About: I’ve shared my home with dogs and cats my entire life and have never lived without an animal. Over the years I’ve cared for everything from high-drive working breeds to tiny Chihuahuas, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of sizes, energy levels, and personalities. I currently have a 4-month-old Belgian Malinois that I’m training for PSA and a 7-year-old Malinois who is our calm, steady family dog. I also have five rescue cats—some came to us with health issues that we nursed back to health, and others simply stole our hearts and never left. This mix has given me plenty of hands-on experience with everything from high-energy training and enrichment to medication, special diets, and gentle care for animals who need a little extra TLC. As an empty nester, I now have the time and energy to give other people’s pets the same attentive, loving care I’ve always given my own. Whether it’s a playful walk, structured enrichment, or quiet companionship, I treat every animal like they’re part of the family. I work from home Monday–Friday, 7–4, and am available all day on weekends. I’m flexible for early morning and evening check-ins and walks. I love staying active and out and about, which makes dog walking a perfect fit. I have a securely fenced yard that’s perfect for potty breaks and supervised play. My two friendly, active dogs are great with other dogs and love company, so your pet will always have a safe, engaging environment and plenty of attention.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
