About: I've always been great with animals, able to read them and good at figuring out what they need. I volunteered at Animal Welfare League of Queen Anne's County for several years starting in High School. I've worked closely with large animals with behavioral problems, so I'm down the handle whatever quirks your pet has. My schedule is very flexible, and I can usually provide services as needed when given prior notice. Anytime of day as well, within reason ofc. I'm very adept at reading animals behavior and figuring out when they need attention, when they need space, and good at gaining an animals' trust.

About: Before joining Rover I mainly provided my services through word of mouth. I have experience with providing basic medical care for dogs and cats, and training experience including potty training and easing separation anxiety. I have vast experience and knowledge on various breeds and their specific needs, and really just love being able to have the time and availability to be able to provide these services. They say a dog is a man’s best friend, but in my case, a dog has always been a woman’s best friend! I offer dog sitting, walking, training and boarding at my home as well. I am brand new to the app but I do have plenty of references and want to make all owners feel just as comfortable as I want to ensure their pets will feel with me! I currently work a part-time job from my home, so I have a flexible schedule and able to meet any needs your pet has. I am available everyday, all hours mainly, and can accommodate you and your pets schedule! In my home all pets are welcome. I have plenty of walking trails and a back yard for pets that stay at my home. I typically will customize the walks, food, bathing etc depending on the needs of the pet and what works best for them and the owner.

About: Neighborhood walks are necessary and healthy, and I am happy to offer that experience. What I’m really passionate about, is offering your furry family members an adventure…an experience. Whether that is swimming at Quiet Waters or Gradbury Park, or hiking at Little Bennett and Great Falls. My Chessie, Bea, can even lead the tour for a pack walk! Although I am not a trainer, we can work on some loose leash walking, so your walks are more pleasurable with your doggo. If you’d like, I can even offer a wash and blow dry before they head back home! I’m currently going back to school remotely, so my days and nights are free, and my schedule is flexible. I am happy to offer overnight stays, and last minute bookings. It’s just Bea and I. I have a fenced in yard, and I’m comfortable with traveling with your pet. So, we can run errands together versus leaving them in the house. I am extremely attentive and present.

About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, bearded dragons and snakes for family, friends, and strangers over several years. I am willing to take care of any animal(s), no matter the temperament or how exotic it may be. As long as there are clear instructions and direct communication, I am able to be responsible any animal(s). My primary job is with Maryland Department of Natural Resources and with certain assignments there is no rescheduling. This assignments are generally on weekends from 11:00 AM - 5:00PM. I am still able to arrive early in the morning and in the afternoon on these days, otherwise that I am available most of the week. My calendar will be up to date at the beginning of every month. I can come to your home but I cannot use my own. I am willing to send pictures of your animal(s) every minute if you miss them and need to know how they are doing.

About: I’ve been dog walking and sitting for neighbors since I was 12 years old. I’ve dog sat multiple types of dogs. I’ve done dog walking, check-in & potty break visits, and I’ve stayed at a clients home for long periods of time (5+ days) to be with their pups. I’ve also been tasked with administering insulin shots to dogs before. And I have a lot of experience with dogs that have anxiety, whether with new people, thunderstorms, or anything else, as I have one myself and a long remaining client of mine does as well. I’ve always loved dogs, having grown up having 2 smaller dogs myself. I am hoping to do pet sitting as a new permanent business, so I will have nothing but time to look after your pets! I will schedule out days and time periods based on client necessity and to provide the optimal care for your pets. Because I have two dogs myself, one of which has severe people and other animal anxiety, which for the safety of your pets and mine means I am unable to bring any pets into my home as of current. However, I’ve stayed at the homes of clients before to be with their pups while they’re away. I feed them every morning and night or make sure the food bowl is full depending on how the client feeds their dogs. I give them any medicine or joint tablets that they need to be well. I let them out multiple times a day whenever they need it. And I try to play with and pet them as much as I can while I’m there so they don’t miss their humans too much. I will even take them on a walk if allowed.

About: I absolutely love animals. I currently have a black lab and I love to just spend time cuddling with her, or going for long walks. If possible, I try to bring her along (assuming they get along at the meet and greet). I’ve noticed that dogs can wear each other out a lot faster than I can, and probably have more fun doing it too. Maddie gets along with everyone and just loves to meet someone new. For your dog, I will treat him/her as my own. I will play with them and take them for walks. I have no problems cleaning up messes, sometimes accidents happen. Let me love and take care of your pet so you don't have to worry about them during the day. Why I love dog sitting I've always been an animal lover. I've had dogs all my life and had two of my own. They truly are the best things that ever happened to me. I’m very active, so I would spend as much time outside as possible with your fur baby. My experience administering medication: I am fine with administering medication, but would like to have the owner show me the correct way of doing it before I start.

About: I love playing with dogs and walking them. I've grown up around all types of dogs small and large. I'm very fun and outgoing as well as criminal justice trained ensuring your pets safety. I have taken care of our families dogs as well as watching other family friends pets. I have watched animals with allergies and medication needs. Dogs of all ages are welcome. I will meet any needs of the dog/dogs and ensure to have them back to you safe worn out and happy. I work part time so most of my day is running errands or cleaning the house. If they love car rides they are more than welcome to drive around with me. I will adjust my schedule to meet the needs of the dog or animal. Also absolutely love my kitties. Open to all animal requests just ask! Im a full time optician and part time cook. With plenty of notice I will take off my parttime job to care for your babies. Your pet will be loved as family. About: Hi everyone this is an update as of July 2026. I am a retired American Airlines Flight Attendant. I like to travel, do volunteer work, workout, meet my good women friends for coffee, lunch, etc, and spend time with my partner (a retired pilot). We occasionally sit together and he enjoys all my lovable pets as much as I do. I am about as risk free and responsible as they come! Hopefully, I can help out those who need pet/ house sitting. Also available if you just need someone to come for a few hours. These services are for dogs under 20 lbs and cats. If you have larger dogs that do not require walking, I can let them in and out (if you have a fenced in backyard) play with them, exercise, feed, water, meds, etc. Otherwise, if they need walking I need to stick to the under 20lbs. I can sit and housesit/ visit cats also, my only request is that there is a room for me to sleep in that the cats do not use. Yes, I am slightly allergic and I do wear my mask when brushing them. I have unfortunately, put my Bichon/ Maltese of 16 years down about 4 years ago. So I do not own a dog or cat at present. She had a collapsed trachea and some heart issues and was starting to have high risk seizures at 16. Hence, I am familiar with elder dogs and giving them medications. Before Maddie I had a female golden who lived to be 15 and 1/2. I have also owned two cats over my lifetime. Thank you for your interest and let me know if I can help you out. Also feel free to ask me any questions you may have. I am retired with a couple of hourly volunteer positions and I travel on occasion. Consequently, I have plenty of time to give your dog(s) or cat(s) special attention! Unfortunately, I cannot have the Fur babies over to my house because of my landlord's restrictions, but more than willing to come by to let your dog out for exercise, walk, feed, water, snuggle, and give medications. I can also spend the night while you're on vacation, Check your mail, water plants, take animals to vet if needed, etc.
