There was a little mixup with my dad and I both trying to book her through Rover for our pup and Kaitlyn went out of her way contacting Rover and worked diligently to ensure we didn’t get double billed! She made us feel informed throughout the entire booking process and super communicative with updates and pics of our pup during the boarding period! I’d highly recommend her for any pet parents. Kaitlyn managed to make our nervous pup relaxed and comfortable-not an easy feat! We got our pup back healthy, happy and full of smiles. We will definitely book with her again!”
