About: Call me Kat or Anna! I've been living with animals my whole life, including dogs, cats, and guinea pigs. From the age of 13, I have been taking care of my neighbours' and family friends' pets when they ask. I've got experience with rodents, lizards, cats, and dogs, but I'm not afraid to learn new animals! I've got particular experience with special needs pets, including post-surgery care, asthma, seniors, separation anxiety, leaky bladders, and daily oral/injection medication. I'm not squeamish around messes, smells, or loud noise. I've cared for nearly every personality out there, and whether your pet wants space, cuddles, or needs a bath, I'll help out for as long as you and your pets need, no matter how many or how weird they are! I'm currently a college student and take classes on monday/wednesday from 12pm-3pm and tuesday/thursday from 6pm-9pm. During those hours, I will not be available. I am happy to care for your pets anytime other than that, however, even on holidays! Personally, I use free-feeding (there's always kibble in the bowl) and positive reinforcement with my pets. They're only allowed outside under supervision, I clean the litter boxes every other day, I play with them daily, and special treats are highly encouraged. Of course, other houses have different care plans, and I am flexible. I will never enter any areas of your home you have not given me permission to access unless it is an emergency, I will clean your house before leaving if it is an overnight stay, and I will always alert you via a text message when I enter or leave your home so that you know your pet is being looked after. If you have other requests regarding your pet and home, such as getting mail, watering plants, etc, I am more than happy to oblige.

“Penny kept our 15-week-old lab puppy and cat at our house for four days while we were out of town. Our pup is definitely in the puppy phase and is a real challenge to keep out of trouble. Penny did a great job in maintaining the consistency of his schedule and continued his training while we were away. I'm sure this was over the top from the normal sitting arrangements. She keeps a daily diary of what she and our pets did so she does an outstanding job of communicating. This was our first experience with having someone stay in our home and it worked out great. I am comfortable with dogs that bark, as I understand they can be quite different. One of my own dogs has severe anxiety, so I am familiar with how to manage such situations. About: I’ve been working with animals for 15 years, caring for dogs, cats, birds and can help with farm animals as well. I have handled breeds that are small to very large. I am very flexible with my schedule. I love to ensure they are getting their exercise as needed, as well as a well rounded diet. I am a stay at home mom so I am very happy to be with them however they require. We use leashes and harnesses for outside. We have a dog park close by that’s fenced in and safe for giving them running time and ability to play freely

About: We provide a second family while you’re away. We take ONE furfamily at a time. Two or three families if all pups are familiar before their stay. Meet and greet preferred. Copy of up to date shots required. We’re happy to provide ours upon request. I am home all day minus taking my son to and from school and activities, never gone more than a few hours. I work from home as a registered nurse. My shifts are 2-4 hrs at a time so there is plenty of time to spoil and provide one on one time to make it feel like home. Dogs are NOT crated unless necessary or preferred by you. I have a few crates, depending on size. Preference is one the dog is already familiar with. Homemade frozen treats, fruits, and vegetables provided, please specify if you prefer no treats. You’re welcome to bring your own. We have a huge back yard (.5acre) and inside space available for those rainy days. When booking your stay please be aware paws get dirty, depending on your pets energy level we play and run hard! We rinse paws but do not provide baths. Drop off on first day before noon and pick up on the last day after noon will accrue half day charge. Plenty of long term, local references! Daily photo updates between 4-8pm, a visual day of the fur vacation. Check out our pictures to see our sleepover friends and fun! We've been lucky enough to have 5-6 frequent clients. Sadly some have passed or are in their elderly years where they're parents aren't traveling as much. Hoping to create some new clientele. If you've read this far, wow, you're awesome! Thank you ❤️😉 We love dogs and treat them like family. My boys can be loud and have little to no manners when it comes to barking so please excuse them when you arrive (even if they know you). They are my children and your dogs will be too. Their stay will be “just like home” to include going in and out 25 times a day 😉. To avoid accidents, I will not feed our animals together. My dogs are not aggressive in any way but being animals I believe it best to always be cautious. We live on a half acre with fenced in yard. All dogs are free roaming all day, they have their own gated off space when we leave. We have lots of space for play inside and out and plenty of places to rest in between.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals for most of my life. I love high energy animals and taking care of them. I grew up with a dog and cat I still have and care for and more recently I have been a volunteer at the Humane Society, I even ended up starting my own club of volunteers in high school. This role has equipped me with all sorts of animal care skills such as cleaning after them, bathing them, feeding them and administering medication, and making sure to provide lots of love and attention. I’ve always said that I’m not a dog or cat person when asked, but rather an animal person. I love animals and caring after them. I am a college student at Tulane University and I am currently home for the summer! I am available until June 22nd and have open availability all day every day until then. I have a fenced yard and two pets of my own that are both friendly so I am no stranger to spending time outdoors with animals or having playdates. I am more than happy to take pets to any appointments they may have and am able to administer medication if needed.

About: I’m currently a college student, but I only have to be on campus two days a week for a few hours, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for your pets. I’ve completed multiple pet- and house-sitting jobs for friends, family, and people who were referred to me through them. My stays have ranged from a few days to a full week. I have experience caring for small dogs, large dogs, and cats, and I’m comfortable learning and following each pet’s individual routine. I also have two pugs of my own who I regularly care for while my mom is at work and I’m doing my classes from home. Taking care of my own dogs has given me plenty of hands-on experience with feeding, walks, playtime, companionship, and making sure they get the attention and care they need. I also have experience caring for both indoor and outdoor houseplants, so I’m happy to help keep your plants and home cared for while you’re away. I also currently work as a host about 2–3 days a week, although with school starting I may reduce that to around 2 days a week. I’m careful about balancing my work and school schedule so that I can still be available for the pets I’m caring for. There will never be a day where my school and work schedule keeps me away for an extended period of time without being able to check on your pets. I want you to feel confident that your pets will receive the attention, care, and companionship they need throughout your time away. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I make it a priority to follow their normal routine as closely as possible. I’ll make sure they are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get their walks and exercise, and receive plenty of playtime, attention, and companionship. I also understand that every pet is different, so I’m happy to follow specific instructions and routines that help them feel comfortable while their family is away. For house sitting, I treat my client’s home with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I’m happy to bring in mail, care for indoor and outdoor plants, and keep the home clean and tidy while I’m there. My biggest goal is to make the experience as stress-free as possible for both the pets and their owners. I want pets to feel safe, loved, and comfortable in their own home until their family returns. About: I’m a vet tech that graduated from college last year. I work at a vet clinic full time and I know CPR. I know what to do in very needed times. I can take care of them before work, on my lunch break if needed, and after work. If they are well trained and small dogs, I can take them with me to work as well. I do need to know at least a week or two in advance as to plan. I also have other clients that schedule far out with me. I do not watch animals at my apartment. If I do, I have to pay the animal fee of $350. I do enjoy and like to watch animals at their house. I make sure they can’t get into anything while I’m gone and I also make sure the house is locked when I leave so no one else enters while I’m gone.
