About: Taking care of my dog for 12 yrs. Professional experience includes having worked at Petcoral Veterinary Hospital and Resort doing boarding and sitting in daycare along with helping veterinarians administer meds & etc. Senior care, med admin, nail trimming and bathing, caring for 30 plus dogs at once. Pet care fits into my daily routine because i'm working on various projects at home so i prefer not to be employed full time. About: I had dogs and cats growing up, and I worked with goats, cows, and chickens regularly for family. I worked for an animal shelter and they taught me how to read body language, how to meet interact with unfamiliar pets as well as how to avoid and actively reduce stress in cats and dogs. I M calm in an emergency situation as I have dealt with several. I can give pills and shots, and I'm comfortable with minor medical needs. I no longer work at the shelter, so I miss making friends with all the furry visitors! I'm only working part-time so I'll have plenty of time to take that walk, sit with that cat or any number of things that they need to stay happy and healthy. It's less stressful on pets generally if they stay in their environment and keep to their schedule. Just plug me in where I'm needed; I'm ready to help them maintain their happy and healthy lives.
