“Kyle provided a comfortable stay for my dog Len's first Rover experience. Even though it was a pretty short stay it was so nice to get pictures and an update on how Len was doing. Will definitely be using Kyle again!”

“Karissa watched our two dogs (1puppy) and both returned, happy and healthy. They have a fenced in yard for the dogs to be outside and they have two beautiful great Danes themselves. Thank you again for watching my fur babies! 😀”

“Was super easy and Carly is the best to work with! Great environment and an A+ care giver. Lemmy came home tired from all of the fun and slept for hours…lol! I will definitely be reaching out to Carly again in the future!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!”

“Georgeann was fantastic. She was flexible as to drop off and pick up times. She kept us updated on how our dog Kirby was doing his visit. She made a point to send us photos of him as his time with her was going. She administered his medication as needed. She treated him he was her own dog. She did a great job and we will definitely use her again if she’s available.”

“Jackie and her family were so great to meet, they were all there to have the dogs meet each other and my dog who is 4 months went right over and started playing with Brownie. Jackie was very caring, asked all about Penny and her routine ahead of time, once we met and the dogs were playing I didn't worry at all about leaving her. She also sent many updates and pictures, and Penny even went in the dog pool right away. My dog slept for 2 days after coming back home, that is how much playing and fun she had!”

“Jessica treated my boys with such love and care! I didn’t have to worry about them at all when I was away on vacation. She provided regular updates and photos. They even did an arts and crafts day and sent home their masterpieces.”

“Highly recommend! This was a longer stay during international travel, but I had full confidence in Theresa caring for my precious Weimaraner girl🐾. She got along well with the house male dog, Russell, and I would get pics of them playing together which made me feel great about how she was feeling being there. Big, fenced in backyard! Your pup is in good hands here!”

“Wow, Kerri really is the best!! We have two dogs and herself and her children loved our dogs like their own. She sent pictures everyday with updates. Definitely rebooking with her!!”

“Linda and Russell were great as this was Teddie’s first stay. We were finished early so he didn’t stay overnight but he could have because he was just fine! We were very pleased!”

“We highly recommend Chee and Ju for all your pet sitting needs! From the start, they were very accommodating and kept us updated with photos throughout the four nights Bentley was with them. We appreciate everything they did for us and will definitely use them again. Bentley was well loved and got plenty of attention and exercise!”

“Nathan is absolutely amazing! I had a death in my family and my sitter bailed hours before I was suppose to leave for South Dakota. Requested him I think at 7am. He responded instantly and I was able to drop off my old girl by 10am. Truly a life saver!! My old girl has higher needs and he didn’t even blind an eye! He took notes on her behavior and went above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about this experience and it was my first experience with rover!!”

“Mary and her family were great with our dog, Shadow! She loved every moment of her stay. Mary provided us with photos or videos during her stay which was really nice to have. Would definitely recommend her home and services for friendly, sweet, and energetic dogs!”

“This was a great experience for both us and Louie. We appreciated the pictures that showed Louie outside, walking and smiling! Knowing he was doing well made us feel comfortable and worry free.”

“I used Rover for the first time for my puppy Gus and Jackie and her family did a wonderful job. She sent pictures of Gus and her adorable children playing and having fun together. This put my mind at ease knowing that he was in safe caring hands. I will definitely have Jackie care for Gus again.”

“Ellen and her family spoiled my puppy, rusty so much! I can tell rusty had a great time staying at Ellen’s house. Ellen also sent pictures of rusty that I enjoyed and took a good care of him. I highly recommend Ellen! Thank you!”

About: My husband and I have owned 4 “rescued” dogs and one purebred during our 18 years together. We loved them all unconditionally and enjoyed all the time we had with them. We each had dogs in our prior 30 years of childhood and raising children. They were all amazing pets and we loved them as family. We had great friends who were able to take care of our dogs when we needed to go away and we are so thankful for that. I was never able to consider putting one in a kennel. We enjoy travel and cannot commit to year round, long-term pet ownership/care. Becoming a pet sitter is the best way to fill that huge void of having our own dogs. I dont miss an opportunity to say hello to a dog passing by on the sidewalk, admire from a distance as we’re waiting at a stoplight or any public place. Caring for your special fur-baby will be my privilege. My motivation is purely related to having dogs around to love and care for. I cannot wait to love, care for and protect your special family member! I will be glad to share pictures and updates with you to put you at ease while you are away. We know how important it is when you entrust your family member to others. For first time stays and especially long term stays, we would welcome an initial visit to meet your special family member and let you see the surroundings where your pet will be cared for. NOTE: I am very sorry to note that I have allergies so we can only accept hypoallergenic dogs for care in our home. So sorry, we love them all, but I am unable to care for other breeds in our home. I work from home Monday-Friday. I am an early riser on the weekends as well. My husband and I are available all days of the week to care for dogs. We love to have dogs on our lap or at our side. We cannot wait to meet yours and care for yours. I do not have any pets in the home and we will lovingly be with your pet at all times, including while we take them outside for a walk or potty breaks. I want to hear all about your pets daily activities and things that are important to you and your dog in their daily living. We understand the importance of dietary needs specific to each animal and will absolutely honor your requests specific to daily food plans and treats.

