About: I’ve had animals all my life. I have volunteered for a rescue since adopting my first guy 7 years ago. I foster for the rescue and facilitate adoptions. Since beginning that journey I started working at a training/boarding facility under a behaviorist where I obtained my CPDT-KA. Now I am on the road and I’d like to work with dogs in a way allows flexibility in my schedule. I am newly on the road, I will be in Pelham, NC area for a few months. This gives me ample time and flexibility during the day to take care of your pets! I am used to being able to board dogs at my house. However, with the life change of living in a camper two dogs I will make myself available for visits in your home.

About: Animal lover since birth & I got it honest. My mom is a cat person & my dad is a dog person, so I’ve taken care of many throughout childhood. Sisters brought home class pets we all enjoyed having around. Now as an adult I foster animals in need. From baby through senior, I’m good with all ages & breeds. I currently have a flexible schedule. Check ups, potty breaks, feeding, & play time will be no trouble. I mostly have my phone on person, so getting in touch with me is quick & easy. I live in a wonderful, friendly apartment complex with my cat & husband. The property has 2 fenced in dog parks, sidewalks great for walks with plenty of poop stations around. Bigger dog park with miles of walking/ biking trails just 5 mins down the road. All animals being taken care of are seen as my own & respectful of any wishes you have during our arrangement. I look forward to meeting you & your pet(s).

About: My love of pet care began at age 14 when I got my 1st job working with a vet. I bicycled each morning at 6 am before school to clean cages. My love and determination has not waned over the years and I have continued, off and on, to work with vets and offer in home pet care to a diverse group of clients from birds to wolfhounds for the last 30+ years.. I am looking forward to meeting your fur family and discussing how I might provide the best care for your loved ones in your absence. As a fellow user of this service, I understand the desire for an experienced, trust worthy, capable, level headed care giver with a degree of common sense. My aim is to provide the same level of care that I would expect my family to receive as well. Your sense of confidence in my abilities to care for your family is my #1 priority. I bi-locate between Greensboro and Danville and am available in both locations and between. I look forward to speaking with you! At the moment, in home pet care is my first priority and upon approval, I can be available 7 days per week as well as on an extended basis, upon review and acceptance by both parties for in your home pet care and walking duties as well as drop-in visits. I have found most pets prefer to be in their own homes and around familiar sights and sounds to ease their transition from their primary caregiver to me. For this reason, I highly recommend in home pet care. I am willing to discuss pet care in my home on a case by case basis.

About: I’ve loved animals throughout my life and have always been comfortable around dogs of all sizes, including very large breeds. I grew up with a German Shepherd and have spent years interacting with dogs through family, friends, and my work in clients’ homes. When I worked in housekeeping, many of my clients had large dogs, so I became comfortable entering and working in homes where dogs were present while respecting their space, routines, and boundaries. I’m comfortable getting down on the floor to play, giving a dog time to warm up to me, and paying attention to their body language rather than forcing interaction. I’m not a dog trainer, and my focus is not training. My goal is simple: to provide attentive, dependable care and make pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their people are away. I work a rotating 2-2-3 night-shift schedule, which gives me several days off each week. My availability varies by work cycle, but I can accommodate pet-care visits throughout the week when scheduled around my work hours and rest time. My approach to pet care is calm, attentive, and affectionate. I follow your pet’s established routine for meals, bathroom breaks, and other needs. Expect plenty of affection, playtime, companionship, and a relaxed presence. I respect each pet’s personality and boundaries while keeping their comfort and safety a priority.

About: I love cats and dogs, and have had cats most of my adult life. I believe animals are truly family members and should be treated with gentleness and respecting their nature. I have no problem following detailed instructions, and every visit I take pics to show you your fur baby is being well cared for! I am free most mornings before 8:30am and in the evenings after 6pm. On weekends I have more flexibility in my schedule. I’ll be happy to work with you on whatever your scheduling needs are! If a client discusses a list of instructions, I’ll do my best to follow them to the letter. Otherwise, I’ll follow what to me is ideal care for an animal: ensuring they have clean and fresh water, proper food, cleaning litter boxes or taking a dog out for a walk as needed, and spending a little time cuddling and playing (respecting how shy they might be!). If a pet is too shy to play, sometimes I’ll just spend a few minutes sitting on the floor and talking to them in a soothing voice so they can get used to my presence as someone who is friendly. If approved beforehand, I can even bring (or use your own) a few treats! I may also reach out to you if I see something that I think needs addressing (not enough food or litter, a pet seeming lethargic or coughing excessively etc.). If that happens, I’ll discuss with you how you want to handle it. In case of illness, I take my own cats to Wentworth Animal Hospital so, for example, if I saw your cat seemed to be vomiting excessively, if you approved it I would have no problem taking them in for a walk-in and working out the payment and a reasonable rate with you over the phone. The most important thing is to ensure that your fur baby is given the best care possible. :-)

About: I have been a pet sitter for three years with particular experience with senior dogs, dogs that require medications, and high energy dogs but have taken care of pups of many breeds and temperaments. Pet sitting is my full time job so i am available at all times as long as it does not interfere with other clients scheduling or any important person events which will be communicated. I do drop in visits to keep your pet taken care of for as long and as my times as you need each day i also do overnight care where i drop in throughout the day for the pets needs then spend the night to keep your pet company and taken care of. I have a dog who has a fenced in back yard and is crate trained along with a indoor cat who is litter trained for taking care of clients pets i resupply water, food and give any medication needed, make sure your pets use the restroom and spend time with your pet. i only require that your pet has a safe environment, food and water i do not give treats that are not brought by me as many can cause chocking I also will not provide your dog with any food/medicine they have not had before again for safety reasons.

About: I grew up on a farm taking care of all kinds of animals! I took care of cows, horses, pigs, goats, chickens, quails, frogs, dogs, cats, snakes, lizards, hamsters and rats! I have always been a major animal lover and continue to be! I love spending time with my pets and for my friends and families pets too! I currently am remote Purchasing Associate for a national dermatology company. My shifts are usually about 5 hours long, which gives me lots of time to spend with the fur friends. I usually run my dog in the morning and evening, and spend time with her at the park and other places I go to. Sometimes Cardi, Boat and I just like to hang out in the yard and have a cup of coffee! I often take walks and go to the park and many other places. When I pet sit for my friends and family I work with what they have in their home. At my home I also have a long lead so they can safely play in the yard!

About: I’ve taken care of animals of all sizes from baby kittens to Great Danes! I love inviting animals into my life like my own, and many owners have seen that throughout the years! I’d love to take care of your fur babies (or furless)! I’m looking forward to handing out some extra help to the pet owners in this community. I always make time to lend a helping hand anywhere I go! I always watch/play with pets in backyards and remain alert even if transports to dog parks are approved to get your pets out and about!

About: I have started dog sitting for dogs 3 years ago it's a wonderful experience. I still have the first dog I ever dog sit the owner coudnt take care of him. So I also have a trained dog that cares for dogs with me to so the other dogs see the example of my skills through my dog Murphy. I'm a fun loving women who loves dogs making sure their cared have fun doing it. I make sure they are on a regular routine by what the owner saids. I have a dog of my own and know when its time to eat , play and use the bathroom and show love I make sure I provide what they need. I follow what the owner gives me information about them.
