About: I've been surrounded by pets my whole life. I grew up with many cats (currently have 5) and a super loving golden retriever. Ever since I was 12, my neighbors and family friends have trusted me to watch their pets. Now that I'm away from home, I love any opportunity to spend time with animals. I can assure you your pets will be well taken care of and in loving hands with me!! I'm currently self-employed, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pets! I can house-sit or stop in for as long as you need any days/times of the week! I have watched many pets over the years. If you have a specific routine with your pet, I will easily be able to adapt to it so that your pet can stay in routine!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for many years. I have raised and trained puppies. I have taken care of and been with senior dogs in their last moments. I have dealt with sick dogs. Experience with giving medication if needed. I am not currently working so I have plenty of time to make sure your babies are taken care of, have all the attention, love, pets and play they need. I have a fenced yard with plenty of space for running around. I do have a 10 month old pup who is spayed and very friendly with everyone. I can crate your dog if needed. I have experience with trained and untrained dogs

About: I love animals and have always had pets, and I'd love the opportunity to meet some new animal friends! I've volunteered over 150 hours interacting with and walking dogs and cats of all ages. I pride myself on being willing to learn from every animal and pet parent I meet. I am in the process of studying for a training certification and am learning every day about evidence-based animal care. I'll treat your pet with the same care, consideration, and respect as one of my own. I work and study remotely and so have plenty of time to drop in and care for your animals! In the summer I generally prefer evening or morning for walks to keep the pets safe and happy. I make a point to stay aware of animal body language and communication and will take the utmost care to keep your pet safe and healthy while they are in my care. I'll be careful to respect your pet's limits and accommodate their needs to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience.

“She was so patient with my cat. My cat normally gets scared with new visitors, but Dima was eventually able to get her to come out. She is so kind and gentle. I really appreciate her attentiveness and compassion.”

“I hired Cadence to drop in and feed my two cats. Cadence did a great job - they were professional, communicative, sent pictures and I felt comfortable with them in my home. I recommend Cadence and I will be hiring them again to check in on my cats.”

About: Hi! I’m Lemti and I’m new to Rover! 😁 Being a full time student away from home makes me miss what I love the most.. caring for furry friends! I have babysat and taken care of dogs, cats, fish, and guinea pigs since I was 12. Now that I am away from my dog at home this feels like the best opportunity to spend time and take care of furry friends. 🐾 Whether it was me going to their homes or the animals staying with me I have been responsible on feeding, walking, and grooming the animals. Dog and cats will always have a special place in my heart. 💕 As a full time student I have a really active life. I enjoy walks and hikes outside and also going to the beach! ☀️ I am willing to board on the weekends, house sitting it fun and I understand how it is to take care of a home, since I like in my own apartment. I have had dogs that liked to run away before so if I am house sitting I will be very vigilant with fences, crates, and doors. I also am very observant on dog behavior.

“Amanda was very reliable and sent me lots of pictures of my cat, Bridget, while I was out of town. It was a relief to know that Bridget was in good hands and getting TLC while I was away.”

“Debbie provided exceptional care for Tsuki while we were away! Tsuki quickly warmed up to her, which put our minds at ease. Debbie's communication was prompt and thorough, and she went above and beyond by sending plenty of pictures of Tsuki having a great time :) We're grateful for Debbie's wonderful care and will definitely rely on her to take care of Tsuki in the future!”

“Lacey dropped in to check on my new baby kitten over a 10 day period. I was very happy with her promptness, professionalism, and care. Knowing she was coming by to check on my kitten gave me peace of mind as it was my first major separation from her. Lacey sent me pictures and updates after each visit. She even brought in my packages which continued to arrive even though I was away on business. I had a lot of anxiety about leaving my kitten alone for so many days and having Lacey come by eased my concerns.”

Cheyanne B.
“Cheyanne, "Shy", is wonderful with pets! I have seen her training my 5-month-old puppy rescue. She was training the basics: sit, lie down, stay and release, and come. She's very compassionate, kind, and responsive, even going so far as to adopt an elderly dog from a shelter to prevent its end and be given the best end-of-life conditions a home could offer. I would certainly recommend her to tend to your beloved pet.”

Megan V.

“Megan is a great sitter. My cat likes her more than me.”

Terrance R.
“Terrance is very good with animals and always has the biggest smile when he sees a dog or a cat in the vicinity. When I’m out of town he’s the person i always ask first if I need someone to look after my cat. Terrance enjoys playing with animals and tends to their needs on an almost metaphysical level. He really wants animals to live their best life and often scolds me for giving my cat the same flavor of food twice in a row lol. Overall Terrance is someone I trust to look after my pet because I know he’ll treat him like he’s his own. 10/10 paws recommend.”
