About: Hi, I’m Amaya! I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and truly love caring for pets of all kinds. I’ve grown up with dogs of all sizes and breeds, and I love teaching them tricks, going on walks, and making sure they feel safe and loved. I also have years of experience working at a pet boarding facility and volunteering at our local animal shelter, so I’m confident handling dogs and cats of all ages, temperaments, and energy levels. Whether it’s snuggles, playtime, or structured care, your pets will be treated like family with me! I work part-time at a restaurant, so my shifts aren’t the same every week. But no worries—I update my Rover calendar regularly, and I’m great at swapping shifts last-minute if I can. Just let me know your dates and I’ll make room for your pets! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I currently live with three cats and three dogs, so I don’t offer boarding or in-home pet care at this time to ensure a calm, controlled environment for everyone. However, I’m more than happy to provide drop-in visits and walks, and I take great care to follow your instructions, routines, and preferences exactly as you leave them. I always treat pets and their spaces with the same respect I give my own. Whether I’m stopping by for a quick potty break or taking your pup for a walk, I’m committed to creating a safe, loving experience every time.

About: Without having a ton of experience, I work well and will live up to your expectations! I love animals; I have two dogs and a kitty. I'm good with all different types! I'm a senior high school, trying to start a part-time job here. I've kept the same job for two years and have loved that experience working with kids! I'm good with keeping puppies safe on walks. My cavalier loves to go on long walks. Keeping a good eye of roads, what they step on, and what they eat!

“Sterling was great! He always showed up within the given time window and gave my baby some love. I really appreciated the notes and pictures he’d leave on the Rover Card as well. Seeing that my kitty was being sociable and playing with his toys made me very happy. Also, I noticed in one of the pictures that Sterling took his shoes off in the house. I appreciated that SO MUCH because we are a shoes-off home to keep the floors clean. This booking was made because of a trip that was made on short notice, so Sterling being very easy to get in touch with made everything easy and worry-free. He was very personable and clearly knowledgeable about cats, so I felt safe leaving my furry baby with him. About: I've had my own cats for almost 6 years, I've volunteered at the Belleville Area Humane Society for around 4 months, and I do occasional dogsitting and housesitting for family friends when needed. I'm mostly busy Monday-Thursday with school during the week, but I am completely free all day through Friday-Sunday with exceptions for outside events. I appreciate detailed instructions on any specifics needed when caring for your pets, such as medications, feeding times, bathroom breaks, regular walks, or any other schedule they need.

About: I have 3 dogs and 1 cat that were all babies when we adopted them! An old neighbor of mine used to work for a shelter and I would help her out with the puppies! I currently work a full-time job in St. Louis but am free in the evenings and on weekends! I always make time for my furry friends. I always take the important, necessary precautions with my animals. For one, I have an indoor cat that loves to try to go outside so I am very observant of my surroundings when opening doors to outside. I also always have my dogs on leashes whenever they are outside!

I understand the need to make sure your pets are taken care of while you're away; whether it be for a few hours or a few weeks, it still feels like forever. I am here to make things easier for you and your pet while you spend time away from each other. My experience comes from years of caring for my own dog, cat, and a few exotic pets as well as caring for my clients pets since 2017. During the time I watch your pup or kitty, for however long, I consider them my priority, and will treat them with that same love and care I would with my own family. You can also look forward to quality photo updates of your pet, as I double as a photographer when I can. Many of my clients tell me their dog or cat warms up to me faster than others, that they usually have trouble with people but not with me. I have a flexible schedule and this is my main job. I am home most of the day, if not all day, and never gone for more than a few hours. When I take care of your furry family members in the comfort of their home, I make sure they feel at ease by taking my time with them, letting them acclimate, and making sure they know they are safe. I tend to try to perform the same routines as my clients to create a sense of familiarity and consistency in the home. When I'm dogsitting in my home, I take a similar approach and make sure to acclimate them slowly and maintain the same routine they would have in their own home! I take one client at a time for this and maintain safety in my home.

About: I've trained and have been a parent to numerous breeds. Right now my wife and I have 2 adorable golden doodles. We can't have kids so our pets mean everything to us I'm currently working from home selling items online and taking care of our dogs and cat. I take care of the house and yard and keep it clean I will feed them and play with them. I will let them out and clean up any messes they may l leave. I will check in on them multiple times.

About: EXPERIENCED IN CARE OF DIABETIC ANIMALS! I am a junior in college and have a very flexible schedule, allowing me to spend more time with your loved ones. I have two dogs, a small diabetic Yorkiepoo and a high energy wire haired, pointing Griffin. As a college student I have a lot of flexibility to provide care almost around the clock! Additionally this is my only job, no other competing priorities. I am willing to stay overnight at your house to watch them. I can watch multiple pets at a time. I am able to be with them throughout the day with an exception of when I have to go to class. I am willing to do play dates!

About: If loving a dog was a love language I’d be just that! I am very reliable, and giving. I have a house and a generous yard, and work remote. I have cared for plenty types of dogs growing up, and acquiring to each of their needs. It’s always my goal making them feel good when they are in my care. I work 2 days in the week at my office, and most the time home, otherwise I’m running errands. My schedule is pretty flexible. Communication is always key of course when it comes to timing, and plans. I have a nice long sized yard right next to my apartment building right out my door to take out the doggies for potty breaks, and general play time. If your dog needs to be in crate otherwise then play that’s totally okay as well.
