The "meet and greet" was a great way in person to have her aware of our cat's needs and quirks, along with what needed to be done, or not done, and to get to meet her ahead of time. Christy sent daily photos, and kept us informed with her visits. She was reliable, pleasant, down to earth , friendy and perfect for our cat. My daughter uses Rover also for her two dogs in another state, and she has been very happy with the service also.”
