About: I’m a very loving individual and you will see that. I steered into the Medical Field for a little but my heart is in animals and giving them the attention they need. I have worked at Rover Oaks as a Doggie Daycare attendant. From being bitten to having snuggling moments, I wouldn’t change my thought or reconsider any animal that I’ve taken care of. About: What sets me apart is the genuine care I have for animals. While this is my first year on Rover, I’ve been around and taking care of animals my whole life. About: I've taken care of dogs, as well as cats since I was six. My pet experience with dogs is of varying size, energy level, and maintenance. From my moms dog who was a German shepherd, Rottweiler, and chocolate lab mix, to a large stray dog that mix have been a Great dane and boxer mix, and currently 2 small dogs, Angel and Charlie. I do have experience with diabetic dogs as my dog, Charlie, is diabetic. I have experience as well with handling high energy dogs like my dog, Angel, who is chihuahua and jack Russell terrier mix. I am currently unemployed, but live with my mom and take care of my sister, who is 17 years old, I drive her to school at 7 am and pick her up at 3:43 p.m. I am available between then and after 7 p.m. as I have to give my dog Charlie her insulin shots and scheduled feeding twice a day. My experience with pets starts in high school when I volunteered at the local animal shelter cleaning out kennels, grooming and playing with cats and dogs. walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
