Safety, trust & environment

Pets thrive on routine, so sticking to my clients' feeding and exercise schedules is essential. Consistency helps pets feel secure and happy! I make sure that each pet always has access to clean, fresh water because hydration is crucial for their health, especially if they are active. Spending time playing with your pets not only keeps them entertained but also helps me build trust with them, whether that's playing with their favorite toy or just going for a pleasant stroll around the neighborhood! I also make sure I monitor your pet's behavior and appetite. Some pets don't do well with change, so reporting any concerns immediately to ensure your pet's well-being is at the top of my list!

Information Taylor M. would like to know about your pet

Dietary Needs: Each pet has specific nutritional requirements. Understanding what food they eat and any allergies they may have will prevent health issues while you're away.  Routine and Schedule: Pets thrive on routine. Knowing their feeding times, exercise needs, and bathroom breaks and keeping a consistent schedule helps reduce anxiety for your pet. Behavior and Temperament: Every pet has a unique personality. Some may be shy, while others are more outgoing, so understanding their behavior can help you manage interactions and ensure their comfort while you're away!  Emergency Contacts: Always provide a list of emergency contacts. This should include the owner's information, the vet you attend, and any other trusted contacts!  Being informed about these aspects will help create a safe and enjoyable experience for all of us!

A typical day

Weather permitting, outdoor time is always fun! Whether that means just taking a stroll around the neighborhood or playing fetch in the yard, these activities will keep your pet active and engaged, which promotes mental stimulation! I don’t love to attend dog parks without the owner, but socializing with other dogs is beneficial. If you have a particular dog park you attend often, I will be open to taking your pet there after I have built a bond with you and your furry friend!

Pet care experience

Growing up around animals, I have had the opportunity to work with various dog breeds (and cows, horses, bearded dragons, etc) . This experience allows me to handle different temperaments and energy levels effectively. I also provide tailored care for each dog because it is pertinent to take the time to understand their needs, preferences, and routines! Communication is also crucial to a seamless experience, so I send daily updates to owners to keep you informed about your dog's activities and well-being while you are away! These qualities help me create a safe and enjoyable environment for your furry friends; whether it's a last-minute request or regular visits, I will always try to accommodate your needs!

Taylor was great with our cats, she even looked in and took care of our bunnies and fish! We could relax on vacation knowing they were in good care! She was reliable and always communicated with us! Thank you so much!!