About: Always lived with dogs, love pets, we have 5 (2 dogs, 3 cats). My pets are my family/kids, typical Millenial here. That means I’ve trained them well, I make sure everyone is properly stimulated and has had the opportunity to play/exercise. I have puzzles for both my dogs and cats. My newest kitten even has a treadmill that she loves. I’ve got kongs..pig ears..dog wipes. I trim my own pets nails. We just ensure we are giving them a fun and loving home. They aren’t just like an accessory. So your pup - will be a member of my family for the time they are here! My dogs are not dangerous at all. They are a choc lab and a pitbull mix. They will love having some friends from time to time at the house too. And we have a great flexible home for it too. I work from home Mondays and Fridays and have a fairly flexible schedule otherwise where we may be home more than that. Ideally, I get a walk in before the day gets too hot, then I often do some sort of yard work where the pups (and cats sometimes) hang out with me outdoors in the evening. Weekends are usually very chill and mostly at home. We may have one social outing but with sitting a dog we would be very mindful of that (and are never gone all day because of our dogs too!) While our yard isn’t fenced, I can leash the pup or just walk out with them leashed. Your dog will be not just be let out and unsupervised during their stay- as the yard is new for them and they won’t know the natural boundaries like our dog does. I’m not in a super busy area, so there aren’t a million cars coming by. As for inside the home, our dogs stay down in the basement where it’s nice and cool and hardwood floors. Banjo has ate a blanket in the past, so he has a fenced off part of the basement near the door that has no fabric in it. Mabel free roams downstairs and can sleep on the couch or several dog beds. We can accommodate your dog as you see fit. If it is crate trained or not. The rest of the downstairs doors are shut or partially locked open for cats. We will also allow the dog to sleep in our bedroom if needed. Our whole thing is the dog will be part of our pack/family. So that includes a safe place and changing the environment based on their needs.

“We are so grateful for the wonderful care Paige provides for Henry. He didn’t want to leave tonight at pick up! It’s such a relief knowing he feels so at home with her family.”

About: My name is Danielle, I grew up with a black lab retriever along with other labs, when I got older I had my own Jack Russell pug Mix. For the past 20 years I have been a loyal dog sitter to a close family friend, they have only ever trusted me. I have been around dogs my entire life. There is something about dogs that I just love! In Oct 2022 I decided that I wanted to start fostering puppies, I joined a local animal rescue and have fostered and adopted out more than 16 puppies in the past 2 yrs and have loved watching them come In at 6 wks old and leaving around 12-16 wks old. 2 lucky pups have stayed behind and I adopted them, Tom and Leo! They stole my heart and I couldn't let them go! I also have 1 resident bunny who has his very own Private bedroom dedicated to himself and is free roam and liter box trained. I am also a foster mama to bunnies as well and work with a local Rabbit Rescue, and have 3 additional bunnies under my care as foster buns. I love animals and the unconditional love they give! Every fur baby that enters my home is treated like royalty and gets the best possible care! I work from home, so the pups get to be out all day and get access to the home as if they were a part of my family. My pups Tom and Leo love meeting new friends and love it when they get to have puppy friends over to play with! We look forward to meeting you and your furry friend! I work from home Monday through Friday which allows for the fur babies to have free roam all day. We go for longer walk at night after I get done with work. The pups will get let out a few times a day, when I take a break during the work day. They get to take a break when I take breaks. I have a fenced in area outside my sliding glass door that I allow the pups to run out and do their business. Of course, if a pup would do better on a leash each time, I'm happy to do that as well! ultimately, I want to keep your little one safe!

“I would highly recommend Nancy M as a dog sitter because of her genuine love of dogs. Your dog will be well-cared for and no little detail will be over-looked. Nancy is prompt, reliable and a great communicator. She has not taken care of my dog, because I don’t have any. I have seen her with other dogs and she is nurturing every need for the dog.”
