out of our sight overnight. They are just about 5 years old so they were raised during Covid lockdown and are very timid of anyone other than me and my wife. Gyllian seemed to understand exactly what they needed and by the end of the week they were following her around the house and taking treats out of her hand. She responded to chats and sent pics to keep us comfortable.”
19. Elizabeth D.
“Beth has raised multiple animals in her home the entire time I have known her. Which makes me such a great support when it comes to helping you with your animals! She understands the needs of the animals and puts urgency behind the needs. She also is gentle and loving - my dogs LOVE her !”
20. Dallis M.
“Dallis is so sweet and caring with animals, she is responsible and accommodating! Dallis goes above and beyond to meet the pet's needs. Moreover, her unwavering patience, understanding, and compassion create a strong bond of trust and affection between her and their pet. With Dallis by their side, your pet thrives.”
