About: Looking to see if anyone is interested in pet sitting/ walking services? I will come pick your pet up and watch/walk them whenever you need me too! 🐶 I am a very reliable, patient, positive and energetic person! Looking to spend some time with animals in between my work hours! I am a part time bus driver, with pups of my own and 2 young kiddos 🙂 I'm just trying to make a little extra income. I have multiple years of experience with animals. I can help with sitting, walking, Boarding and Pet Transportation. With me, your pets will receive appropriate care, and I'm willing to do additional other tasks if requested. -I'm an organizer, planner, and multitasker, so I'm able to provide a supervised and safe environment for multiple pets at a time. This is not limited to just dogs… I’ve had bunnies, fish, and lizards. I’ll even watch your birds, if you provide a cage! I am a part time school bus driver. So I will have plenty of time to spend with your pet in between my routes! I am available any day / weekend. Just reach out when needed! I have two small children to entertain your pet, and 4 fur babies of my own to play with and keep company! (I will post a picture of them) I can also crate your pet or my own if needed. We have a large laundry room where my pups go when they need some solitary/nap time. I do not have a fenced in yard, but we do live a mile or more off the main road. Also, we have a large yard to play in, frolic around, and watch for squirrels .

About: Hi, I’m Katherin. I live in the countryside with my husband, our Great Dane, two cats, and a flock of eight chickens. Animals are a big part of my everyday life, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I also enjoy gardening, spending time in nature, and being surrounded by animals—whether I’m at home or helping care for yours. Growing up, pets were always part of my family, and my very first job as a kid was pet sitting for neighbors. Since then, I’ve continued caring for animals of all kinds—my own dogs and cats, as well as those of friends and family. I’ve had the pleasure of looking after pets ranging from tiny Yorkshire Terriers to gentle Great Danes, and I’m experienced in administering medication and providing senior pet care. I currently have a flexible schedule and am available for house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walking. I’m not working another job, so I can dedicate plenty of time to your pets—and eventually, I hope to make pet sitting my full-time work! When I’m house sitting, please note that my husband works a 12-hour rotating shift—three days one week and four days the next. On the days he’s working, I’ll need to return home briefly to care for my own pets. During that time, I’d be away from your home for no more than 6 hours. Your pets’ comfort and well-being are always my top priority, and I’ll make sure they’re settled and cared for before stepping out. A few years ago, my husband and I used Rover for the first time, and I know firsthand how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your pets in someone else's care. Fortunately, it turned out to be a wonderful experience—our sitter kept us updated with messages and photos, and we came home to happy, relaxed pets. That peace of mind was truly priceless. I carry that experience with me every time I care for someone’s pets. I’m committed to providing a safe, trustworthy, and stress-free environment, just like I’d want for my own animals. About: I’ve had experience with helping with puppies and other ages of dogs. I personally have a cat of my own and I’ve had 4 years of experience with cats. I am currently working 35-40 hours a week and I am mostly free in the afternoons and evening. I am completely free on Sundays too! I follow the care instructions outlined by the owner and treat the pets with so much love. I can play with the pets as needed!

About: I've taken care of animals for most of my life. I've always had a dog since I was born and often take care of my friends' pets. I have the time and knowledge to love your baby like my own. I am a JMU professor who is on sabbatical until January. This means I am working from home and will have plenty of time for your pet's needs. I have a large yard with areas for dogs to play and run. I have a French Bulldog who loves other animals and is always looking for a playmate.

About: I have had dogs and cats all my life and they were my full responsibility. I've had all sizes and breeds of dogs and I love cats just as much! I love going on long walks and even going to the dog park with your lovely furbabies. I love wrestling and playing with them but also appreciate the cuddlers just as much. I am punctual and responsible, if your babies don't seem 100% I will notify as soon as possible, to ensure they are taken care of if needed. I love animals and will be sure that they are happy and healthy on my watch. Any special needs they have I will happily fulfill those as well. I can't wait to meet your special babies!

About: I have taken care of many of my friends pets, both dogs and cats and when I didn't have a pet of my own, would often borrow one! They make life so much better! Two of my references can give you first hand information about how much I loved and cared for their dogs. I work a 40 hour week in Waynesboro and depending on location of the pet, can do drop in visits before and after work and sometimes during the day (if local). I can come to your home or your dog can come to mine. I am not opposed to overnight stays. Your pet will be treated as if my own and with as much love and care as they can handle! They are more than pets, they are family!

About: I’ve always had at least one dog in my home until my Roscoe passed a little over a year ago. I have experience with all ages…puppies to seniors. I used to be a volunteer dog walker at Shenandoah Valley Animal Services Center, so I have experience with rescue pets as well. I’ve been asked on a number of occasions to pet sit or check in on pets for friends while they are away from home. I see that there is a real need for pet care in our community, so I decided to put my skills and love for animals to work! ****At this time, I do not have any availability for daily dog walking. I am available for pet sitting and drop in visits weekends (Friday through Monday), unless my calendar states otherwise. I currently work part-time (4 nights) third shift in health care. I’m available for dog walking or drop in visits between 10 and 1 Monday through Friday and pet sitting in your home or drop-in visits on weekends (Friday through Monday). If you live in my immediate neighborhood, pet sitting can be arranged for longer periods, as long as it’s ok to leave overnight for work. I like to take frequent walks, depending on the temperature outside and the age and health of your dog. For younger and more active dogs, I enjoy lots of playtime and interaction, or I can chill on the couch with your dog if he/she is older and less active! Your pets miss you terribly when you’re away; I want to make your absence as pleasant for them as possible!

About: I grew up on a large 200 acre farm with animals of every kind. But I have had my own Dog since graduating from college. I am currently taking a much needed break so I am home 24/7; your Pet will not be crated- unless specified by you; and will not be left alone. My Husband and I can offer your Dog a large fenced in backyard; and large deck for sunning. Your dog will have the run of our home. We only except one Owner’s Pet(s) per stay. We have no children and no cats, but FO have one small dog of our own- Jax.

About: I have been living with three plus dogs of various sizes my entire life. I work full-time but have plenty of time to spend with your pet for walks and playing, also willing to go to the dog park! I have been an animal lover all of my life and your dog is in good hands. I have a laid back cat in the apartment who doesn't bother others. I live in the Downtown Charlottesville neighborhood and have plenty of room Around the city or park to take long walks with your dog! . I have constant and consistent communication so that you know your pet is well taken care of at all times of the day. Please consider me taking care of your pet! I'm currently working full-time remotely in a very low stress position, I own my home and am typically here all day. I have a large yard that is not fenced, however I'm walking distance from a park and am in a very walkable neighborhood. I am very trustworthy and have references both on rover and outside of rover to provide. I am in constant communication and can update as much as one would need with photos and videos throughout the day.
