Booking was a breeze, but as we moved along we continued to be impressed with her excellent communication and attention to detail through our pup’s entire stay. Not to mention, our boy’s stay happened to overlap with when hurricane Beryl went directly over the area. I was so nervous to be away from our pup, but Brittany was so wonderful to help put our minds at ease with updates, photos of our pup and even updates on the storm since we were out of state. About: I have lived on a farm majority of my life where I have cared for pets of all ages and rescues and working with senior pets with rehab rehabilitation so no matter what level of care your baby/babies needs I will make it happen and they will have the best time even if it’s just coming over for a little check-in walking appt! I have trained many dogs and cats over the years with behavioral issues and who are also not particularly friendly to other animals or pets so I don’t have a problem working with your baby. Whether you have a puppy or a senior pet, they will have the best time with me 💖 Pet care is literally my full-time job has a pet parent myself and obviously taken care of the majority of my friends and family pets. I live in an apartment complex with a two bedroom apartment, but I live in the energy corridor area and we are right by all of the trails of Memorial Park, where I take my pup out for long walks almost every day and if you are boarding with is they will get the same love and care as my own. I also have several dog parks in my apartment complex that are clean and perfect for a quick potty break that we typically use at least two-three times a day in addition to the long walk at the park.

STORY TIME : * ****I met a pit bull ****At the age of 17 I went to one of my first parties with my friend ( I was still very shy and reserved, but was looking to dismantle my comfort zone ). I had a bad time and unfortunately I was followed walking on my route and hoped to just make it back home in the same pieces that I came with lol . Anyways I approached a dark neighborhood on my path and only two streetlights worked and sarcastically I was excited to be walking under one the moment I locked eyes with THEE most Beautiful & intimidating Pit Bull I’d ever been blessed with eyes to see and a body to run that couldn’t move and was actually not breathing to well either 😅So I did what any rational human would in this situation and called her and told her to come here “sweetie” and she Bolted towards me … arms out stretched shaking in my wee lil boots I prayed lol and she jumped up on my shoulder and licked my face and I was at awe 🥹. She walked me home (2miles) and we actually got stopped by a couple who told me I have a beautiful dog and I explained she wasn’t mine and asked if they wanted to try and keep her but she never left my side . I’ve never felt so safe and happy all at once at 12 midnight imagine what love can do !!! I lived in that same area for three extra years and never seen her again . The End My professional experience consists of working side by side as an acting vet assistant where I learned to chip dogs , feed them medicine, clean kennels, walk them and feed them their food . I also worked as a canine coach where I oversaw 1-28 dogs at a time play with them talk to them prevent them from being in danger making it the best environment possible . About: I've had dogs since I was 8 years old. I've always had a big heart, so I took the role of main caregiver for my pups and my kitty; I walked, fed, and cleaned them which continued into my adulthood as I've been a committed carer for friends' dogs. About: Animals seem to gravitate to me, I have never had an issue befriending a stray dog, cat, or even llama. I’m always that one guy in the room petting the dog. I have a natural knack for animal care as well and spend a lot of time just being friends with my pets. I am currently looking for a part time, flexible job that allows me to be with my family more. Therefore I am currently not working as I look and I am fully available. I have a couple of schedule items that I work around but overall I have a very open schedule that pet care will work wonderfully with. In my home we have more of a relaxed environment. Dogs are allowed to run around the home freely for most hours of the day. Cats are allowed to roam the catio outside freely. No cats are indoors and dogs are let outside twice daily to run and play and a third time just to use the restroom. Dogs and cats are fed twice daily and water is freely available. In a clients home I follow any guidelines they have.

About: Growing up in the country, I cared for pets and farm animals. My experience and love for all creatures began there! Interacting with them has always been the highlight of my day. From cats, dogs, small animals, aquatic life and reptiles, to horses, dairy goats, birds, pigs and chickens, I have you covered! I've owned most, and cared for the rest. No matter what, I keep critters close! As a child was rarely seen without an animal or flock in tow. I raised pigs, chickens, dove, rabbits. As well as trained dogs and horses. Later on In Edna, I was a ranch hand on a small dairy farm. Now living in the city, I care mostly for cats and dogs, but I still love them all! I wouldn't imagine my life any other way! I have a very open and movable schedule. I can pretty much work with anything. The safety and care of your pup is always at the top of my list. I have a fenced yard with a large shaded area. Indoor and crate training is also great. I will make sure they are comfortable and safe.

Not to mention, our boy’s stay happened to overlap with when hurricane Beryl went directly over the area. “Our 2-yr-old mixed doodle boarded with Anamika for 13 nights. He is often anxious with new humans, but he was far less so with Anamika and her family. They were careful to ensure a calm meet and greet and gave our dog time to explore before introducing their husky. Their back yard is quite large, with plenty of things to sniff and be curious about, and our dog played well with their husky throughout his stay. Anamika was agreeable to our dental hygiene, brushing, and food requests, and he looked relaxed in the daily pictures she sent. She has a 2-dog limit on how many she boards, which was a good sign as to the quality of care and environment she could provide for our dog, who is overwhelmed at doggie daycares. Every dog and family is different, but I feel like we finally found a good fit. This is our 4th experience with boarding in a home, and it is the best one we have had.”
